The four year old lass I gave this to for Christmas was delighted and plays well with it. Great for imaginatio
If it is gift I would recommend putting it together first rather than have an excited child hovering over you while you screw it together. Once built it is very sturdy
La casa molto bella, ed arrivata intatta, senza nemmeno un graffio. Il materiale di ottima qualit, e rende la casa robusta. Non difficile da montare ma sono necessarie due persone per assemblarla in sicurezza. Sono felice di aver fatto questo acquisto!
Extremely easy to assemble- bought for granddaughter’s birthday and she loves it – it is a stunning little dolls house and thoroughly recommend it.
It is the best toy I’ve ever bought. The seller is very concerned and polite. I am very happy that it reached me as undamaged.
The recipient, age 5, adores this. She has populated it with various small toy creatures, e.g. her Peppa Pig collection, in preference to the set of dolls-house dolls we bought, so maybe don’t bother buying specific dolls?
The stairs are a bit tricky and she can’t put them back in place herself – they are removable, but it may be better to glue in place after assembly.
Biggest drawback is that although you can open up the roof and see into the attic, to which a set of internal stairs lead, you can only open the flap by removing the chimneys. This is a design flaw in my opinion. She now has it permanently open, which does spoil the look a bit.
It is not too deep front to back, so will fit against a bit of spare wall in a bedroom without sticking out into the room too far.
We bought this for our daughter and she absolutely loves it. It is well build and a great size. The finish is top class. She loves to sit and play with it, it is great for imagination and role play. We would definitely recommend.
Sehr schnes Puppenhaus ein absoluter Mdchentraum! Wir haben dieses Puppenhaus fr unsere Tochter zu Weihnachten geholt.
Das Puppenhaus kam sogar eher als erwartet.
Ein kleines Manko ist bei dem Puppenhaus was jetzt aber nur minimal ist die Magnete fr die Tren bzw Allgemein die Tr gehen recht schnell auf, erst nach dem zweiten Versuch die Tren vom Puppenhaus zu schlieen gehen sie zu.
Ansonsten ging das Puppenhaus recht flott aufzubauen.

Easy to assemble, versatile to play with and has stood up to many hours of happy play. Glad I got this for my friend’s daughter’s they’re having a whale of a time even under lockdown.
Pretty easy to assemble, just take your time. Many hours of good play for the children. Arrived in good shape, even though it was send in own cardboard only (just beware if your kids should not see it at arrival ;-)). Quality OK, not blown away, but decent.
My Daughter got this from Santa Clause for Christmas. Its so well made and the attention to detail is stunning!!!! Very impressed. It was very straight forward to build so happy days. Its has taken a lot of abuse and it seems very durable. I expect she will get years of joy with it and maybe someday she will past it down to her children 🙂

Playing is wonderful for kids and the beauty of a dolls house is that the appeal is wide- from the toddler right up to 8/9/10.

Guidance….perfect for any home with kids under 10 in it and any childcare space eg nursery. There are some cute details both internally and externally and it is nice and sturdy so repeated play hasn’t caused any warping. We have seen superheroes going “to the restaurant house for a rest” or it become a hedgehog hotel which is a lovely thing to see in a time when screens have taken away a lot of imaginative play…
This is without a doubt a dolls house with ‘wow’ factor. It’s massive, genuinely imposing and I could see such in the faces of my daughters when they first clapped eyes on this lovely toy.
It’s nicely made, sturdy enough and made with attention to detail. The little parts come wrapped in tissue paper. It is those little details that make you appreciate the difference between this and other dolls houses. It’s true you don’t get lots of extras here and that’s the biggest let down. But my kids just moved their sylvanian families furniture in.
The fact remains that this a lot of dolls house. Yes it’s a lot of money but it’s worth the extra investment. It had greater quality via its better finish than other cheaper dolls houses I’ve seen and bought.
It’s so imposing, so impressive, I’m sure it would be a wonderful surprise on Christmas morning.
First of all, this isn’t a doll’s house – it’s a mansion! It is absolutely beautiful once assembled; you can enclose it completely and it even has functioning shutters!
I have rated it 3 stars to assemble – it’s completely flat packed (and the box is huge – and heavy) and is a bit awkward, so if you have somewhere “secret” to work on it, if it’s a gift, I’d allow yourself a couple of evenings. The problem is that I’m now going to have to spend a small fortune furnishing it, although I’m inclined to be led by my daughter as she is more into Sylvanian Familes than small dolls, which would fit equally well (barbies would not work – it’d be like having a 15ft person living in a normal house!).
Recommended age is 3; our daughter is 2 and she is fine with this.

This is expensive, theres no getting away from that, and you can buy one at half the price from Lidl. But its so pretty, and sometimes its just nice to have the biggest the best and the prettiest when youre small. It also gives enough space for 2 littlies to play at the same time whcih is nice. If youre a completist like me you will need the matching furniture set which will set you back another chunk of money (149) but its worth it for it all to be matching. The finish is lovely like all Le Toy Van products, and the colour scheme very cute. Make sure youve got room for it though, its huge!
Absolutely beautiful dolls house! Really pretty muted tones, which would go with most decors as not garish and quite inoffensive. I gave this to my 5 year old niece as a birthday present and helped to put it together. Very big and spacious, I was a bit worried about assembling this house but it was fairly easy to put together — it took two adults however and the instructions could have been clearer. But once complete it looked fab and had really good detailing. Quality of the house is good and feels sturdy and safe. My niece loves it and although it didn’t come with furniture she loves to pay with her LOL surprise dolls inside.
When you’re buying a big purchase and of course a big item, such as a doll house for your child, it’s worth paying a little extra to ensure that it’s sturdy and that it’s going to last. This dolls house feels strong and sturdy and for that security and the fact I know that it’s going to last and pass from and to each of my daughters, is definitely worth the money. I don’t have to worry about buying another one for my other daughters because of the materials this is made out of, I know it will last. It’s also a high quality dolls house that my daughter is thoroughly enjoying playing with it and also defending it and her dolls from her little sister.
This is what I would call an everlasting toy. It can be played with by many age groups and items can be collected and added over time. It was surprisingly easy to put together and once fixed is a very sturdy house. It is really big and quite heavy so if it is for a gift you need somewhere good to hide it before the day. It has lots of lovely features and detailing and all you need to add is furniture and people. I had a big house like this when I was a girl and loved it and I know that my grandchildren will love this house just as much, worth every penny.

We have been a fan of Le Toy products for a long time; they’re durable, well made and then to outlast the usual plastic tat. This is another great example.
The four story doll’s house comes flat-packed but we got it together without too much difficultly. The result was a very impressive house which is ready to decorate and fill as you wish. We had another doll’s house in the past which was unpainted inside and so presented an overwhelming job. Not so this one, which is already painted and you could just fill, which is particularly good if you have very young kids.
This comes highly recommended. It’s the kind of toy they’ll remember for years to come!
This is a very impressive dolls house – standing nearly a 1m tall, and at 1/12 scale it will surely delight. Of course you are going to have to put some funiture in it – which you can buy as a complete package at nearly 400 quid for house and contents – or you can buy individual packs. Unless you are very rich I would suggest holding back on some of the contents – as there is new delight when a new room is being out together.
Being made of rubber wood, this is strong and the detail is really good. This is not a cheap item, but it will give many years of play. But it is large, so figure out where it is going to live. Probably on the floor too, so allow for that. Can’t fault it though.
This dolls house is beautiful, it looks lovely and would make many young children very happy. It is a very decent size with three floors and an attic but the light colours on the outside of the dolls house means that it doesn’t dominate the room.
It arrived in a large box that showed the contents so keep that in mind. The box is also incredibly heavy as the dolls house alone is just shy of 20kg. Putting the house together was far harder than I had expected, the instructions were not clear at all and this was frustrating. I needed help at various points as I didn’t have enough hands to slot it all together. It did involve a few swear words! But the stress of that was worth it as we now have a beautiful dolls house that should last for many years.

I had been looking around for options for my daughter and had settle don one of the range from LTV when I was offered this.
It arrives flat packed and is very heavy. Once unpacked I set about assembly with thoughts of flat pack horror in my mind but it was actually straight forward to assemble.
Once assembled you will notice it is big. Very big. We have decided to keep this in her room as its not easily portable.
The furniture and people are bought seperately and can be done so as part of different ranges or in large multipacks.

I love the detailing on the house and daughter adores it. It is a premium dolls house in my opinion but worth every bit!

My daughter thrilled with it. The design and detail is perfect. The only drawback for me is it doesn’t house Barbie size dolls but fortunately my daughter has smaller dolls that fit great in it.

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschn, toll verarbeitet und in dezenten FArben gehalten, so dass es hoffentlich auch noch in ein
paar Jahren gemocht wird. Das Zusammenstecken geht sehr einfach und das ganze Haus macht einen sehr
stabilen, wertigen Eindruck. Toll finden wir, dass es sich aufgrund der Tren komplett verschlieen last, und
bei Nichtgebrauch ein wenig wie eine Kommode aussieht 😉
Ich bin gespannt, wie meine Tochter reagiert, wenn sie das Haus zum 5. Geburtstag bekommt. Sie ist ja ein
wenig lter als die eigentliche Zielgruppe (ab 3 Jahren) und ich finde die Le Toy Van Mbel zwar ebenfalls
wunderschn, aber doch ein wenig ‘klobig’.
In ein paar Tagen werde ich berichten knnen, ob das Haus samt Mbeln zum Lieblingsspielzeug erkoren wurde 😉
Ein schnes Haus in dem Preissegment. Es wirkt durchdacht und stabil obwohl es nur zusammengesteckt ist. Leider hatte meins ein, zwei Schadstellen in der Lackierung und der Trrahmen war gebrochen bei Lieferung, was wir jedoch geleimt haben. Man braucht definitiv mindestens zwei Leute zum Aufstellen, drei sind aber besser, je nach Talent und bung. Puppen und Mbel muss man extra erwerben.
My first thought was what have i bought, the size of it was huge. But when i gave it to my 5year girl it was just amazing. I love The clever solutions But i must say becouse of that not to give it to younger than 5.
My daughter loves this. The roof can be a bit fiddly for the younger children but it was easy to put together and seems quite sturdy.
We got this house for my 2 year old daughter for Christmas. There were no defects whatsoever and it was easy to assemble. It’s very pretty to look at and seems quite sturdy. My two year old loves it. My only complaint here is that the roof pannel is not easy to remove for two, three or even four-year-old little hands without damaging the “paintwork”. Also it could have done with a handle bar over the roof for easier carrying. Otherwise it’s a really wonderful toy and my daughter loves it.
This product is great. It was easy to assemble and is strong and well-made. My 3 year old daughter loves it, she particularly likes the opening windows. It is an attractive house, and the internal decoration is good with plenty of detail. The roof lifts up to allow the space to be used as an attic room, though there is no staircase up, which I think is a bit of a shame. All in all a very good toy.
We are thrilled with the quality of this doll’s house. It was so easy to assemble and we know that the amount of fun and learning that will occur will be tremendous.
