Ideal for working in tight spaces
The DTD155Z is a cordless Impact Driver, with variable speed control, powered by 18V Li-ion battery (not included) to supply energy to the brushless motor to deliver up to 3,000 rpm, 3,900 ipm and 140 Nm of maximum tightening torque for a wide range of fastening applications. The brushless motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer life, and optimises battery energy use for up to 50 per cent longer run time per charge.
The Impact Driver features 3 mode operation. Hard mode, soft mode and A-mode for a range of applications. The A-mode feature helps to eliminate “screw cam out” and “cross threading” by driving at low speed until the tightening begins. The DTD155Z has a convenient ¼” hex chuck for quick and easy bit installations and removal.

A quality tool from Makita. It really small, I think Makita’s smallest DTD at the moment and still it has amazing torque. Really handy tool also especially whenever there’s limited amount of space available for assembly/disassembly.
Geht ab wie ein Zpfchen. Ballert die Schrauben genug an fr so ziemlich alles.

Bonne visseuse choc, compacte. Deux rglages de puissance (mme si on ne contrle pas prcisment l’effort de serrage). Le troisime mode est bien aussi pour dmarrer en douceur. Crochet sur le ct trs pratique pour la mettre en scurit en hauteur. Un peu bruyante en choc si travail rpt, mettre des protections. Pas de couple ressenti dans les poignets, un vrai confort. Dommage qu’ils ne vendent pas des kits simples avec visseuse chargeur et une batterie.. j’ai du acheter sparment, sans malette .

This little Makita impact driver is superb and assuming you are invested in the LXT battery system, great value for money.
Once you get your head how you can use it, it will become invaluable.
J’ai achet cet appareil car j’avais besoin de visser un nombre important de planches et il a parfaitement fonctionn mme s’il n’est pas aussi puissant qu’un modle 18v – il faut videmment tenir compte de la taille des vis (4×30/40) et de la duret du bois, dans mon cas du pin et du frne. Le seul moment o il a eu quelques difficults, c’tait avec des vis 5×70 en arrivant au bout du vissage.
A part ce dtail, j’ai beaucoup apprci sa taille et son poids qui le rende trs agrable utiliser, je le recommande donc sans hsiter pour des vis de taille et de longueur moyennes (ou plus petites).

Fantastic bit of kit they don’t bounce well thou found out with my old one
First impact driver I’ve owned. Will never go back to using my drill for driving screws. It’s surprisingly efficient at driving in screws and also removing them. Just make sure you use the correct bit.
Great piece of kit light weight but all the power you need
