L'Oréal Paris Revitalift Day Cream, Face

My skin is combination oily and dry and this didn’t bog it down at all. I can easily pop make up on top. Light and faintly scented. Love that it’s SPF too, added protection for my skin.

Absolutely love this face cream, it’s got a light creamy texture, soft scent, apricot colour, and a little goes a long way. It’s my favourite anti wrinkle cream as it’s a lot more delicate than some others. It makes my skin look refreshed, hydrated and evened out the texture. The spf is an added bonus. It’s in an opaque white glass jar, which I feel adds to the quality and likely longevity in terms of storage. Also, have not been burnt yet whilst wearing it.

Lovely face cream and it stay on all day which is bonus for me as my skin tends to be on the dry side. Also, it does not cost a vast amount like some face creams that I have purchased in the past. I love it!

I use this every day for the SPF and it leaves my skin soft, moisturised and dewy.
It’s not too powerful of a scent and you get quite abit for your money as a little goes a long way.

Used this for years! Doesn’t hurt my eyes using it around that delicate area and my makeup really blends well if I put it on within a few minutes after applying it. It smells like peaches that would be in a young girls Avon collection and obviously has the SPF 30, which for my pale skin is a real bonus! Recommended!

This product is on a subscription order from Amazon for my other half as she highly rates this face cream.

This makes the skin very soft and doesn’t leave the face greasy or overly oily/shiny once it has been rubbed into the skin correctly.

The container lasts a decent while considering it gets used frequently. We have this on a repeat subscription to be delivered on a monthly basis however occasionally there is an overlap of product so to speak where we need to adjust the order to arrive every two months then switch back to monthly again when the product is getting low otherwise we can end up with too much for a single monthly use.

The process for changing the subscription order is very simply, personally I use the mobile app to make this adjustment and there’s no problem at all switching the times/frequencies of the product orders.

The only complication which could be considered an issue (but it’s not really) is if your trying to make a change to your delivery times in a last minute fashion as once Amazon have processed the order for delivery it can’t be changed etc. This is not really a problem as Amazon will email you regarding when products are due to be shipped and in those messages it will remind you to make any changes if you need to. Genuinely it’s easy peasy!

The face cream container itself is a standard type for face creams but is squircle shaped (square and round/circular, or mostly square with rounded corners) in cross-section which is a good thing as this shape is better for gripping when undoing or tightening the lid especially if you have weaker hand muscles or have the product on your hands for example which can cause annoying slippage on circular shaped jars and containers.

The scent is not fantastic but also definitely not unpleasant, it’s a difficult one to describe, all I can offer really is that it smells like face cream that doesn’t have any additional fragrances put in. In similarity to others that smell like coconut etc etc. This one smells neutral but it does still smell like, well, face cream!
Overall it’s definitely not a bad smelling product!

This is a premium quality smooth face cream from a reputable, well established and well known brand that does it’s job very well, it gives my girlie silky soft skin and once it’s been absorbed into the skin there is very little or zero ‘face cream’ smell. This particular face cream has not caused any clogging of skin pours and subsequent face spots and doesn’t leave the skin oily. She really likes this product and will only really use this particular one.

The container label states that this product is SPF 30 rated.

With regards to the cost, it depends where you shop as some places this product can be very expensive, being a premium branded product it is generally more expensive than other similar face creams available however getting this on Amazon via the subscription the price per item is very good indeed if you are like my other half and use this stuff regularly. She says it’s most definitely worth paying out that little bit extra for this particular product instead of alternative face creams. She loves it and highly recommends it for all skin types and for most age groups. Of course this type of product is generally not necessary and/or needed for very young people with ‘normal’ skin however, similarly, this isn’t a product which need be limited only to much older people’s skin. Just for reference, were in our 40’s and another female in the family uses this product (recommended to her by us) is in her 30’s and she has echoed the plus points mentioned in my review.
It does say on the outer cardboard packaging what the exact intended market age group for this product is for, and from memory* the ages are from about 30 to 50.

*From memory as the outer packaging information is no longer needed by us so gets discarded, and the inner product container only shows very limited information and doesn’t include the age ranges!

Overall and to summarise, can be pricy but worth it, doesn’t smell bad, has a great effect on the skin, rubs in easily without leaving skin greasy, container is a great shape especially if you have difficulty gripping, fantastic product for most age groups, easy Amazon subscription ordering process with good deals if you are likely to use this type of product frequently. Highly recommended.
