Looking for a budget set of straighteners to leave at our holiday home. Arrived in a lovely box with carry bag, heat resistant glove and hair clips – definitely exceeded expectations! Straighteners heated quickly and worked very well. Delighted with purchase!
I bought these as my last straightners died. This item heats up fast – it shows you the temp rising on the LED display screen. Easy to adjust temp settings. Does a great job, even of my daughters thick, curly hair.

They were ok to start with, then couple of weeks later, the heat temperature control button doesn’t work at low settings, it now starts at 130 onwards instead of starting at 60 degrees, also locking the straighteners when finished is a bit of a problem to try and open them.
As this is just out the 4 week returns, looks like I’ll need to bin them as I bought these because of low settings, my hair isn’t in great condition that’s why I needed the low settings.
I would definitely not recommend this product for these reasons, waste of money.
Ok, let’s just say that I have a couple of GH…pricey straighteners and after almost three months of regular use on my super damaged hair and that of my daughter’s that may have intelligence of its own, this is how healthy it is, and I am still to figure out why the GH…are 4 times more expensive, as I fail to see how these inexpensive ones are different in what they do and how well and safe they do it! Bottom line – buy with confidence, these are worth every penny!
I was hesitant in actually getting this beard comb the fact that heats up others fearing the fact that it may burn my beard off or may weaken or open my pores for my roots from my beard hair and therefore making it easier for the hair to fallout but it does none of this it does actually the opposite and it prevents my hair from being wrinkly and curled up it does a brilliant job of straightening my hair put my beard. I like the colour and the feel of the product it is a bit loose on the hands because there is no strong grip but that’s not really something to complain about it feels great you can change the heat settings and it doesn’t do a bad job when it comes to easily adapting the settings and changing it for your own purpose and for your own good you don’t want it too hott you just want it about right so you can actually start feeling the straightening of the beard it works for even beards that are not really thick even beards that are thin and that are less in amount. it does the job really good and that’s what is needed when you’re using such a product you want it to do the exact right amount of straightening in this case, which this beard straightener has done. now you’ve got to be careful that you don’t burn yourself so I’d recommend starting off at low heat and seeing if your beard actually starts to straighten if it doesn’t then obviously increase the heat don’t do it too hot you don’t wanna hurt your skin but I don’t think it would hurt your skin anyway coz it doesn’t feel like it would burn I personally haven’t felt a ban and it does feel quite nice as well. recommend it give it a go yourself and see what happens!
K&K isn’t a brand I’ve come across before, but we are very pleased with these straighteners. The plates aren’t the widest, but they get very hot and do a pretty good job of taking my wife’s king thick hair. Four stars.
These are brilliant hair straighteners. I’m very impressed with them. I haven’t owned hair straighteners for a long time. Not since I was a teen. So it was nice to have some again. I myself have really short hair so have no use for them but I have 2 girls with a lot of hair. I used it on them and they were incredibly happy with how their hair has looked. Got their hair straight the first time. I love how the straighteners come in a lovely box. You could even give as a gift. The great thing is that the straighteners have a temperature control which is displayed on the outside and you can change the temp, even while you are using them. These are brilliant and I’m very happy with these straighteners.
These are a must have for everyone who likes straight hair!

The come well packaged: black box with silver logo K & K. The outer box slides off the inner grey quality box.
So far so good.
But then my issues kick in. On opening, you are presented with the K & K mission statement:
“Our mission: we offer the world with beauty ideas, concept, attitude”
This Chinglish devalues the product. I do so wish Chinese manufacturers would employ English translators, as it’s a shame when a quality product is made to look inferior and cheap because of this.
But you wouldn’t really want to give this to someone for a present with a nonsensical slogan on, would you? I certainly wouldn’t – it makes a decent pair of straighteners look like cheap foreign rubbish.
But onto the product itself. They are lovely looking and good quality straighteners. They have a matt black finish with rose gold trimmings, and come in a velvet bag which can be used between use to protect them, or when travelling.
They can also have a lock to hold the plates together, although I found the mechanism quite stiff at first. However, having used them several times now, either the mechanism is freeing up, or I’ve got the technique right now.
The temperature is adjustable using a simple dial. My previous hair straighteners were over twice the price and these are just as good.
So – I have my reservations about giving them as a present because of the dodgy “Chinglish” writing inside, but if you want some straighteners for yourself, I think these would be a good choice.
Never heard of this brand before, but i am very impressed with this.
I have fine waist length grey hair. I have ghd and h2d straightners and they are amazing, nothing has ever come close until now. I would buy these again over my ghds without question.
They have different heat settings, they glide through my fine hair without burning or overheating it, they leave my hair poker straight, and my hair was left soft, shiny and healthy looking.
In use they are light, they look beautiful, they have a long cord which is fantastic, they have a velvet pouch to keep them in, and have an auto shut off if like me you forget to turn them off.
I genuinely cannot say a single negative thing about them.
This straighter is 30-second heat-up time, 60-minute auto-off function, rotating wire and 17 adjustable temperature settings make it one of the best straighteners in the market. Throw in multiple accessories, a glove, 250 mm long heating elements, and adjustable spring to give a smooth grasp on the hair and you have nothing less than the best.
The instruction manual is pretty simple to understand. In addition, it has a beautiful velvet storage pouch for storage.
Then the side lock makes storage easier. Furthermore, it makes it travel-friendly.
The only drawback is that the manual wheel does not have the temperature written on it.

These straighteners are very impressive and I’m thrilled with them! They are very easy to use and straighten my hair perfectly, I also like that I can curl my hair easily with them too. My hair is very long and these straighteners can handle it with ease the 3D floating plates glide effortlessly through my lengths and my hair doesn’t catch or tug at all. It doesn’t take long at all to do all of my hair at all which is fabulous for when I’m in a rush! I like the click lock position, that’s easy to use and the storage bag, clips and glove are very handy and helpful. The stand out for me is how quickly these straighteners heat up, it’s very quick and I like that I can see it’s progress ok the led display. The dial offers me a good range of temperatures and it’s easy to control the temperature and make adjustments if needed. The display is easy to read and the length of the cable is great with good flexibility because it has 360 swivel at the base. I think the straighteners are lightweight, very portable and ideal for when I travel. The quality is excellent and I feel the value for money is brilliant. I really like the modern design and I feel they are very giftable so would make a great gift for a loved one.

The straighteners are presented really well in a professional looking box. You can tell that effort has gone into their presentation.
The straighteners are easy to use and have an easy temperature control wheel. The temp is displayed on the outside of the straighteners which doesn’t even look like a screen when they’re turned off. Everything about them looks professional. They glide over hair and produce excellent results.
They would make an excellent gift as they’re presented so well. Stick some wrapping paper on them and you’re done. Easy.

My partner absolutely loves these straighteners.
To begin with, if you are considering these as a gift for someone, they way these are packaged, then yes they are ideal! They come in a high quality box and sleeve, and are presented really nicely inside.
The straighteners perform exceptionally well, they get hot very fast, the straightening results are fantastic and my partner has now resorted to using these every day instead of ones that are a very well known brand!
If she loves them, then so do I, and I think you will too!
These mini straighteners don’t have a selection of pre-programmed heat settings like most other straighteners on the market; It instead has a dial that you can set anywhere from 60. c to 230. c and the thirty-second heat-up time. Having a dial that you can set according to your needs makes it really easy to pick the right temperature for your hair type: Such a simple idea. I don’t know why most other brands don’t also use it, instead of using automatic settings.
They are very easy to use; they’re lightweight, come with a long swivel cord [three meters] to make it easier to style the back of your hair, they’re easy to grip and yet the chrome finish means that they don’t drag through your hair. These aren’t the cheapest straighteners on the market but the slim plates have a rounded edge, making them great for adding flicks, curls, or waves to your hair. So one tool gives you four different looks – no need to buy curling tongs or similar.
My wife feels a difference in her hair since she began using them – there is noticeably less of that pulling sensation during straightening and/or styling and her hair is always shiny and doesn’t frizz anywhere near as much as it could do with other straighteners.
The heating elements are about 250 mm long and float nicely which helps protect your hair when in use.
Controlling them is a simple matter of turning the little dial to the temperature you need and waiting the seconds for the plates to heat up. The temperature ranges from 140 – 450
To use these you have to open the two tongues. Although this isn’t the easiest thing to do as you have to pull out the small piece where the cable goes into. This is once stiff sliding catch and can be a struggle to slide out. It may be best to leave them open once you’ve slid it back and opened the tongues.
There’s a little screen which shows numbers when you turn this on. The numbers rising as the temperature rises. The plates ready to use when your chosen temperature is reached.
There is a safety feature which automatically turns these off after 60 minutes it these are left unattended. For me 60 minutes is way too long. In 60 minutes an entire housing estate can burn down. If they set these for ten minute auto shutdown then that would be safer. Surely during those ten minutes you would have touched these if you’re still using them. But anyway. These have a 60 minute auto-shut off safety feature.
You get a few other things in this box, a glove to help prevent burning your hands when using these. You also get a few hair clips and a small bag to keep everything in.
In all, a fine pair of hair straighteners which can keep up there with the big boys when it comes to straightening your hair. They warm up quickly, do a fine, safe job in straightening your hair without burning it, and they look the part too. Plus, with the rather fetching box they come in these would make a good present for someone who would use them.
Left my hair silky soft, no catching, and unlike other flat irons that left my hair looking fried and obviously straitened, my hair is shiny, so soft, and natural looking. I’m thrilled to have found this hair iron.

This is an excellent curling/straightener. My ONLY complaintand it’s small; I don’t like where the on/off button is. My hand hits it continually while using itI’m used to it now and I’ve found away around it.

These are in my opinion as good as the 100 plus straighteners, I honestly cannot see any major drawbacks so these get the thumbs up from me, they are very quick to head up and the plates are very nice, the rotating power cord makes for tangle-free use and the lock locks properly and doesn’t spring open, all in all, really cannot fault them.
First impressions of luxury and prestige when I saw the posh presentation box it came in.
As I delved inside, things were still looking good. I see included, a single glove, instructions and two angular spring hair clamps.
The hair straightener was inside a velvet drawstring bag. The hair straightener looks well made from good quality plastics and steel parts. The wire cable is long and swivels around at the base of the straightener, which is a nice touch and helps manoeuvrability.
Upon closer examination and testing, the open and close locking mechanism take a few tries to get use to how it works. The straightener blades are polished titanium looking plates and have small gap clearance for the hair. The dial although when turned, shows the temperature selected, but would be a nice touch if the manual wheel also had the temperature printed on it.
I like how it heats up rapidly in half a minute and my wife’s hair straightens at around 190 degrees because her hair is more thicker and stiffer. Using smaller bunches of hair at a time is easier to do and once you get the feel of the straightener and heat, it becomes easier to use.
Her hair came out looking like she came from a salon! Very good results from this professional range product.

Hair doesn’t snag or pull in these AT ALL. they are super smooth, and they left my hair feeling beautiful, completely straight and shiny.

The straighteners are really well presented and go quite some way to justifying the professional moniker just from the packaging and accessories. It’s well built with the pads being of very low friction and the surface has no imperfections. You also get a heatproof glove to prevent getting burnt!
