Customer support was amazing and had a perfect product in the end, the table is a great size for the kids for each of there meals and also to use for drawing and other crafts!

Arrived in two completely separate deliveries which I wasn’t informed about and wasn’t as easy to put together by a single person.
I loved the product. Very well made and sturdy. My twin one year old grandchildren loved it. The chairs and table are a good height for small and not so small children. The bench/storage box is particularly useful. And the grey colour goes very well with the interior colours of many houses of today.
Unfortunately unlike our previous set the weight limit on these is very low. Which is a shame as I like to be able to sit with my daughter while she plays afternoon tea. But can’t fault the company as they sent out an extra set after the first one was damaged by the courier.
I had to go out to screw fix to buy the correct sized bolts to secure the legs to the table, none of the ones supplied fitted far enough into the legs to get even a turn into the bolts(?) inside. Otherwise the set has taken quite a beating from the children and proved to be a big hit for meals and drawing, painting and generally the chairs getting knocked over and dragged about on a tiled floor with the finish showing no signs of distress so far.
Sturdy table , chair and storage bench. Excellent value for money. Suitable for toddler stage and beyond.
Overall is fine but as assembled it on Christmas day only to find otterman bench missing completely
On boxing day promised it would be sent out within a few days bench was sent

This is a great little table and chairs. Very sturdy and holds mum and dads weight too. My kids love it and would Definitely recommend!
well packed easy to use instructions and clean pieces. Looks good and my little boy loves it.
Table and chairs took about ten minutes to assemble. The bench was fine until I had to re drill the holes for the lid. The hinge defeated me (I am a 75 yr Gran) but my son effected it with no problem.
The set seems sturdy but there are two screws that will not go in properly. One is on the bench and another on a chair back. We will need to obtain longer screws so that it will fix the problem.
The bench and chairs fit the children well. Once the screws are fixed I’m sure it will last for many years.
Really nice tables and chairs perfect for the kids really nice quality and easy enough to make on my own. Delivery was great come the next day without paying extra.
Really happy with the purchased although we had a manufacture damage on our table top they.replaced the top with good timing manors with deepest apology for an inconviniance.

Lovely table and chair set, the bench is particularly popular! Very useful storage in the bench and children love to use the set. Very happy with purchase.
Very sturdy, but instructions were not clear on where the dowels were to go.
Self- assembly is not too difficult and the chairs, bench and table are sturdy and stable.
Absolute ideal height for my 3 year old to have tea parties on.
Cons..
Instructions are just line drawings and could be better (although that is the same for everything flat packed these days).
Paint finish in areas is a little rough – after a couple of weeks of toddler abuse no doubt there will be worse knocks and marks – but it could have been a bit better straight out of the box and brand new.
The biggest issue were the screws supplied to put it together – 3 of mine had imperfections from poor quality manufacturing and had to be thrown away as they could not be used. Luckily I had a good supply in the shed to swap them with.
The soft close hinge on the bench seat is so stiff it can hardly be used, I suppose that’s better than it not working and trapping fingers, but once its up my 3 year old can’t put it down.
Overall I really like this product, despite the small gripes listed above under the cons section. I may well buy another for upstairs if the price drops a little (we paid 89 in Jan 17).
