Brought this to use on the days I have my Grandson. It is a lovely looking pushchair and I’m really happy with the quality and sturdiness, fantastic hood and sun extender covering nearly the entire seat. Given 4 stars as others have commented that the seat position does not sit as up right as required.
I bought this pushchair for my one year old as I travel a lot.
I do think it is a little overpriced, but otherwise it does the job.
It folds up and down relatively easy and to a decent size; easy-ish to carry and fold when alone with toddler (but not when you have a lot of suitcase/ bags with you, then it can get a bit tricky – but usually people are kind enough to help).
Much better when you are travelling as two parents. We took it with us when we went on holiday (via check in luggage) and it was great to have it with us when strolling around in Greece. Much easier, as carrying a toddler would be too strenuous.
The only thing is that the back leans back quite a bit, which our toddler didn’t like too much, but not end of the world. And the back can be moved back all the way down, great for when toddler is napping.
My son enjoys his evening walks in the stroller because it keeps him warm
Very easy to handle, lightweight, comfortable when use, durable, and a very easy to fold
Lovely to push. Bought for my youngest but my middle child (3) still fits! Plenty of room in the basket for shopping etc. Raincover is the only downfall. Has Velcro to do up at the back but nothing to attach it to the frame foot end so when windy it blows up/off. Other than that. Highly recommend
Unfolding it requires just releasing one clip-type thing, whilst to fold you simply place your right hand on the middle of the handle and slide a bold across with your thumb. Easy!
The seat reclines allowing the kid to sleep comfortably, and the hood is great as it has 4 segments that can be pulled out, one of which is zipped as standard but can be released to provide coverage almost fully over the pram – great in really bad weather.
There’s also a little flap in the top of the hood which covers a small window, so if you’re pushing you can have a little look at your tiny human/cat/excessively spoilt Pekingese.
It does everything we need it to. We were also able to buy generic accessories such as a rain cover, pram mitten for the handle and a foot muff, all of which fit perfectly without having to buy anything brand specific.
The things we would like to see improved? Firstly, the seat doesn’t sit quite as upright as I’d like it to, but this doesn’t seem to bother the young ‘un as much as it does us.
Secondly, altho it folds down fairly flat and the wheels can be removed, it’s still not that compact when folded but it probably couldn’t really get much flatter.
I wasn’t keen on the brown leather handle in the photos and I’m still not mad on it but it’s better in the flesh than in the photos!
Finally, would probably benefit from suspension but you don’t really get that on decent prams in this price bracket.
Overall? Great pushchair in the price bracket, would recommend.
I do like this pushchair I love the simple look of it, it’s very easy to manoeuvre. But I don’t like the way it’s always kind of laid back the seat doesn’t go up enough, and the rain cover doesn’t attach to the front lower part of the pushchair so if its windy the draft blows it right up lol. So I have to took it in to the tiny gap. But it is a nice big pushchair, and the way it is fully covered when they sleep is very good.
One of the best product I’ve ever bought from Amazon.I would recommend this for everyone.
Cons: a few minor niggles. 1) basket has to be empty (can maybe handle the rain cover tightly folded) for the pram to lock into folded position. If you have a shopping bag or blanket/coat in there it won’t push far enough shut to lock. 2) sometimes a bit hard to unlock as you have to push further closed to unlatch – re point 1, if there is anything in the basket you can’t push down more so then can’t unlock. 3) hood is so big that it sits very high, meaning a very small gap between the top of the hood and the handle bar. Not a problem per se, but I use a nappy bag that straps onto the handles and it gets in the way of hood/lowering the back, and putting bags of shopping on hooks it all get a bit crowded. 4) to get the smallest dimensions when folded you need to fold down the foot rest, but it unfolds itself again as soon as you lift the pram up! So it’s always a little longer than what the site says. Still fits comfortably in the boot though.
Very good stroller with good quality material , easy to use , not light weight as mentioned but very safe and absolutely good for all the surfaces
Folds too big and doesn’t sit all the way up
Great lightweight stroller, if you need for flat surface. child sitting inside feels every stone, hole, bump. But otherwise I like it, is big sitting place, easy to fold, coming with rain cover.
ice rain coat, it covers all needed parts, legs warm coat. Daughter likes to fall asleep in it.
I think it’s better to improve back support so child can sit closer to the front handle. Belts doesn’t allow child to sit closer to front handle, they are short.
I purchased this stroller for myself for when I am taking care of my granddaughter. It is lightweight, easy to fold and manouvers extremely well. The plus is my granddaughter likes it!
Pluses for me:
– huge basket
– higher than average handlebar
– very easily fold down
– small enough to fit under a bed to be stored
– massive hood, perfect for this weather and needing to keep a young baby covered!
– very good quality materials
– sturdy frame
– easy assemble from box, took me less than 5 minutes
I definitely highly reccomend this pushchair, whether toddler or younger baby.
Good quality is quite big and spacious love it just the back does stay all up so my little one stays a bit lay down wondering if there’s any attachment that elps with this and is quite high I am small I should have checked that but overall I am happy with my purchase.
I am very unhappy with this product. Since purchasing this one year ago I have recieved 3 replacements, on two of those occasions the brake broke and one of those times caused my daughter to get hurt when we were riding a bus and the pushchair brake came of hitting into the bars. I was sent another one in March, less than 2 months ago where the wheel has fully came off. Now this would have been a hospital job if my daughter was in the pushchair at the time but luckily she has just started walking. I am absolutely appalled
The stroller is very comfortable And very lightweight for our needs with the baby . Very hppy about the product but we had a problem with it . The handle broken when we tried to close it and we cannot get it done. Our 30 day return policy expired and we don’t know what to do. If anyone can help us to get that piece please we will be greatful. Thanks a lo
Edited to add it doesn’t sit up as much as a standard buggy it’s slightly laid back my daughter is now at the age where she wants to be nosey and I’m wishing it sat up more also alot if the time when putting the pram up after taking it out of the car the hood falls off but it does only take a couple of seconds to put back o
I love this buggy – this is baby no 4 so I have had lots of other strollers in the past and this is easy to steer and fold
One thing you will need to buy a hook if you want to hang a bag from the handle.
Foot muffler isn’t great but buggy itself is good
I had an ICandy pushchair but my almost 2 year old was outgrowing it. I hunted for ages in search of a nice looking pushchair that had similar features to the ICandy. I was a bit sceptical buying this as its cheap but I was completely surprised by how fantastic it is. So easy to assemble, loads of room for my little one when he lies down for a nap when out and about. Folds down very easily and easy to push with one hand. The basket storage is more than enough bigger than most strollers. I feel impelled to write a review when I don’t usually make an effort writing one. Don’t hesistatento buy, you won’t be dissapointed. The only fault I’d say is the sitting up position isn’t upright enough but my son isn’t bothered by this. I purchased the grey style.
Great pushchair a lot of room only very little minus is the raincover as you can not attach to pram and when is windy is a bit difficult to keep rain cover bottom to stay on the pram. Otherwise amazing pram easy to drive, a lot of room. Very recommended
It’s clean cut, waterproof, easy to wipe clean, nice to push and has a great handle height (I’m 5ft6). I like that the clip on the harness is easy to undo (which wasn’t the case with my last pram) and that it folds really easily to fit in the car (my car is a Volvo, but it fits in my father-in-law’s mini too!). I’ve also found that if you leave the arm rest bar on, then you can pull the folded pram along like a suitcase as it rolls on the back wheels, which is great if you have lots of bags to carry. I also like the big wheels which are good for uneven ground and they also detach easily to be cleaned.
I also like the little window on the hood so you can see your little one while pushing the stroller.
Room for improvement:
The breaks on this buggy aren’t the best, I have actually found they sometimes still allow the wheels to turn and you can push the buggy along a few feet with the brakes on.
The storage compartment, although it’s the full size of the bottom of the buggy, it isn’t very easily accessible. You can’t just chuck your shopping in there like my old pram, you have to crouch down to push your shopping into it and I have already gotten a bag stuck in there when trying to pull it back out.
Overall, it’s a really nice pram, and I’m glad I got it.
Good looking stroller. Only the stop bar/button on the bottom is made from cheap plastic. Not very reliable. You actually have to press very firmly to block the wheels. Broken after 2 month of use.
I bought this for when i have my grandson rather than constantly swapping from my daughters car to mine and back again. Its not the lightest i tried but it suited me best. The basket is a good size and bigger than the one on his pram. The waterproof cover is great and covers everything. My daughter is jealous because the one supplied with her pram allows water to drip into the basket. My grandson prefers to have his naptime in his pushchair rather than his cot! Are there better pushchairs out there? Yes but they cost so much more. This isnt cheap but its good value. It was easy to assemble and easy to fold.
Easy to put together.
This is super smooth to push around on all sorts of surfaces!!
Perfect for my son who is 21 months old, we go out for long trips sometimes and he finds it comfortable enough to sleep in so I guess he’ll put this at 5stars too!
Came with what it said, foot muff and rain cover.
The space underneath is pretty big and no where near the floor like with some other brands.
It feels comfortable to push..
Can all be done one handed!
It’s not the lightest, but it’s not heavy either.. I just have problems with my wrists and forearms so to carry this is a little difficult for me but it’s manageable.
I’m so happy I made this purchase!
It’s not the smallest fold pram but folds super easy and quick and is very light for the size of pram. I bought it for my 18 month old when moving on from travel system. It gives her so much more room and is much more comfortable. Extending hood means it’ll be great for summer months and even helps during light rain. The foot cover works well and plenty of room for blanket underneath when really cold. Basket is great size but only negative is that I’d like it to hold more weight (when food shopping). It moves really well and is very sturdy. Wish I’d bought this earlier to get more wear out of it.
I read all reviews on this pushchair before I brought it I saw there was more positive reviews than negative well I honestly say I’m not disappointed at all was easy to assemble took minutes pushchair looks expensive well worth the price tag the hood and the footmuff when used gives brilliant coverage to the child in it rain cover fits nice not massive gaps anywhere I saw a review saying the wheels where soft I can’t say the same the wheels are very hard took my son out in it today and he loves it such a soft push suspension is brilliant my son fell straight to sleep in it would highly recommend this pushchai
Ok so all in all would i recommend this product? Yes as long as you are ok with the negatives i mentioned earlier.
edit – taken for a walk to the park with a buggy board on and was great! son loves being front faced too! absolutely no faults with pram up to now 🙂 I have a venicci gusto but doesnt all fold as one so needed something a little more foldable to throw in the car and this feels just as smooth (just not as bouncy lol). only fault is if your looking for something that’s very compact in regards to folding then this may not be for you..
Edit ” Jan 2022 still going strong and still one of my favourites!!
Loses a star for 2 issues:
1) the footmuff is an afterthought. You can fold down the buggy while it is attached and is only held on with Velcro. Not very secure and a blanket is required.
2) the seat doesn’t go upright enough. Not terrible for an old child or for sleeping, but for our toddler who’s not yet walking they can barely see over the footmuff.
These are minor issues that we can hopefully live with. We got this for under 100gbp so I think it’s good value, given other similar buggys from silver cross or Mothercare arent as well built.
1. Looks very expensive
2. Good materials, thick polyester and iron frames
3. All polyester material is removable for washing
4. Butter smooth movement in wheels
5. One handed control of buggy possible due to its design
6. Extended roof for sun, rain and wind
7. Foot muff is additional and good
8. Easy to lock wheels
9. one handed closing
10. Very spacious for kid
11. Large shopping basket
12. Zipper for mobile etc
Minor niggles
1. Rain cover is thin and can’t be secured at bottom
2. Large even after folding, doesn’t go completely flat
3. Belt to adjust the seat recline cannot make it completely upright
4. Foam wheels are too soft, I doubt the durability. No replacements available
The chair is brilliant to use and very lightweight. We got this as our LB was growing far to quickly and this accommodated his height, so you can easily steer with one hand while holding their hand for walking time. The only negative is that the seat isn’t upright and it looks like they’re reclined and the wheels will get damaged and dented if you go over small stones.
We have told friends to get this pushchair over other well known brands as it looks much better and is easier to extend and fold away. Again, one slight negative is that it folds in half so the bottom will get scratched, which then makes it look scruffy.
It looks great, it’s lightweight, it’s easy to put up and down and it’s lovely to push.
Hood has a zipper so it’s extendable to protect your child from the sun, it has a peep hole in the top so you can see your little one at any time, and what I loved is that it has a pocket at the back of the hood to put in your phone or keys etc.
Basket underneath is a nice size too.
My only nit pick with the pram is that it doesn’t sit completely upright but that doesn’t seem to be a problem for my little girl (14m).
Greay buy, would definitely recommend!!
