I don’t do many reviews AND I am a natural technophobe; if it can go wrong on an install it does with me. This was easy for a tech idiot like me to install and allows me to control the heating when I am not at home. I had it set up in 15 mins. And it works a treat! Highly recommend.

So I see a fee bad reviews with this item and it did cause me to think twice, however, there just nothing wrong with it.
Setting up it’s just plugging in to your router and a plug socket then following a setup on the thermostat. ( it really is easy)
I’ve been using this for 3 or 4 weeks now and
Daily use with it is also easy.
I’ve had no drop outs and if you are getting drop outs or disconectiond check your WiFi first!!!
OK so I’ve had nest before, it’s better in terms on layout but that’s it.
If I’m to be really picky
The hub is a bit of a space taker due to its size but its hardly a deal breaker.
Lastly…if you’ve got the thermostat installed all over the house already, you’ve kinda got no choice if you want remote access anyway…..

    It’s a yes from me!!

Absolutely fantastic piece of kit. From unboxed to first device paired in five minutes. The whole house finished in twenty minutes. Thermostats and timers were a breeze to install. Highly recommend.

After the telephone support for the Myson thermostats fitted to my house proved useless (they didn’t know whether their own thermostats were compatible with the hub), I spoke to Heatmiser who confirmed Myson was just a rebranded version of their own excellent thermostats and because of that, their own hub was compatible.

I’ve had one before in a previous house. I prefer Heatmiser to Nest because Nest always refers back to Google’s servers even when your phone is on the same LAN as the thermostats. Heatmiser’s phone app will work if your internet connection fails.

Hive, on the other hand, couldn’t be less open about how theirs works. I couldn’t even get a picture of the back of their thermostats to understand how it might be fitted to my house. Clearly they only want you to pay their engineers to fit it.

Again, Heatmiser thermostats are simple to install, the hub offers a simple setup and the app puts you in control in minutes.

This product is very user-friendly. As our house is across three floors, this saves us time climbing to the top floor to manually switch off the heatting from the wall panel. It allows you to effortlessly control all floor heating from anywhere in the house from your smart phone. It makes life really easy and simple. Excellent gadget!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is an excellent product. We had recently installed Redwell infrared radiators and they came with Heatmiser 16A switches and Neo Air thermostats. The thermostats were a night mare to programme using horizontal and vertical arrows in complex sequences set out in a densely printed booklet. Halfway through a sequence I would forget the next step and by the time I read it the screen had switched off. That was my experience anyway and although I don’t have a degree in computing I don’t think I am totally incompetent.
I checked the Heatmiser website and phoned their technical support and was pleased to hear that I did not have to replace all the existing controls but rather the neoHub Gen 2 would do all that I wanted – and so it proved. It installed easily and we now have six zones and each can be easily programmed. It can also be activated remotely through the Heatmiser App which is a dream to use compared with the arrows, so much so that the straightjacket which been on standby is now back in the cupboard. You can buy the NeoHub from Heatmiser direct but as with many other products it is cheaper to buy it from Amazon or another supplier.

Never before installed technical equipment that was so simple and effective !
First class piece of kit that I control 5 underfloor heating zones.

Fantastic! Easy to set up. Intuitive interface on the app. Now I can control the heating anywhere via my mobile. Worth every penny!

Works really well. Easy to setup and control, in my case the integration with Google home was seemless, the whole process took less than five minutes

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBrilliant piece of tech. Hone already had the neo2 wall thermostats. Received this hub… plugged it in to my router.. downloaded the app and then used the app to connect my thermostats to the hub & app.
All the software was user friendly. 6 stats up and running in 20mins and the hub itself only took about 10mins to update and go live.
    Could not recommend it more.
Kudos to Kudos for shipping it so quick and for actually being cheaper than the manufacturer.
    Awesome purchase!
