Bought these and used to light the front of the house at Xmas, will use again at Halloween to light up the props. Nice and bright and decent length cable

Well built with a good 3m space between each lamp.
The connections are precise which is comforting to know as it ensures water cannot get in.
Well priced and more professional looking than others with option to surface or spike mount.

These were for my grandads garden and he raves about them every time I come round. They are great quality and the lights have a great colour selection and are nice and bright. Easy to change modes and set up and looks incredible in the garden at night, really recommended

This is an amazing pack of lights for garden. Very bright and easy to setup, water and weatherproof this is perfect to keep all year in the garden.
Good for nights were you want to spend time outside or just to decorate, increasing the highlights of my garden.
I have good plans for it, but so far the lights are very good and the control is perfect. I just miss a full control via mobile phone.

If you are looking for a quick and simple way to add some colour to your garden, these lights are great.

You just place them where you want in your garden and plug them in. You can then control them with the remote control. They are very bright and the colours are very vibrant.

I believe they are designed to be pointing at an object and they make it look very nice a lit up at night. Each light can be connected using the 3m cable, this is very long and allows you to easily spread them out in the garden and being able to connect lights together is great as you only need to use 1 plug socket.

Overall, I think these are great and I would recommend.

I still haven’t decided on final placement of these lights, but that doesn’t matter as the ability to stake or wall mount them provides versatility. I might even use 1 or 2 indoors and these produce a lot of light and can be different colours.

This is a pack of 4 x LED floodlights that can be wall mounted or ground staked.

They come with a remote control and a 3 pin UK Plug.

The LED RGB floodlights are a sealed unit which are waterproof and weatherproof suitable for outdoor use throughout the whole year, with a IP65 rating.

The 4 individual lights can be the same colour or each 1 a different colour.

If you point the remote to each individual unit and select the a colour, you are able to have 4 different static colours.

    Several lighting modes available.
    Dimmer and brighten.
    Timer option.

Suitable for all year round garden lighting.

    I recommend these lights.

A good quailty set of colour changing garden lights. I’m currently using them as uplights against a building and they look fantastic. Very easy to set up, just make sure to follow the instructions to the letter to keep the electrical connections sealed from any water getting in. We’ve had some horrible weather since installing these and I’ve had zero problems.

Lots of different options for colours and effects we have ours on a steady standard light and it looks great, however for Halloween we changed it up a bit. Very easy to do via the remote. A fairly intuitive and simple process all round. Light itself gives a good spread and colours are bright and vivid.

Planning on using a smart plug to negate the remote entirely and make them more smart.

There’s a few fitting options but we have used the ground steaks and was quick, easy and secure. The lights themselves are fairly lightweight so I feel happy they’re not going anywhere when stuck in the ground.

Can’t really fault them. Would recommend

Set of 4 LED flood lights come nicely boxed with a remote. The lights are easy to install; they can be mounted various ways for example on the wall or even on the ground.

The lights have 14 different modes, you can also set the colours and even pick if you want the light just on, flashing etc

I’m having these set up outside the garden shed which we have recently decorated and it will look great with these lights in the ground pointing towards the building.

These floodlights are intended for outdoor use, and come with an IP65 rating (aka: dust protected and proof against water jets). So while they’re not suitable for underwater use, they should be more than able to cope with being rained on!

At the same time, it’s worth noting that while the PSU seems pretty watertight, it does have a standard UK plug attached to it, with a little fuse door on it. So it’s definitely advisable to plug this into a weatherproof/protected socket!

Beyond that, both the light units and the cable connectors seem to be robust and sturdy; the male/female plugs which mate the light units to the cable are all keyed and have a screw-on cover, which helps to keep water out of them. And with 3m of cable between each connector – and another 4m from the first connector to the power socket – there’s plenty of flexibility when it comes to arranging them. Especially since the built-in brackets are designed to be both used with stakes, or fastened via screws to any suitable vertical surfaces.

When it comes to the lighting functionality, it all seems to be pretty standard; the LEDs are nice and bright and the remote control lets you switch between various colour modes, as well as letting you change the brightness. And it’s nice to have a number of timer options (from 2 – 8 hours), too.

Things do go a little bit weird if you don’t plug all four units in – only the first unit will accept commands from the remote control – but I can’t really see any scenario where anyone’d actually want to do this, not least because you’d then have to weather proof the unused ports on the cable.

Overall, these seem pretty much perfect for setting up in a garden!

    Perfect for the garden!

: Top Tip : Use an outdoor approved use socket only. Running a cable out a window, or a door, is very dangerous. Consult an electrician to install a proper safe socket, before attempting to install these lights.

: Top Tip : These lights are pretty powerful, and light up a large area. Plan for where you want lit up, by lighting features in your garden, and not just spaces.

: At 99.99, at the time of writing,

    This :

: LED RGB Floodlight, Colour Changing Outdoor Spotlight Garden Lights with Remote Control, Dimmable LED Flood Light Outdoor for Wall, Pathway, Halloween,Tree Lights,Timing,IP 66 Waterproof, 4 Pack-32W

Looks to be a good quality, well designed set of flood lights.

    However…
    Are they any good?
    Will they make me happy?
Will I get a lovely cup of tea , at any point during this review?
And possibly even a biscuit ?
Well… the answers to these, plus perhaps, one or two, extra, questions, we might accidentally stumble across, during the course of my meandering, and often erratic, review, we should take a closer look… …

    Packaging :
It arrives in a lovely, shiny, professional, retail ready box.
The level of packaging is not excessive, or profligate, and is just enough to keep the product safe, and out of the box in good condition.
It makes a very good first impression.

    Recycling :
Most of the packaging can be recycled.

    Contents :
Out of the box, and the contents are easily catalogued:
    4 x Flood Lamps,
    1 x UK Adapter,
    4 x Ground Stakes,
    1 x Main Power Wire,
    1 x Remote Control,
    8 x Screws.
    Very nice.
All the ingredients… (are we making a cake?) … yup, ingredients is what I went for, and I am going with it… are there to get started right out of the box.

    Build Quality :
The build quality is very good.
They feel chunky, well put together, and solid.
They feel, and look pretty durable.
There are no visible flaws, no ragged edges, no mould marks, and no gaps.
No telltale rattles, or squeaks that would give away poor workmanship.
It all looks very professional indeed, with all the junctions being beautifully finished.
It’s all nicely done, and looks the business.

    Features :
    The RGB Lights measure : 150mm x 78mm x28mm.

The light kit begins with a UK legal, 3 pin fused plug.
Always a relief to see on imported goods.
There is 0.5 metres of cable to the Controller.
0.5 metres of cable between the Controller, and a junction plug.
Then, there is 3 metres of cable between the junction plug, and the first light.
Between each light there is 3 metres of cable.
This makes a total of 10 metres of cable in total between the plug, and the last light.
Perhaps there could be a longer cable between the plug, and the first light, as 4 metres is not a lot, and means you have to stick pretty close to your outdoor plug socket, or face sourcing a good outdoor extension cable before you can site your new lights.

The lights are waterproof, and rated as being IP65 water safe.
This is pretty extreme weather proofing, as IP65 means it can withstand powerful water jets.
However, quick dig around the product information reveals :
“Waterproof: Except the 24V Adapter is Not waterproof, others are sealed with IP65 waterproof characteristics, and can be used safely. ”
So… you have to keep the controller dry, which is 1 metre along the cable after the plug.
I am not sure how this would work, as you would be plugging the plug into an outdoor plug, then face having to keep the next 1 metre of cable inside and dry, along with the controller, before letting the rest of the cable outside.
Or do you put the controller inside a waterproof bag, and seal it up?
It seems a little clunky and poorly designed.
Oh, and the remote is not water proof either…
So keep that inside too, after you have pressed the on button.
Another poor bit of design in my book.

The kit comes with the hardware to insert the four lights into the ground, or to fix it on the wall.
    A nice touch.

    The lights are dimmable.
    WIth 8 RGB Colours.
    Lumens: 1600lm10%, Warm White (2700K).
Voltage: AC100-240V, Controller convert 24V safe low voltage.

These LED Floodlight have 14 modes.
Yyou can choose one or more colors for the four lamps to keep the light on, or flashing, breathing, fading… or running one by one.
It also allows you to set a time (2H,4H,6h or 8H) to automatically turn off when needed.

    Set Up :
Use an outdoor approved use socket only.
Running a cable out a window, or a door, is very dangerous.
Consult an electrician to install a proper safe socket, before attempting to install these lights.

Using the well written, easy to understand instructions, it is easy enough to fix the lights to the ground, or to a wall, and be up and running within forty five minutes, or so.
They look good, and very professional once installed.

    Performance :
The lights performed perfectly during product testing.
They were a joy to use, and did not put a foot wrong during our robust, and rigorous testing phase.
We enjoyed their good design, and the nicely made features, which all lived up to their descriptions.
They were flawless in their performance, and we cannot fault them.

A well made bit of kit.

    Down Sides :
The lack of water proofing on the remote control, and the controller, make keeping them safe and dry a bit of a challenge.
A better design would have eliminated this hassle.

    Value :
Value wise, it feels like they delives the goods.
The quality you get with them, makes them a good purchase.
I would happily pay the asking price.

    Summary :
    Overall, these are excellent.
They are well designed, with some nice features, and some cool design touches.
It is clear that a lot of thought, and care, has been given during the design phase, and this is bourn out in their well produced sellable form.
They are well put together, with a good overall build quality, and some good details.
They are pretty good value, and feel like a good buy.
I am a proud owner, and user, and I am happy to have had the privilege of reviewing them.

I think I can hear the sound of a kettle boiling…
    Ooh, lovely…

    Recommendation :
I enjoyed testing them, and I am enjoying using them it regularly.
It is a very good product, and one that has left a very good impression on me.
I do not hesitate to recommend them highly.
The lights and the cup of tea.

    Biscuit ?

I hope you enjoyed our time together .
Thank you for reading my review .

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIn the kit you get 4 lights, remote control, wire harness, power supply and two packs of screws with wall plugs. Each light is made of black plastic, probably ABS, with a glued glass front. Inside the light, are 12 LEDs in a 2 x 6 arrangement, centred in a white light cone. The back of the light is finned slightly for rigidity. The cable entry has a gland and silicone O-ring for a weather seal. The lights seem strong enough, but are not aluminium, so only time will tell.

The stand or frame is painted steel, with two hex bolts to adjust the angle. The frame has a central hole for the ground spike and two elongated holes for securing to a wall or fence post with the supplied screws. You can use the central screw alone for this, but two packs of screws and wall plugs are provided for a secure mount to a wall. I put these lights in the ground and the single central screw worked well enough and the wire helps keep everything positioned.

The spikes are plastic with a threaded insert. Each one comes with a hex screw and washer already inserted for you to attach to the light stand using the central hole. I have two other sets where the spikes are aluminium, and they are a lot more durable in the long term, and even when putting the spikes in, plastic ones don’t fare well in stony ground, so you need to be careful where these are placed.

The controller should be kept indoors where the unit plugs into the mains supply socket, as it is not waterproof. If you are using an outdoor socket, then these will not be suitable without additional protection for the controller.

Some of the gland seals on the lights are not done well. I opened one up, and hopefully you can see from the photos that the rubber insert had not been placed properly. This can be corrected, but it means that you have to inspect every light to ensure that the lights live up to their IP66 rating.

Unusually, there is no hex tool included for the frame hex bolts or for the bolts on the spikes. It is not a problem for me as I have many of these to hand, but it could be a problem for some. You will need two sizes.
The product information states that this set is IP65 but also IP66, and it cannot be both. Additionally, this is claimed as waterproof, but IP65 and IP66 are definitely not. Nevertheless, these ratings indicate that the lights should resist rain and general weather.

I have connected these to an electrical socket in an outdoor building and run the wire outside. They are activated by a Zigbee socket using Home Assistant. I can then simply remote control these lights using a switch in the kitchen without any need to go outside. I really liked how long the wires were for the lights, although it could have done with a bit of a longer length for the initial run from the power supply to the first light. The remote comes with many settings, but some gave quite abrupt changes in light and all needed slowing down. I found that the multicoloured fade option worked best, and the unit remembers the last setting so when switched on it carries on the fade effect. The light is nice and bright in the garden and complements the lights that I already have.

Thanks for taking the time to read my review, I hope you found it helpful.

Bright multicolour light and easy to install.

These were just what I was looking for, lights that I could put under bushes and trees that are bright enough to show right up through the branches. And these are bright, not blindingly so, but excellent for my purposes.
Cables and connections are strong enough to last a few years and not worry about the weather. I’ve knocked off one star as I feel that the lights will last a lot longer than the hand controller that looks and feels very flimsy and is also in no way waterproof, so, if you leave it outside in the rain, don’t be surprised to find it no longer works. Perhaps a minor point, but one that, with a little bit more thought for what is a reasonably high priced set of lights, they could have at least made it waterproof.
Other than that, very pleased with the lights.

LED RGB Floodlight, Colour Changing Outdoor Spotlight Garden Lights with Remote Control, Dimmable LED Flood Light, Outdoor Lights, Timing, IP 66 Waterproof, 4 Pack-32W

I checked what IP 66 actually means for us non-electricians and the answer is as follows
IP66 = Water projected in powerful jets from any direction shall have no harmful effects.

This lighting set has 4 Lights and 4 Ground Stake and a 500mm long wire to the main line. 13M/42.64ft Long Outdoor Extension Lead Cables between lights is 3 meters. These came very well packaged and look very good on inspection. All four lights work well, and everything is very easy to put together.

I haven’t quite worked out where I finally want to put these lights and will be trying out various places. They feel well constructed and solid, and the remote control is easy to use. They come with individual stakes if you prefer them on the ground or they can be attached to walls. I was happily placing them in the front garden so I could take a nice video of them when a great big spider landed on me, video is now a rather short shaky affair I’m afraid!

The main cable to the power supply is a little short for my liking and would much prefer something longer. The various settings are easy to change with the remote as is the timer.

    easy to set up

-Firstly I ordered RGB Floodlight with Remote control to use at home, however in the Summer season I am going to use it at my garden.

-Second, this floodlight set is ultra premium and professional product. The quality of the product is awesome and seems pretty durable.

Let’s have a look at inside of the box,

    -4X Floodlights,
    -4X Ground Stakes,
    -1X Adapter,
-1X the Main Power Wire (More or less 13 metres)
    -1X Remote Control,
    -User Manual,
    -Screws

You should make a decision on using this floodlight at home or garden.

    Two ways of installation are available;
    -Ground Stake Installation,
    -Wall Mounted Installation.

    Important! Caution
Before Installation of the floodlights, please read User Manual carefully.

On the main power line, which is 13 meters long, you need to connect 4 pieces of 4-hole female plugs in turn with 4-pin male plugs on 4 RGB projectors, and you should carefully tighten the protective rubber sleeve.

-The next step is to connect the adapter with the main wire.
-The final step is to plug the adapter into the outlet.

The ways of using the Floodlights,
    -Using remote control,
-Pressing down one by one the button on adapter.

I prefer using remote control which you can customise the lights well.

    What I liked:

-The adapter converts AC 100-240V to 24V so it can be acceptable as a low voltage and safer than 220 Volt.
-There are 14 different modes that you can choose one of them. The lights are dimmable and consume less power.
-Two ways of usability; stake or wall mounted, respectively.
-All colours are super bright and vibrant.
-Timing is available via remote control,
-IP 65 waterproof features of RGB Lights.
-I saw in the manufacturer’s description that the item is under 2 years of warranty. This is awesome case for users. (Peace of Mind)
-With the vouchers, it will cost 85.

I am aware of the price seems a little bit high but this item is not like cellphones which some people every year upgrade, on the contrary I am thinking of this RGB Lights set as buy once use long years.

    What I didn’t like:

-Power adapter is not waterproof so you should find a convenient solution to protect it and prevents from water.

    Overall,

I haven’t had any issues with it. This can be a pretty nice gift for true person in your life. I can recommend the RGB Floodlight set.

Hope you find my review useful.
    Thank you.

Well designed, decent quality and durable product.

First impressions say a lot and the box looked good but the proof of the pudding etc.
Upon opening all was well wrapped and protected. The lights themselves look well made, the stakes for the ground were a bit sturdier than some you get but don’t lose the little washer. You do need it. Also you might need a hex key to tighten a mounting bracket. I didn’t need one but one is not supplied. Just saying.
The mains block and connectors look well made. In all, time will tell but looks promising for something that’s expected to last a while open to the elements.
For once the remote is fairly self explanatory. There are plenty of modes, with the speed and brightness all able to be altered. I learn from playing around with things so had fun trying it all out.
The cables are 3m between lamps with no way of changing that. I would have liked a bit longer cable to the first light but that’s a personal thing.
Very easy to cable up and the connectors look well fitting as they need to be as they are open to rain snow etc.
Very impressed with this, lighting up the garden well. Will brighten up the winter.

    Nice piece of ki
