I would say avoid. I bought this for my partner, customers kept saying that he sounds like a robot and breaking up. Tried connecting directly to laptop Bluetooth and usb provided but still didn’t help.
If want professional spend a little more.
This is a really good product and the charging cradle is also very good, sound quality is also really good it is the second one we bought as the first had a humming sound which caused ear irritation but the company were quick to resolve all issues and supported me with great resolve we need more companies like this on Amazon as they are genuine seller with genuine customer service behind them. Clear sound and mic, really comfortable, good range, and excellent noise cancelling.
May be better value for money elsewhere given the price, but I had used these before and their quality and consistency is exactly what I needed for work.
Ich nutze das Headset fr die Arbeit und bin erstaunt wie gut fr Geruschunterdrckung gerade im Groraumbro funktioniert. Auch die Akkulaufzeit ist top.
Habe das Headset fr meine Tochter (Schule) gekauft, funktioniert super.
Kann das Headset fr Meetings empfehlen. Im Geschft nutzen wir das selbe Model.
Man nimmt jedoch Umgebungsgerusche war, da die Ohrmuscheln nicht abgeschirmt sind, bei diesem Model. Fr Anwendungen im Groraumbro wrde ich das abgeschirmte Model empfehlen.
Son muy muy muy buenos. Trabajo todo el da en reuniones de MS Teams y reciibendo/emitiendo llamadas y sin duda los mejores que he tenido y probado. Tienen un alcance impresionante. Para teletrabajo cumplen sobradamente.
Lo nico es que no es barato pero la calidad se paga y si una vez inviertes dinero cumple sobradamente. Pero es gastarse el mismo importe en 4 artculos que acabas dejando sin usar por que no cumplen las expectativas ni de lejos.
I was asked by Jabra to give feedback in a survey, this is what I wrote:
These are the biggest issues:
– the audio quality using the headphone with my mac is not reliable, randomly the audio drops to a robot like sound
– the device is “high-jacking” the blue tooth connection of my AirPods with my I phone
– the buttons on the headset are hard to use, the on/off button is very small
– the big button on the left side (the one that is red sometimes) does not make any sense to me – I don’t get what it is good for
– the same applies to the one- and two-dot-buttons, I don’t get what I can control with them
– the magnetic microphone attachment is a joke
I really like the jabra usb conference speakers, those work well. The headset with its premium price is below my expectations. Jabra can do better! I asked them to get their software in shape…

After several Months, Jabra got the issues fixed, now the functionality is good.
Bin sehr zufrieden, endlich kein Kabel mehr. Nur mit der direkten Bedienung am Hrer komme ich nicht richtig klar (kann aber an mir liegen 😉

Summary. Great product for Home office and continuous calls very comfortable. And bluetooth conect immediately. I would buy it again. Too much better than cheaper products.
If you want better music quality get the 75 are more expensive but it worth it !
Sehr gute Tonqualitt und gute Haltbarkeit der Akkus. Auf Dauer etwas warm auf den Ohren. Trotzdem klare Kaufempfehlung.
After reading some of the reviews, I nearly didn’t buy this item!! So pleased i did!!
The quality of sound is good, whether you’re on a call or listening to music, I suspect the poor sound quality is due the device your caller is using; as I have noticed a marked difference between calls.
Very handy to connect 2 devices, so I can switch easily between skype/teams/ zoom types calls and then still take a call on the mobile without having to swap headsets etc
The range is good too, moving to another room with no disruption.
Highly recommend this product to make life easier in this new way of working.
Sitzt sehr gut auf dem Kopf, sehr gute Ton-Qualitt dank HD-Audio, hochwertige Verarbeitung und Ladestation nimmt Headset unproblematisch auf. Ladestation braucht man aber nur, wenn man das Headset sehr hufig nutzt und oft laden muss. Knnte man sich auch sparen, ist aber eine gute “Abstellmglichkeit” fr das Headset.
