I wasnt sure about this fire when it first arrived but now its up and running i have grown to love it. Easy to use, looks lovely with a variety of colours and the fact that you can sink it into the wall is a bonus.
My only gripe is that the heat output isnt that hot, i have it in a medium sized room, any larger and I dont think it would heat it at all, for rooms smaller than 30sqm this is perfect though.
We mounted this on wall without recessing it & are using it for log effect only as we have a 4K Oled tv 9 inches above it & don’t want to risk damaging tv so can’t comment on heat output as we have Gas c/heating. It is a beautiful lookin fire very slim & very easy to mount on wall using bracket provided. I was able to locate the buttons behind plaster board to screw hanging bracket to as there is a bit of weight to fire. Highly recommend produc
Only had this fire a month and the remote stopped working, can’t contact seller and customer service isn’t any good, not happy as the price of it wasn’t cheap.
Great fire but the on/off button only works when it wants to on the remote… someone please contact me so I can get a replacement thanks
