bought as gift for someone working from home. Fast delivery and easy assemble. They liked the matt finish. Great that the HDMI included with item so didn’t have to purchase one and an adjustable stand. The only down side is that it’s slow for screen response.
I bought this for 89.99, which meant it was a better bargain than the 124 that it showed a couple of days afterwards. Very odd…
I use 2 monitors (but not a gamer) and one of mine was new in 2020 and developed a fault and just wouldn’t turn on. At 90 pound I couldn’t get a repair quote that compared so, a new one it had to be. In case anyone cares – will take the old one to my local tip’s electronics shop (where they try and repair stuff and sell it on).
Anyway. For what I get up to on my PC – this is a nice little monitor.
Plugged it in and it immediately leapt into dual screen mode. It did take over my sound, which threw me for a moment. Just had to go into Settings to put my speakers back in charge. All good.
Reasonable for its price. You know you won’t get a super high quality resolution but very good for what you are paying. Very light and works for working from home. Highly recommended. I got the 24inch
I’m happy with this product but know very little about monitors. Maybe the screen and picture quality are worth five stars – I wouldn’t know. Has a good refresh rate.
I purchased one of these a few years back and loved it so much i knew exactly what to buy when it came to getting a duel monitor set up. They are light, bright and have zero issues with there colour display. Very easy to change up settings too which is a bonus. If i had to get a 3rd monitor id 110% be debating getting one of these. – in fact im debating getting one to connect an amazon fire stick too for my daughters room to get rid of the clunky tv she is currently using.
Does the job but the height is not adjustable to I have had to put it on a pile of books as it’s too low and was giving me pain at the top of my back.
Nice size monitor for desktop. Excellent definition, sounds good through my studio speakers. Good price and does the job.
The tall stand allows for height adjustment and screen pivoting. The screen quality is great for working from home. The built-in speakers are low quality but this doesn’t affect me. I’d recommend a soundbar if you are using the screen for anything more than work. Highly recommend it as a cheap home screen.

I love this screen, was exactly what I was looking for, I kept seeing 24 inch screens with hdmi and VGA, this screen has hdmi and display port connections but without getting technical, are the most newest to date which will give you the best picture quality and also has built in speakers, all in all this screen is a good size and has superb picture quality for the price..
By the way, it comes with an hdmi cable in the box.. if you want a DP one, unfortunately you will have to buy your own..

I’ve received the monitor at lunchtime of the day after placing the order (end of day) – kudos to the Seller and to their courier!
I’ve only used it for a few hours, but it looks very good indeed:
– picture quality is superb;
– the built-in speakers produce a crystal clear (and pretty loud) sound;
– it can be lifted and lowered, tilted and rotated to one’s heart content.
Not to mention I can now split the screen in two – almost as if I had 2 monitors.
I love my lovely wide screen. A pleasure to install with the VESA mount. Natively compatible, I’ve had 0 problems.
Came up on a very very good price during prime deals and it was hard to ignore. 29 was the ultrawide size I was after, the brightness was decent for work and when watching movies, it was OK, obviously not OLED TV… I’m not a gamer so, haven’t tried it for that application. Only wish was it had more output at the back, like usb c but that would definitely cost a premium…
This monitor is great value for the money. I was looking to replace my old monitor in my studio,I found this one on special offer,after some deep thinking I decided to purches it.The best thing I’v done this year,it is perfect for studio, it is as long as my mixer so not a small item.But has the high resilotion thst I need.
The more I buy from Lenovo, the more I like. Good value and good sturdy equipment. Well worth the purchase. As a simple work station screen for emails, Word and basic internet surfing it absolutely perfect.

The monitor is very good, not perfect for professional use of colours because I can notice some difference from my laptop, specially the brightness. But overall is a very good monitor for those who wants to have a second screen to work.
his monitor is good dew to the fixing that had to be done the fact that it does not come with volume but other than that everything is realy good.
Overall these are great monitors for the price. I got them on offer for 109 which is very reasonable. However I experienced a slightly odd config issue.
Design and Usage
The design is good and the bezels are small. I use two side by side for work (spreadsheets etc.) and they are great for that use. Viewing angles are OK, but there is some grey shift when viewing off axis. I haven’t done any gaming or colour work on them so can’t comment on performance in that regard. PSU is integrated, which is a must for me.
Config issue:
The monitors I purchased have a odd config issue where if they are driven at any other refresh rate other than the max (75hz) the contrast ratio becomes awful. As per the image, the left (an old dell 4:3 panel) and right (Lenovo Laptop) displays are displaying what I would consider to be a good black level and the center monitor is the new Lenovo when driven at 60hz. As you can see this is a very poor black level.
I stumbled on the fix by forcing my laptops to drive the panels at 75Hz. After doing so they work perfectly and have good blacks. Why refresh rate impacts contrast I have no idea. This is the case for all three of my PCs and both of the Lenovo Monitors. Hope this helps someone else if you have the same issue.
The only negatives I have found thus far is that the screen is quite reflective, I would say it’s average in this respect. I guess that’s par for a non 3H anti-glare coating. And that the bottom of the monitor (the chin with the Lenovo logo) is quite thick, and the logo in a reflective silver is quite obtrusive. But I’m really nit picking at this point considering how much cheaper it was compared to the LG. Bezels are also like 6mm thick on the top, left and right. With the advertised 3mm bezel only at the bottom of the screen (except there is like a 2 cm chin at the bottom). I found these bezels to be thin enough for my use case. A real negative is that the stand apparently sucks since it’s wobbly unable to support the weight of the monitor. I didn’t test this so I can’t comment on this, but I would recommend getting a monitor arm since the default stand doesn’t provide any adjustment at all. You can factor this into the price of the monitor compared to getting something like the UL650 which has an adjustable stand built in. On screen buttons are ok, I prefer them at the front than behind, it has average customisation options. So how is it for gaming? Sorry I can’t say other than the ghosting performance is average, nothing spectacular, about par for IPS displays. Though I doubt you would be buying a 4K 60hz monitor for competitive FPS gaming, it’s good enough for a casual RTS gamer like me. It doesn’t go 75hz either, just in case you thought it did (it was mistakenly written on the Lenovo website when this launched in 2019).
The 28.5 inches compared to the 27 inches of the LG 27UL6XX series wasn’t a major factor for me, but a plus I guess. You won’t find a large difference in PPI at all. I would personally say that a 1440p 27″ monitor is not enough PPI for it to be retina, so I would go 4K for a 27″ for sure. I was used to using a Samsung 24″ 4K IPS monitor as my daily driver prior, and I was glad to see that the increase in size from 24″ to 28″ while keeping the same resolution didn’t affect the perceived clarity as much if at all (I can’t notice at my viewing distance of 65 cm. If you go for any bigger of a monitor e.g. 32″+, you’ll probably have to have an extremely deep desk, since you would have to sit quite far back for it to be usable.
Coil whine does not exist, which I am glad for since I am very sensitive to high frequency noise no matter how quiet it is (my desk environment is completely silent). Supposedly having the PSU unit integrated into the monitor may make it more susceptible to coil whine (and flicker), my unit didn’t have either of said issues. For normal people you can disregard this entire paragraph, unless you get stressed like me when buying a GPU from worrying about it having loud coil whine. Another probably nonexistent issue is that the brown cardboard box has no handles at all, so it is unwieldy to carry around, it is also protected by Styrofoam, so it is adequate protection but not the most protective and environmentally friendly solution. This packaging makes it harder to transport, so keep that in mind.
TLDR; I like this monitor, my unit had a good panel with no bleed or uniformity issues, reflective coating is average, if you get a monitor stand or have one, I would get this over the LG one if you can find this for cheaper.

– Discreet menu buttons on front of screen (I’m stacking the screen on top of my MSI so controls on the underside of the screen would have been inconvenient)

– Standard kettle lead power, not a clunky power brick like most slim screens
– Affordable price
I was comparing to Dell, ASUS, Acer, and LG screens of similar spec, they were either more expensive or didn’t meet my specific needs unfortunately.
A few things to note, although I’m very pleased with this purchase and it’s perfect for my needs, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who is looking to use this as a primary screen unless it’s for work/productivity, media, and maybe casual gaming. For PC gaming you’d be better off with 1440p and a high refresh rate. Also, the stand this screen comes with is very basic, no height adjustment, just tilt.. but again this was fine for me since I was VESA mounting, and will just bin/recycle the stand.
All in all, a great budget 4K screen. If you search Reddit you’ll find colour profiles people have posted which are much better than the out of the box settings.
If you want an upgrade from 1080p/1440p and don’t care about high refresh rate gaming this monitor is pretty hard to beat.
Image quality is superb thanks to the IPS panel inside, viewing angles are very good as you’d expect, there are plenty of OSD menu options to tweak brightness/constrast and so on, and it seems to be sometimes available for well under 300 which is extremely good value.
I have a pair of them now and do a mix of development work, typical desktop stuff, and a moderate amount of gaming. Very happy with how they’ve turned out!
The sole complaint I have with the out-of-the-box experience is the extremely basic stand that’s included. It only allows limited tilt adjustment and feels barely strong enough to carry the weight of the monitor itself – if you’re lifting it once assembled I wouldn’t put any strain on the clamp! This isn’t a big problem since you can fit it to a VESA-compatible mount instead, but it would have been nice to have a slightly more solid one in the box.
