I use it for e mails & online banking I am disabled and unable to use the telephone as I am unable to speak following an operation to remove my voicebox
I have read a lot of negative reviews about this laptop. Typically for me, I read them AFTER buying it. However, I experienced none of the issues. The laptop booted immediately on my hotspot from a 68e phone. I disabled S mode and downloaded the Chrome OS. It worked fine and still is working fine. I suspect a lot of people do not understand computers and don’t understand what they are buying. I paid 130 for mine on Amazon Warehouse. The scratch is like someone tapped it with a pin, it’s MINUTE. I didn’t rate the battery as it’s my first day.
I see my review says “reviewed from the UK”
I can ASSURE you that Dublin, where it has been reviewed from, has not rejoined the UK
What an amazing bargain, very fast and far better than my ol’ Chromebook. Well worth the cheap price, and comes with a free period of Microsoft Office 365 as well! Can’t fault it, or the quality, and it’s very lightweigh
A reasonable screen considering the price and would not be difficult to carry all day.
I am not really a typical user , all I wanted was a portable Windows laptop to run some Morse Code training program so I could take it in garden etc.
Have been Mac for well over a decade and only had some old Win 7 desktop hulks in attic !
I’ve not used that much, but it does the job I wanted to do simple stuff keyboard looks like he’s laid out for a 10-year-old but thats nothing very pleased with i
I would totally recommend this beautiful Lenovo laptop Windows 11. It is exactly as described on Amazon. It arrived on time with secure packaging. It looks very stylish. It is lightweight with a great size screen. I have never used windows before but it works perfectly on this laptop. The touchpad is smooth and the keys are clearly marked and sensitive to touch. It also has a long battery time. I would highly recommend this Lenovo laptop for work or home use.
Ok, first of all, the delivery time was excellent, no complaints there. And actually, so far, I have little complaints EXCEPT the delete button is NEXT to the POWER button and the backspace button is UNDERNEATH the POWER button so yeah, I’ve turned the damn thing off a number of times now attempting to delete something – really annoying. And the other niggle is usually CTRL + END takes you to the end of the text or page, but no, not on this baby where you have to hold CTRL + Fn + END, and I can see no good reason for this.
Other than those annoyances, so far it has good battery life and I’m mostly happy with my purchase.
Things to note – RAM cannot be upgraded on this model (at 4GB) BUT it seems to run okay though on this streamlined version of Windows 11 S… and I was actually quite impressed by the speed. Also note there is only just under 20GB on the 64GB solid state hard drive after all the standard installed stuff. Should be enough for my child’s school projects and watching videos etc… they are not a gamer so the low spec shouldn’t be an issue, at least till it gets sat on/broken 🙂
