This is a very sturdy and great bath chair specially built to help bathe the disabled. Its very strong so it makes one feel safe when using it, its worth every penny , was so easy to assemble too which makes it great. The material is of quality so i can easily tell this would last a very long time if not forever. Highly recommed

I can now take a bathshower without the fear of falling. I have MS and have recently broken my foot. Bathingshowering terrified me, not anymore. This chair is perfect, just perfect. I can now bathe in privacy and take my time. It is a brilliant product, very sturdy and secure. Cannot really say much more, I just love it.

My mother likes it, she’s not able to do her personal care in the bath but with this with her dignity is now maintained,
it has a little slot where a bit of the shower curtain can go, around it
– Easy to set up
– Just cleaned with disinfectant, or anti bacterial wipes

It’s suitable for all bath types even very deep ones

Found this to be sturdy and very useful for someone who cannot stand for long under the shower. The seat is wider than I thought – another plus. Another useful feature is that you can have the backrest on either side. The backrest has long arms under the seat. Push the two buttons underneath and the backrest slides out. You can then insert it the other side. (You can’t just turn the whole seat round as then the back rest and handrest is outside the bath)!

This has worked incredibly well for me after my hip replacement op. Very quick and easy to assemble. I had expected it to be at least a couple of weeks before I’d be able to climb into the bathtub for a shower. When I described the bench to the physio in hospital. she encouraged me to try using it as soon as I got home. Sure enough, it worked like a dream and I’ve been able to have a shower every day since getting home. So a purchase that I’m really glad I made.

I have been showering for a week now. Am week six after a hip replacement and was told by doctors no climbing into bath for a shower/bath until twelve weeks. The Transfer Bench is sturdy and comfortable and has literally transformed my recovery and well being after surgery. It was easy to assemble too!

This was bought for my invalid mother who finds it difficult to move her legs, but I must say this bench makes things so much easier for me as her carer to leave her alone to get into the bath unattended, and be able to give her some dignity and a little bit of independence with this versatile bench.

Bought this for my husband when he got out of hospital as it was the only way I could get him into the bath to shower safely. Now use it as a seat in the bathroom.
