Stroller was stuck in forward position,it’s collapsing side buttons were jammed .and customer care service Graco solved the problem on email. As shown in the 2nd picture .it’s again working.
I’ve had this stroller for about 4/5 months now. My son is a tall 2.5 year old and it’s perfect for him. The leg rest is not adjustable but not a problem for us as my son has never really napped in a stroller and the leg rest as it is holds his legs in a comfortable sitting position. Not the most padded seat so I would add a liner for a younger baby.
As for durability, I can’t fault it. We’ve been on a plane with it and gone to city where almost all the streets are cobbled. I was so glad it was this stroller I took as I don’t think any of the other lightweight buggies I’ve had would have coped with those streets.
This stroller should now last my son until he no longer needs one. A great buy for us!
Lovely stroller, lightweight, good storage space underneath, big shade, easy to assemble and easy to fold/unfold. The only thing I found strange is the back folds in the middle and could be a bit flappy and I thought it’s broken but watched videos on YouTube and it come like that, but still found it strange. It doesn’t bother my child so we kept it.
Compared to my other graco stroller, it’s truly lightweight and does the job. Not as sturdy as I expected though. Good product nevertheless.
I had left a very frustrated account of the pram being positioned in what amounted to a backward fold. This not being the Olympics, it was stuck and nothing, and I do mean NOTHING, one did corrected it. It was exactly 4 days past the 30-day return period and my granddaughter wasn’t going to be able to use it much longer. Purchasing it was always just a temporary solution to getting her from point A to point B in the quickest amount of time on foot. I read through the pages and pages of information about the pram…both that which came with it and what was available on the GRACO website. As a last straw, I sent an email to the customer service address on their website. Lo and behold, I received a response from Caroline in customer service who sent along a 3 step simple solution. Although skeptical, I shared it with my daughter-in-law who went through each step…..and…….voila, the pram was back to its normal position and operational once again. I had originally, and unfairly, rated the pram with 1-star…..but GRACO’s employee impressed me in my darkest hour. They deserve a 3 (I did have to read through all the waste-of-time material, after all), but Caroline deserves a 5…..so I’ve settled at 4-stars. The functionality and quality of the GRACO pram was never in question. It’s all about customer service! So, if you have a problem, skip the manual and go straight to the customer service email address!!
Bought as a travel buggy, lightweight with 22 kg weight limit. Falls very easily, foals two fairly small compact size, with fairly easy assembly. Have recommended to others and would agai
I like everything about it but be careful when putting the back wheels o
This pram is stylish, light weight easy to fold/carry and has lots of space for toddlers! My little boy loves going in it and I enjoy pushing it. Win win!
I liked this pram so much I bought one in grey for my other child, light weight, easy to push, perfect for my 4 year old autistic son, will hopefully do till we can get his adapted stroller next year, can with a strong feeling rain cover as well
Really excellent buggy tall and big basket for shoping Handel bith flimsy buth it’s good easy to push and nice dizine leg part do t fold it’s always stays daw
I can’t really see a negative to this buggy. It has a big sun shade, very lightweight and compact and lovely to push with a big basket. The back rest feels a little floppy at first but this isn’t a fault, it tensions itself with the harness when the kid is sat in it. Lies flat too which is great for naps and has a higher weight limit than the standard, so will last into those lazy 4 year old days! I think it’s well worth the price if you’re looking to downsize but still want something less flimsy than a standard 60 stroller.
Lightweight stroller, easy to clean, sufficient basket space and removable handle bar. Overall a smooth rider.
Brilliant pushchair , took it in the train and on the tubes to London for a day at the museum. Effortless to put up and down , deep shopping basket , smooth wheels , high handle, love the 3 point harness and comes with a rain cover , definitely a good purchase From start to finish and hey nanny put it together herself even better recommend
Easy to assemble. Nice eye catching design. Good size basket under the seat. Large canopy. Strap pads fall off easily. Feels a little creaky when going up and down curbs. Quite tricky to open without another person to help.
