Used this saw for a while with no issues. Today I tried to fit a new blade but found it totally IMPOSSIBLE to get the centre blade allen bolt out.. Have now drilled it and am trying to remove it with a stud extractor.
I have now resigned myself to attempting to drill the bolt out and re tap it.
F UCK.
EDIT.
Managed to remove the allen bolt by drilling and using a stud extractor.
That said apart, im very happy with the saw.

Trattasi di produzione cinese, un buon prodotto scelto dopo aver visto varie recensioni di prodotti simili venduti con altri marchi. Da verificare il serraggio delle viti, pur essendo abbastanza robusta la slitta, nel momento in cui si serrano le viti di bloccaggio per congiungere le due parti della slitta, si vedono i segni delle viti sul lamierino. Lo scorrimento della sega piuttosto fluido dopo una opportuna regolazione delle viti presenti per azzerare i giochi tra sega e slitta. E’ presente il softstart.

I used just once,It looks working ok..very reasonable price for that tool.. Something that can be easily improve I think is the pin that fixed the blade in place..

Una maquina maravillosa . Antes Trabajado con una De festool makita metabo deWalt no veo mucha diferencia. Una pega po la que son 4 estrellas. Al cortar marcos de las puertas teniendo la herramienta tumbada en suelo con disco horizontal Corta demasiado alto y no se puede ajustar altura de corte. (Para el suelo laminado que es fino) corte con Caril perfecto.

Great quality tool as the festool plunge saw for a cheaper price, would recommend ordering a rail bag at the sametime as only comes with a bag for the saw.

Good tool, works well. But the clamps provided are inoperable in normal use, so you have to rely on friction between the (rubber backed) track and the wood

Really easy to use, great price when including all the clamps and the long guide which comes in really handy. Cuts a nice clean cut.

Es una buena maquina con un buen corte de presicion la uso mas que todo para rebajar puertas y me a encantado e mucho mas rapida para trabajar todava no la e usado para cortar laminas de comglomerado o MDF

Very useful. Been hacking at boards with regular circular saws, using straight edge clamped across. Messed up an 8×4 diagonal cut one day, and had seen a plunge saw on YouTube.. This one not featured, but generically similar.
Well I’m pleased to say it exceeded expectations! Very easy to set up for first use, and comes with a fairly fine blade – cuts very thin ply with no breakout, ditto 35/40 mm timber. Tried an even finer blade on it, with no discernable difference. Used it for trimming door bottoms (pre-fit, not whilst hanging – that’s just lazy!) Gaffer tape over the side plate aperture helps vacuum away the dust.
A vast improvement in my wood butchery.
I could have knocked one star as I had to ask for a replacement because the first one was very badly damaged (to be fair, probably the carrier’s fault, as I can’t believe anyone would have despatched it in that state.
