Only had it a day. It was easy to setup and for the price not bad at all.
Bought 2 of these cameras for front and rear of property and had them installed by an electrician hard wired. The picture quality is excellent both in black and white and colour and the motion and person tracking/sensors are amazing.
The app was very easy to download and install and adding the cameras was a breeze. I’ve recommended to friends and family.

I purchased this in a bundle so was pleased with overall price. I found the instructions a little confusing but not a major problem. Good quality product and video is excellent.
Humanoid detection seems to spot humanoids but not people. Maybe need to work on the settings
Was a bit sceptical, having had mediocre experiences with other Chinese consumer tech. Really pleased, setup was clear and easy, everything did what it’s supposed to straight out of the box, the accompanying app is also really easy to use. Image quality is great, let alone for this price range. Chuffed!
I already installed a CCTV system from HISEEU and was very pleased with that.
I needed a camera that would cover both the side access and front of the property at different times.

The unit was very easy to install.
I paired it with my phone and console first.
Then it was just a few screws and it was up and working immediately.
I’ve also found the manual very useful. It’s very comprehensive and easy to read.
The guys in the support team are also very helpful and quick to respond.
Overall build quality is great.
Picture is very good too.
Remote controller on the app is very easy to use to reposition the camera.

This camera gets the job done…no long stories. Very impressed by its picture quality and detection functions…and for the fact that you have the option of saving your recordings locally makes this camera a real bargain. Happy with the purchase.
Got this for security at my gym. I can watch what’s going on my phone from anywhere in the world. You can also speak to people via the built in mic!
The lens has a a very wide angle so you’ll have much better coverage than you expect. The smart night vision mode will record in black and white until it sees something, then the led lights on the camera switch on to give you full colour. There’s an alarm button which is great fun for giving people a jump.
Set up is easy- just follow the instructions provided. You’ll want to buy yourself some 40mm screws as the ones provided are too short.

The only slight issue we had was that the power supply is only 1.5m but that was easily solved with the 10m extension cable that the seller has in their shop.
Before purchasing I contacted the seller regarding the solar panel system that they sell with a base station. I wanted another camera to add to that system that could pan and tilt. They advised me that this camera would work with the other system and their customer service was above and beyond. Their after service has also been really good too and they respond quickly to any questions you have.
The great part about being able to connect this camera with the base system is that it allows us to record onto the base station that is in the house so that it will still record if someone tries to steal the camera.
The app is stable and works well away from the home. I also like using it at home to see what the dog is up to in the garden. (I don’t think the dog is as impressed as I am)
All in all, I am really impressed with the quality of the camera and the easy set up. As long as you have a way or getting power to them they are absolutely amazing. For those that can’t get power the solar power option is a good alternative.

Seen this as low as 45 and it’s an absolute bargain. Good picture in both day and night, customisable notifications and detection sensitivity. Custom detection “zones” or demarcation line. Motorised and zoomable camera follows detected motion. You can store up to 6 positions including a “home” position to which the camera returns. Good software, easy to setup and use. Recording on optional cloud or large mini-SD card.
We had a problem with the Hiseeu camera going offline and contacted the after sales service for advice. Jason replied to our emails advising us what to do at different stages of our enquiry. He was very patient and was very understanding with regards to our problem and he replied very quickly.
The problem was resolved, Jason and his after sales service was impeccable, thank you so much. Would highly recommend.
Needed a camera in my garage to monitor package deliveries remotely and this fits the bill. Has 2 way audio which is good to inform delivery drivers where to place packages etc. The lag on SD is not really noticeable, when on HD you start to notice it a little. I’ve connected the camera using a CAT5 cable into my home mesh system and setup was really simple. Night shots are very clear and the camera has built in spot lights which are also very good in dark. I’ve put a microSD card, 128gb, in camera which give you continuous recording and looks like it will give me around a month before it starts to write over existing recordings.
We had to purchase a camera for security reasons, also because we wanted to keep an eye on the dogs while out.
We searched for one on amazon and this one popped up, and for a decent price we thought we’d give it a go.
The installation was straight forward, easy to put up and set up on the phone. The photo/video quality is great, even in low light. it also has a light that you can put on so it makes it easier to see at night time.
The sound quality is perfect and it picks up every little noise.
You can also talk through it so if you are not home you can speak through the camera.
Everything was great until 6 weeks later when I noticed that one of the cameras no longer recognised the SD card and so was unable to record for playback. I contacted [email protected] for support who responded really quickly. Despite Jason’s best effort the problem remained so he dispatched a new camera replacement on Saturday which I received on Sunday. No matter how great or expensive modern technology is, the most important thing is how the company deals with issues that arise and I can honestly say that I have rarely received such outstanding customer service. With such great customer service backing up their products I would not hesitate to purchase again and would recommend Hiseeu to everyone.
I received the camera the very next day, installed it at the front door, the picture quality is outstanding, there are three different settings that you can change to your preference under light control these are infrared, full colour or intelligent, I have used all three but prefer infrared, but that’s just my preference, I do highly rate this camera, there is only one negative thing in my opinion and that it does not return yo pint of origin after tracking someone or car, it would be great if you could have it to show say in my case the front door and return to the front door after auto tracking,
I will be getting one more of these to add to my 8 zone system to finish it off…
I installed this as an add on to my existing cctv system the day before going away for the week.
Whilst away I was able to keep an eye on my property and operate the camera remotely with my iPhone. Night vision is good and the ability to hear (and speak) through the camera is useful as well.
I’m not technically minded but found the setup straight forward. I did email Jason (tech help) with one small query and he replied overnight with the answer.
One benefit for me is being able to keep an eye on the dog when it is in the garden on a cold dark night from the comfort of my armchair! Without having a PTZ camera I would have needed two ordinary cameras to cover the garden.
Update:- now running six cameras. Have moved the PTZ cam indoors to better cover our odd shaped hallway where the dogs sleep when we are out and put a second bullet cam in the garden. Everything has been working well for some time now including remote viewing. Very pleased, especially for the money.
This camera hardware is very reasonable value for money, The picture quality is good and the night vision works well, we use it to monitor horses whilst on box rest. However the suggested Android app latest update has now started to serve up Adverts. Although the App is not produced by the camera manufacturer and I have tried some other apps which can/do work but not yet found one I’m happy with. I’m going to try to see if it will work with an existing App which I have purchased (so no ads) for 4 other cameras I use at home called IP Cam Viewer.
The email Help has so far been very quick to respond to requests too.
once connected its wise to familiarize yourself with the features as there are a lot of them, some can be manually set and automatically set, you have the choice. for example the lights…. here you have the option for black and white night vision using infra red (so invisible) or color night vision so turning on the white leds which gives a much clearer picture or automatic so it stays in infra red until it detects movement…. and of course you can change this at any time whist viewing the camera, its that flexible.
movement sensing is another area you would want to familiarize yourself with as this also has vast level of flexibility, most of the cameras in this price range have software preset only, with this one you can set individual levels of sensitivity and set up detection zones and alert line…. very useful.
there are so many features but thats enough about then for now…..whats it like to use?…. well, i wasn’t expecting much as this is not a camera in the hundreds of pounds bracket, but i was surprised. the image quality in daylight is very good, you have the option of SD or HD , we use HD although this does use more memory…. talking of memory, we use a 64gb memory card and find it ample, playback is swift and very easy to use.
connection quality is something important to us as delay in the camera moving or play back is a nuisance ……. this camera has none of that, real time viewing , playback and camera control are very very good, its in a remote location with very poor , at time less than 5mbps and yet the response is as quick as our ring door bell running on 67mbps. because of the location i do have it on wired internet but have tried on wifi with no problems.
all in all i am very pleased with the quality of operation, recording and images quality, you have to remember this is not a 1000 camera but it does share many of the high end features. one of the areas that definitely sets this apart is the app and that is very important as its your interface with the camera and as many find out have manual control over all the features all of the time is very very important as the whole purpose goes out the window if you can access and control what you want to view. when you look at the pictures added, please bare in mind that the daytime pics are pics taken by phone of an i pad and the night time pics are screen shots off my phone, there is no natural light where the camera is as it in the a remote location with no street lights. forgot to mention the audio, its very important as it is also in real time with very little delay and no noise feedback…. one last feature that really useful, this camera has such a wide range of movement but you can remember recently viewed places and one click and it returns to that exact spo
Not the least, nor the most, expensive these units are an excellent compromise of money for value with lots of useful software features.
Setup is easy as long as you can split your wi-fi output to the two Ghz bands, 2.4 and 5.0. There is plenty of help on the web showing how to do this for various routers. Make sure that you rename the 2.4 with, e.g., _24 at the end of the name to make it easily selectable in the camera setup. Mine found the 2.4Ghz channel automatially.
Control via a phone is easy, as is switching between the two CCTV units. Moving the camera head is intuitive on the phone screen. I purchased the 128Mb cards as a local storage but also have the free cloud storage enabled.
The units are rated IP65 so should be really weather proof but one of mine is very exposed so I wait to see how it will fair in the winter storms and driving rain.
I cannot stress how simple this was to add to the current system. Plug in, scan the QR code & hey presto, the image appears alongside the others. Compatibility & ease of use, definitely 5 stars.
This can also be used as a standalone camera if you don’t currently have a full set up.
Control of the camera is good. Easy to move the camera from side to side & up & down from the app or with mouse if using a monitor. Also has additional features such as zoom & light.
This has been a very fun camera to use, especially to catch visitors to the garden (luckily only of the wildlife variety! ) . In fact as I’ve just been writing this my husband literally just shouted me to look & there was a polecat in the garden drinking out of the pond!! I’ve now added a short playback video & photo.
Highly recommend this camera. For us, it’s been a great wildlife camera, but also the added security reassurance (the second is installed on the house). Wish we’d done this years ago.
I bought this camera to complement my recent purchase of the Hiseeu NVR 4-8 camera
I was very impressed with the delivery time of this product,IT came with all fixtures and fittings along with comprehensive instructions. I did purchase from my local diy a junction box so that all the wiring could be placed in it.
Before installation I powered up the camera and connected it to the NVR system, WOW that was Easy as per the Set up instructions, added it to my existing 4 wireless cameras.
I managed to run the power cable from inside house and into the junction box.
The quality is superb. Clear and focussed like the others. This has a PTZ function (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) which is very effective. I have it located so it can view the street, however, I can also set to focus on the front door as a type of door sentry. I can view this directly on my monitor connected to the NVR or on my Android phone from anywhere,it is so simple to use.

So you can imagine my delight when I discovered that Hiseeu now manufacture their own PTZ camera which is indeed compatible with my system. I bought one and have been delighted with it. It works flawlessly with none of the strangely idiosyncratic traits of the others. One particular feature I really like is the camera lighting. You can actually turn off the daylight LEDs which tend to attract the attention of neighbours or even unwanted guests whilst still using infra red lighting to illuminate the subject. Once the subject has been identified you can turn on the daylight LEDs, this is very useful.
In my opinion you can buy this camera with confidence say in the knowledge that Hiseeu have an excellent after-sales service.
