Trs bon produit aucun regret.

2x5ah batteries uses 25% capacity medium size lawn. Epic. Is more efficient and more effective than old electric which was pretty good. Highly recommended. Very light. Very happy. 55.

Exceptional lawnmower – Already own makita batteries and charger so makes it worthwhile, very lightweight, easy to use.

I bought this to replace an alleged quality make of mower, which turned out a disappointment. The Makita is robust, easy to put together and lightweight. Money will spent.

Very pleased with this lawnmower although you have to purchase the mulcher as an extra which wasn’t mentioned in the write up

Fantastic cutting power and great battery life from the the two 18v 5.0ah batteries.

Lovely bit of kit and very reasonable as a naked unit. I run 2 x 5ah batts which is enough to do the lawn twice over and then use my Makita strimmer to beaten up. Cuts shorter than I’ll ever use and rises high enough to cope with the high grass after a two week hols. Very glad I purchased and without regret.

Had no idea you could order direct from Makita on Amazon so husband is delighted he can buy with confidence on warranty etc. He loves that he can use his existing batteries to power the mower. Fantastic lawnmower we have a water issue at the bottom of our garden but this mower is so light it doesn’t dig in and leave tracks like the petrol ones

Nice compact and lightweight. I havent used the lawn mower as yet but have watched many reviews via YouTube which led me to purchase this model So hopefully come spring i can give the mower a full work out Thank you

This is ok for lawns you’re able to cut regularly. It does a great job of leaving old fashioned lines in the grass where you have cut like a tennis court, despite it not having a roller.
If the grass is a tad long then you need to have a couple of goes to deal with it, one at a higher setting (say 50mm), then one at a lower setting, otherwise the motor can be overwhelmed.
I wanted This for its mulching capability, but it took three months for the Mulcher to turn up as there is no stock!
The key things for me are it’s ease of use, no messing with a cable, petrol etc, and for that, if you want an easy life, and to get the lawn done and then move on, this is the mower for you.
For context my gardens are in total 330m2, and I can do that in an hour, including bagging up the grass etc. the batteries are still going strong at the end of that, in fact good enough for me to go on and do a couple of hedges with the trimmer (5A batteries).
Worth buying for Convenience, but consider a petrol mower if you don’t have the time to cut the lawn frequently.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI purchased this machine to replace an old electric mower that had finally died after years of service. Reading the reviews this morning has made me a little confused. The first two state that the listing do not mention the mower does not come with batteries or charger. However this is clearly mentioned in the second line of the listing. so to be clear it does not come with batteries or charger. This is aimed at people who have already bought into the Makita system.
The item is easy to assemble. Come well packaged.
I have a lawn about 30 feet by 30 feet the charge from two 30Ah batteries is more than enough to cut this in one charge. The best feature about this mower is the cutting height adjustment. It is done with one lever mounted on the top of the cutting deck.
I have had the mower for a few weeks now and I think it is a very good purchase.

This lawnmower is a pleasure to use, no smelly petrol and no annoying power leads needed to power the mower, its noise levels are low compared to our old mower, easy height adjustment, just fit the rechargeable batteries in and off you go

As a Makita fanboy with plenty of 5 amp batteries at my disposal, this seemed to be ideal, some reviews suggested that it doesn’t cut large lawns but after using it several times I can honestly say its worth every penny and is as always from makita a great bit of kit.

Another Impressive piece of Makita ki

Came well packed. Easy to put together.
Very easy and light to use. I have a fairly big garden and didn’t appear to use much of the battery charge. Requires two batteries, which are a little expensive to buy on top of the mower price.
No long electric cables, wish I had bought this earlier.

Lawnmower macho men will sneer at these but for our third of an acre of grass it is more than up to the job, with plenty of battery left over at the end of a cut even using modest 3 Amp batteries. The blade is powerful and sharp, the height adjustment superb, the experience quiet, and the whole thing weighs 40lbs, so it is easy to carry up and down steps to different levels of lawn, whereas the same manoeuvre with our old petrol mower was a grunty two person job. Very good value too if you already have the batteries and charger from other Makita tools. Another Makita 5 stars

Nice lawn mower and I have decided to keep it but it is really struggles if you have the cut length too short. It grinds to a stop and you have to tilt it back to get it going! It you set the length longer it works well and cuts well. Battery only dropped 1 bar after doing front and rear garden, but when I used it again without charging it you could tell it prefers a full charge every time!

WELL BUILT FOR PLASTIC – MUCH STURDIER THAN OTHER PLASTIC MOWERS I’VE OWNED. VERY POWERFUL AND CUT MY 14″ MONTHS OLD UNCUT LAWN WITH EASE AND NOT TO NOISEY EITHER…IT SOUNDS LIKE MY NEIGHBOURS TESLA – POWERFUL!

Got this to replace my petrol mower that iv had since 2006. Much lighter to push round with an impressive battery time. I use 5amp and i can cut my grass twice before recharging. The grass box is also very good even with met grass.
