I got this as the battery in my vacuum wasn’t lasting as long as it should do.
This is as simple a plug and play.
It fits perfectly and works just as expected. It says around 40mins runtime and i’d say it holds up well to that.
I would recommend!
As a proud owner of the LEVOIT VortexIQ 40 Flex Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner, I recently upgraded my cleaning routine with the LEVOIT Flex Cordless Vacuum Cleaners Battery. This official LEVOIT battery is specifically designed to enhance the performance of the VortexIQ 40 Stick Vacuum, ensuring optimal cleaning results.
Extended Runtime for Convenient Cleaning
With the LEVOIT Flex Cordless Vacuum Cleaners Battery, I now enjoy a significantly increased runtime for uninterrupted cleaning sessions. By easily swapping in an extra battery, I can clean my entire house for up to 80 minutes without the need to wait for the battery to recharge. This extended runtime has transformed my cleaning experience, allowing me to cover more ground and complete my cleaning tasks efficiently.
Convenient and Replaceable Design
The battery features a user-friendly design that allows for effortless removal and replacement. By simply pressing the Battery Release Button, I can easily remove the battery from the vacuum. Replacing it is just as simple—sliding it back into place until it clicks securely. No tools or screws are required, making the process hassle-free. With the availability of an extra battery, I no longer need to interrupt my cleaning sessions to wait for a recharge, enabling me to maintain a steady cleaning momentum.
Effortless Charging Options
Charging the LEVOIT Flex Cordless Vacuum Cleaners Battery is a breeze. I can conveniently charge the battery while it is stored in the charging dock or separately using the charger. This flexibility allows me to customize my charging routine according to my needs and preferences. The battery fully charges in approximately 4 to 5 hours, ensuring that it is ready for use whenever I need it.
Important Safety Precautions
It is essential to follow the recommended guidelines for the LEVOIT Flex Cordless Vacuum Cleaners Battery. Please avoid disassembling the battery, as this can cause damage or compromise its performance. Additionally, ensure that the battery is not exposed to high temperatures or disposed of in fire, as this can be hazardous.
First and foremost, the extended runtime of up to 40 minutes impressed me. With this battery, I was able to cover a considerable area without the need for frequent recharges. It provided sufficient power to tackle various surfaces, including hardwood floors, carpets, and even upholstery. The extended runtime is especially beneficial for larger homes or areas that require thorough cleaning.
The 2500mAh capacity ensures a consistent and reliable power supply. I found that the battery held its charge well, allowing me to complete multiple cleaning tasks before requiring a recharge. This capacity is suitable for typical cleaning sessions and eliminates the need for interruptions due to battery depletion.
The rechargeable nature of this battery is a significant advantage. It offers convenience and cost-effectiveness compared to disposable batteries. With the provided charger, the battery quickly regains its full capacity, minimizing downtime between cleaning sessions. The ability to recharge the battery also contributes to reducing waste, making it an environmentally-friendly choice.
Compatibility with the LEVOIT VortexIQ 40 Stick Vacuum is a key selling point of this replacement battery. It seamlessly fits into the vacuum cleaner, ensuring a secure connection and reliable performance. It’s essential to note that this battery is specifically designed for LEVOIT vacuums, so it may not be compatible with other models or brands.
The overall construction and durability of the battery are satisfactory. It feels solid and well-made, capable of withstanding regular use and occasional accidental bumps or drops. However, it is important to handle the battery with care to maintain its longevity and performance.
While the Flex Cordless Vacuum Cleaners Battery offers reliable power and runtime, it would have been helpful if a battery life indicator was incorporated. This feature would provide users with a visual indication of the remaining battery charge, allowing for better planning and time management during cleaning sessions.
In summary, the Flex Cordless Vacuum Cleaners Battery is a reliable replacement option for LEVOIT VortexIQ 40 Stick Vacuum owners. Its extended runtime, rechargeable design, and 2500mAh capacity ensure efficient cleaning sessions without frequent interruptions. The compatibility with LEVOIT vacuums and its sturdy construction add to its appeal. The lack of a battery life indicator is a minor drawback, but overall, this replacement battery delivers on its promises and enhances the cleaning experience with LEVOIT vacuums.
Very easy to install it into the vacuum and also has made a massive difference in the run time! Defo lasts longer but not sure about 40mins more like 30ish however it is much better than what i was getting with mine which was about 15-20 max.
Compatible replacement / spare battery for the Vortex stick vacuums. This is great if you have a larger house and the one battery does not give you full coverage. It’s an expensive accessory but should last just as long as the hoover, so will pay for itself in the end. Arrived well packaged and ready to use straight out the box. Charges on my existing dock and seems to actually last a little longer than the official one too when in use. No issues or problems and I would recommend.
A new battery make a difference as its lasting its good, lightweight ,easy to recharge and got back the power to the vacuum.
Good value of money and definitely its long lasting battery.
As with most batteries, they can be hit or miss when buying them online, So I’m always a little sceptical. This Vortex IQ 40 stick battery is quite impressive and holds a good charge, Definitely up to my standard of quality and does the job it was intended to do. The price point is decent and i would not hesitate to order this again.
This is a very good Vacuum Cleaner. It does a good deep clean removing much of our dog’s hair and dust.
Charges quickly. Easy to empty. Initially this had great suction and although I had to clear the hair from the roller, it work well. The suction appears to have waned slightly. I would recommend it though as it works well on both carpet and wood/linoleum floors.
It was light weight very easy to move round my small flat would have kept it if still pick up
A YouTube creator uses this vacuum cleaner and they sponsor him to promote it. I saw the review on his channel, we needed a new vacuum at the time, so I went with his review and decided to take the risk (as I had never heard of this company before) We have a English Cocker Spaniel and both of our other vacuum cleaners (from LEADING brands) had great difficulty picking up her fur, BUT not this one, it is ABSOLUTELY a 5 star vacuum! Very light, VERY powerful, intelligent, and a pleasure to use! If you are in need of another vacuum BUY THIS!
This is an excellent product which far exceeds my expectations
I had returned a much advertised stick vacuum to Amazon for not doing what it was supposed to do. The Levoit cordless stick vacuum was a new addition to Amazon stock. Not at all disappointed with my choice after a 4 weeks of general use and two hairy dogs for it to cope with. It would have easily earned 5 stars if not for a design that put aesthetics above functionality. For the pleasant appearance of the machine, the collection bin is smoked plastic instead of clear. In bright light conditions, contents of the bin can be seen, but in general household light not so easily observed. It is a very minor thing that I have made Levoit aware of. I also have a well known make of upright corded vacuum cleaner well known for its suction and cleaning ability. I decided to test the Levoit on my pile carpet and then followed up with the corded upright with a clean and emptied bin. No additional hair or dust got picked up by the D***n. To achieve this result I used the Levoit on maximum power, but will point out that this would reduce battery life to around 20 min. A rather extreme test, but if one needs that much power the Levoit has it.
This vacuum is good. It is not too heavy. It is easy to set up and use out of the box. It doesn’t take too long to charge the battery (which can be charged off the machine – handy if you own more than one battery).
Its suction is good. We have animals in the house and pet hair is often left around the place – it has dealt well with this. In comparison to our cordless Dyson – it does as good a job.
Would recommend.
I’ve come from a cordless Dyson v6 which in comparison to this felt flimsy, had poor suction, was unreliable, and didn’t have all the bells and whistles of this. Unless you’re crazy and want to spend 700 on a vacuum, you will not find a vacuum that does what this does ….bendable wand/stick, wall mounted, good battery life, LED headlights. The accessories are great and have subtle rubberised ends. It feels so well built. Very very impressed.
I had high hopes for this vacuum cleaner as the spec looked good and my own one had just died. When it arrived I was struck at how big it is – not huge, but larger than what I’m used to. This made me assume that the suction power would match. Sadly, this did not turn out to be the case on my carpets. It is good enough, but not enough to make me feel that they are really clean.
The additional attachments provided are all great quality and work well. When you use the vacuum with shorter accessories, the power of suction is much better. This leads me to believe that the stick is just too long and it loses power affecting the performance.
Another irritant is having just one battery – you need two, so you can switch them over when you have a whole house to do. Not a huge problem, but I found myself waiting for it to recharge before I could continue.
Overall, it is ok. There’s definitely better out there for carpets. If you are just looking for something for hard floors only, you should be pleased with it.
It’s a multiple-use cordless vacuum cleaner, the power is good enough to use it to clean most of the surface, laminated floor and carpet, however it won’t
Picked up slightly heavier stuff. When my kids dropped off some food on the floor, it does picked up most of them but not the heavier one like a small piece of meat, even its in a laminated floor. The battery running time would probably base on a lower suction power, when we turn it to max all the way through , it works roughly about 25mins which does support to clean a whole house, cleaning is also well designed, so its easy to clean it up. Apart from the suction power, its a brilliant hoover.
We’ve tried both Dyson & Shark, and had issues with suction power and blockages in the tubes. This vacuum is fab – easy to put together, charges pretty fast (from zero to full within a few hours) & has the most power of any vacuum we’ve had, even corded ones! The battery lasts about 30 mins which does our 3 story house. It manages to pick up all the loose long hair from myself and the ton of cat hair from our two cats with no issues. Would 100% recommend!
I recently acquired the above vacuum as my old one was getting a bit old and not working properly.
When it arrived I was actually surprised will all the various attachments which also comes with a spare filter but the best part was the extremely powerful and variable suction this little powerhouse has together with adjustable suction control ranging from wood floors to deep carpets.. just brilliant.
It has easy access to clean filter, roller brushes and together with a flexible extension for hard to reach areas , there are so many good points about this product.
Truly amazed in how good this Vacuumt is and it has to be one of the best cordless vacuum by far on the market today. Highly recommended
Levoit Cordless vacuum cleaner is suprisingly great. It is more lightweight and flexible than the big brand. Press the on/off button once to turn it on so no need to hold the button all the way through the hoovering. I was skeptical about its suction power because I did not feel strong suction when it moves so smoothly over the floor. But it reassured me by easily removing pet hair and human hair off the carpet. It can be bent for easily going under the bed. There are buttons for choosing different power settings. The lowest one is powerful enough for hard floor and the medium setting is good for carpets. Its battery life is not bad. No need to constantly recharge it.
Great performance and great value for money.
My word!! what an absolutely fabulous bit of kit! Talk about quality, this thing is not just powerful but it is built to last, the hoover that is here to knock shark off the top spot has arrived.
This is the Bentley of Hoover, an absolute powerhouse with every single piece of the kit that comes with it making a statement. Powerful, easy to use, effective, easy to clean, great battery, easy to charge, brilliant.
The UK has now got another big name to add to its household equipment range and this one is here to make waves.
Other than the 260.00 price tag which I would say is 100.00 over the top this machine and accessories works well.
I have been using a AEG cordless machine which is also very good (and a lot cheaper) but this one will clean in more awkward locations.
In normal use cleaning floors it is more weight than I am used to with all the weight at the handle end.
The auto variable power mode which is designed to increase battery runtime also seems to work.
Emptying the dust chamber opening the bottom door of the container is a little messy and I found it best to just remove the whole container.
It comes with a spare air filter but extra batteries at 80.00 also seem rather expensive.
Other reviewers have gone into the specifics of this vacuum, but I am not going to do that. You can read the product description for that. I’m going to just review how this vacuum performs.
I have never used a cordless vacuum, so I was happy to test this one from Levoit. I also had never heard of this brand, so I did google it and was impressed by what I read. This is such a fabulous vacuum. Very easy to use, very lightweight, the suction is excellent and I have been using it both on carpet and wood floors. The head swivels, so you can easily manoeuvre it around and I love how the vacuum can reach very easily under settees and tv stands. The light is great too, it enables you to see bits on the floor. This vacuum can also become a handheld one, ideal for cleaning the car, stairs etc.
It is very easy to empty the vacuum. The battery is easy to remove and charges relatively fast. This is a well made vacuum and I am so impressed with it.
There’s no doubt that this is a well-made vacuum cleaner. Every piece feels well-made and sturdy, with no cheap, lightweight elements. The brand seems to be best known for air filters, but considering the overlap in fan/suction and filter elements, there is clear overlap with vacuum cleaners.
The battery is detachable, so this can be set up with the wall mount e.g. in a cupboard with no nearby access to a plug socket and this doesn’t create a nuisance. At time of writing spare batteries can be purchased through Amazon for 79.99 (but are currently out of stock).
At 117cm high when built, this is quite a tall vacuum and the high quality of the components mean that it’s not the lightest I have ever used. The vacuum has two inbuilt filters, a pre-filter which needs to be cleaned after every use, and a main HEPA filter which needs to be cleaned after 6 months and replaced after a year of usage. A spare pre-filter is included. A set of 3 filters (there’s no sign of these being individually available, just as a bundle consisting of one main filter, and 2 pre-filters) costs 24.99 at time of writing, but like the batteries is out of stock. I’m guessing this is because the vacuum is a new release and the support items haven’t yet made it to market.
The suction on this is pretty good, and this vacuum picks up well. It’s a bit noisier than some I have used, especially on some of the higher settings. Functions are easy to control from the handle. The power switch is a trigger, and can either be used in pulse mode or locked on for longer duration cleaning.
The suction is controlled by a button on the top of the handle. There’s a useful red lighted symbol that comes on on the handle to indicate a blockage in the roller (though I would have preferred a different symbol, as to me this looks a bit much like a battery). Battery life is indicated by three blue line LEDs on the battery itself.
The dust cup empties by simply pressing a button on the underside. I find emptying this easier to manage by taking the tube off, and just holding the handle part over the bin.
The flexible bend to allow this to go under furniture is activated by pressing a large button on the back of the vacuum. When you’re done, the tube simply locks back into place. This is an effective feature, but since this basically removes the rigid pole section at the bend and has the end of the vacuum supported by just a section of flexible tubing this is a little bit floppy and not as well-controlled as the straight pole.
At the front of the vacuum (in two banks of 3) there are six bright white LEDs that illuminate when the vacuum is on to help see what you’re cleaning.
I liked this a lot, but my Mum (who is in her 70s and has arthritic hands) finds the handle part too heavy for comfort.
Came well packaged. Was quick and easy to put together using the instructions provided. It’s lightweight, which is especially handy when using it to clean high up. Quick and easy to change to the different included attachments too.
Suction is really good – no complaints on that. The ability to bend the shaft to hoover under furniture is brilliant. As someone with asthma and sensitive airways the ability to clean everywhere makes a big difference.
The filter works well to capture particle ensuring an extra clean.
Over all I’d definitely recommend this. It’s half the price of my existing hoover yet outperforms it on certain functions.
i’ve tried several blade vacuum cleaners and there is a lot to like about this. If I had to make a comparison in size and weight I would say it is similar to the cordless Shark.
Pros:
You have a lot of power, if you need it.
There is no lead, of course.
For cordless, at around 200 quid, the price is good.
The build quality looks good. It’s a pleasure to use.
If you’re the type that needs telling to empty the dust receptacle, this has an indicator. You know who you are.
The head is very manoeuverable. It will go under low furniture.
It has a pet hair vacuum head.
It has a short tube attachment so that you can use it in the car.
It has warning lights to tell you if the beater brush has got tangled or the tube has got blocked. Very useful.
it charges quickly.
You have a wide choice of suction strengths. This means you can easily fine-tune it to vaccum over a rug.
The filter can be washed and dried.
It comes with a spare filter, so there are no extras to budget for.
Cons: It’s heavy. It’s certainly heavier than the VAX and the Karcher and even the Bissell because the big, chargeable battery is on board.
The auto function isn’t that useful. I don’t find it particularly strong, which is maybe how they claim this has a long battery life. This means I have to use the up-and-down power switch.
It doesn’t have a tangle free beater-brush like the Bissell. I don’t know why everyone doesn’t fit those.
The bristles on the beater-bar a very short, so it means they get clogged up with threads quickly. (You do have a quick release mechanism to free the beater-brush for cleaning.)
The dust emptying arrangement isn’t great. You’ve either got to take off the entire receptacle, which means you’ve got an open canister full of dust, or you’ve got to take the entire assembly to a basin or outside and empty the canister into a bin or similar and just hope that most of it falls where you direct. With the VAX, you can take the receptacle off and empty it separately.
All in all, it’s an effective, cost-effective, high-tech blade vacuum cleaner. Just bear in mind that it’s big, heavy and cumbersome for emptying for seniors.
I hadn’t heard of the manufacturer of this cordless vacuum cleaner. They appear to be far better known in the US.
In essence this vacuum is an alternative to Dyson or Shark cleaners. It comes with a similar range of adapters including, in addition to the standard brush, a compact powered brush, a small unpowered brush for dusting, and a narrow precision, high-suction, brush.
Notable design elements include LEDs on the main brush which allow the user to see what’s being cleaned, a four-stage air filtration system that meets HEPA standards, and sensors to detect how much dust and detritus is being sucked up and adjusts the suction to account for this. The manufacturer seems mostly to produce air filters so should have lots of experience with HEPA filters. Interestingly the long tube used for cleaning the floor has a hinge halfway along its length to allow easier access to flooring under sofas or tables for example. It means that it’s not necessary to crouch down to clean these areas as a couple of the product photos show.
Battery life, at the lowest settings, is 40 minutes but less with higher suction levels and powered brush heads. Nonetheless it is sufficient to do quite a lot of cleaning and have haven’t found that battery concerns have restricted my cleaning. That said I’m not keen on long vacuum sessions!
Build quality is good. The vacuum comes with all that’s needed to wall mount it. Spare batteries are apparently available if you’d like to spend longer cleaning. As far as I can see they are not yet available on the Amazon website.
In technology and design terms I guess this model is a generation or two inferior to some similar products from other manufacturers. That is reflected in the price though. And this vacuum is certainly a significant improvement on the sub-100 cordless vacuums available. You can see where the additional money has gone.
The largest negative aspect of the product is emptying the 0.6 litre waste bin. This is similar to earlier Dustin machines, perhaps two generations ago, and involves opening the base of the bin and hoping that the content falls out. This isn’t always the case though so requires help with fingers of a suitable tool.
Overall if you don’t want to spend at least double the amount to get a state of the art vacuum, and certainly if you have a corded vacuum as a backup, this product is fine. The cost/quality equation is favourable. It’s notable that the vacuum received several design awards last year.
Overall a good 4 star product.
I hadn’t heard of this manufacturer before ordering this vacuum to review, but looking online it seems that they’re established already in a few other countries and have now made their products available in the UK.
Although this vacuum is quite high priced compared with some, it’s certainly worth every penny. The suction power on full blast is beyond anything I’ve ever seen before in a cordless vacuum. The power is adjusted via + and – buttons on the main unit, with the power level being displayed with LED lights. Once switched off, it returns to a low level when restarted.
This vacuum has a couple of unique features over others. I like that you can click a button and the main tube folds to allow it to reach under tables, etc. The roller removal on the main cleaning head is also really good, with it being removed at the push of a button and twist on the end. You can then clean any hairs, etc off before refitting.
You have a coupe of different cleaning heads included, including a mini one and a nozzle type.
There’s only 1 battery included, but it seems to charge quick enough for a considerable amount of use and there’s even a wall mount included, along with the mains charger.
The main head has several lights on it for aiding cleaning in darkness or darker corners. You can also empty the main dust chamber pretty easily. You can simply open the trap door style opening at the bottom, then the unit twists off for full cleaning, without the need to remove the filter. There is a spare filter included though.
Overall, this vacuum is fantastic for what it does. I can most certainly recommend it. Although theres only 1 battery included, I’m sure you could get more on Amazon or by contacting the manufscture
Delivered inside a plain cardboard box, inside sits a branded box .
I’ve never heard of Levoit before but this vacuum promised to be different to other cordless stick vacuums .
Inside the box when Ch is carefully packed you get
The vacuum body
One stick with flex
Vacuum head
Telescopic crevice tool
2 in 1 dusting brush
Charging dock with built in accessory holder
Charger
Mini motorised brush tool
Extra HEPA Filter
Hard vacuum cleaner headband extension hose .
It does say an extra battery but I only received one .
This vacuum is simple to put together , all of the parts clip together , they have specific areas with metal ( presuming magnet joints ) that clip everything tight .
The battery is inserted into the bottom of the handle , which has a trigger to start suction . The control panel is also located here it has an LCD touch pad that shows power , a dust level indicator , a plus and minus sign to increase or decrease power and an auto button .
The HEPA filter is located just above the handle , this screws off to be cleaned ( there’s an extra filter included in the box ) .
The Flex stick is a feat of engineering , it has a flexible hose located inside and halfway down the stick at the back there’s a button , when you press it the stick separates at an angle , not only does this make vacuuming under tables and chairs easier , it also allows you to steer the brush head in circular motions .
The dust bin is an impressive .6 litres ( that’s quite large for a stick vacuum ) it’s easily emptied by pushing the dust bin release button the bottom of the door pops open and the dust is gone .
To extend the life of this vacuum it’s recommended to thoroughly washband dry the bin after every use .
The brush rollers have their own release buttons located at the sides of the heads these are simple to use too .
Unlike many cordless stick vacuums this one isn’t loud n operation even when it’s on full power . One charge if the battery gives you 40 minutes of cleaning , it takes 3 hours to recharge which is reasonable .
This is a very sleek , stylish looking stick vacuum that delivers on its promises . It’s currently priced at just under 260 and is as effective ( if not more so ) than my previous Dyson which was more than treble the price .
I’m happily recommending , you can feel the quality and the difference the HEPA filter makes .
