Even tho this is for a bbq grill, it’s the perfect size for my Mother’s deck. My wife and I got it for her 80th birthday. Looking forward to many summer days sitting under it while visiting her. It came a day early too!
Light weight. Easy to assemble, however connecting bolts weak, and some female ends not secured had to use crazy glue
This is a very nice gazebo. It’s larger than I thought the only complaint is that it’s extremely difficult to put the covers on. I paid $130 for the grey color July 2023.
Like the look. Not sure how durable – instead of screws with allan key, it has plastic plugs on the end – not sure if they are on tight enough and in some cases the plug fell off so you cannot tighten it. The LED lights were a nice addition.
I really liked the ease of assembly once I read all of the instructions twice and made certain that everything was in order. All in all, we had it fully assembled in about 4 hours. Would have been done much faster if it hadn’t been so hot outside. All that being said, we are both very pleased with this canopy.

We use it for shade in vegetable garden at the edge of the woods. Love it! Will need anchor cable and ground stakes stronger than tent stakes. Easy to run cable through frame and secure to ground. Great shade gazebo would buy again without a doubt.
They loved it and so did I it was sturdy it was sleek and it served as purpose it was well made and I also like the bonus lights
Well made and easy to put up. Nice cover for grilling in sun or rain.
This grill gazebo was easy to assemble. I did it with the help of 3 children. It looks nice on my deck. Fits great over our grill. My husband said it was a good buy.
I put this together for my husband as a father’s day gift. It was easy to do. And he loved it.
This is just what I needed over my grill! Too many years I spent grilling out in the hot sun! I love this! It was easy to assemble and looks great! Works exactly how I needed it to!

Dislike that canvas cover fades in one season and isn’t replaceable. Liked the initial price for gazebo and the overall quality of materials. Necessary to purchase weights for the legs to withstand wind.
1st. All the pieces LOOK overwhelming. But if you have half a brain.. not hard at all. I honestly thought to myself this was not gonna last a week! Just felt cheap and it’s actually a permanent set up you drill to a deck or a foundation. Thought first gust she’s a gonna and so was my 125.00 . Well people. 1st once set up wow. Felt sturdy. 2nd looked amazing over my hot tub.. 3rd.. we literally had a tornado and it stayed in tact!!! I couldn’t believe it!! So happy I bought this..
I purchased this canopy to replace our four year old canopy ( from a different manufacturer ) This new one is far superior in so many ways. Assembly was very easy and it’s very sturdy. The material used for the canopy seems to made of good quality material that should last for many years.

This is good product. Its good for BBQ and stuff. It takes efforts to install though.
Has nice side tray to put stuff on while doing BBQ. can just simply sit under it as well with small chairs.
Tired of moving your BBQ cause of the rain? Then this will be your best buddy! Great gazebo cover for your grill! Nice hanger attachments for your tools and it stands tall!
I’m 6.1 and can stand under it without worrying about my head hitting. The cloth top seems to be great quality, time will determine how well it can hold up to the sun though.

Took be about an hour to build alone as it was a bit awkward but totally doable
Perfect fit to cover our patio table and bench…. under a tree so less rain protection and more bird related!
We had a bad wind storm and thought we had it weighed down enough, but it blew over, bent the rails and ripped the awning.
My advice is, secure this down a lot and take the corners of the awning off of the poles, if you’re expecting a very windy day!
It’s not the product’s fault that I didn’t secure it enough.
Edit: we Scotch Guarded the lid but it is still not water proof. Small pinholes allow drips.
As long as you take the time to read the instructions and envision how it should look the assembly instructions are good. It took us a few tries..we didn’t kill each other haha but we figured it out and we are very happy with the product so far. We will see with the test of time how the product holds up.
For the price the structure is of good quality. We sprayed the cover with a scotch guard.
We live on the wet coast of Canada.
Only gave 4 stars because I wish it held up better in bad weather but it does try hard! I give it credit! I love it’s size, it’s shelf, not too hard to assemble.
Everything fitted together easily as the instruction leaflet showed.
All parts are sturdy and well made.
I liked the tensioning system for the canopy.
The bottle opener is a bonus, as are the magnetic lights.
Very happy with this purchase.
We are not using this to BBQ but for shade in a due south facing garden with rattan two seater recliner underneath. It does the job and looks superb. Also shelter from a rogue cloud burst. It is screwed down on the decking via the feet and although you get some movement if you knock into it, it is pretty sturdy in wind.
if you want a BBQ shack look no further. Dont pay any attention to negative reviews just get it. Absolutely love i
This was bought to cover my BBQ at the cottage as I sometimes do BBQ in the rain. The assembly instruction were not very good. It would have been nice to see a step1, step2 … It requires at least 2 people to assemble. One bracket support for the side shelf was bent out of shape but the other 3 screws held it okay. the canvas top was a challenge to put on. It had to be stretched a bit. Some instruction as to how to do this would have been helpful. I screwed each leg to our deck and it survived our first rain storm. I’m not sure if it will handle a strong wind. Storage for the winter will be a challenge. I think I can lift the whole top with the cover off. Every thing is attached with wing nuts so no tools are realty needed. It’s only been installed for a few days so I have no idea about durability
I liked the fact each item was letter coded , instructions were very clear , simple to put together would buy again if needed
This is a nice canopy with a few extra touches that are nice to have. We had a fairly strong wind and rain storm yesterday and it survived just fine except for the little “bonus” light – the magnet is tiny and the light fell off and came completely apart but should be salvageable. We have the canopy feet screwed into the deck boards. It definitely needs two people to stretch the canopy over the frame. Not sure how long the pockets will hold up since there’s a bit of pressure on them. We will take it down for the winter.
Our only disappointment is our grill deck is 4 x 8′ so the 5 x 8′ canopy seemed like a perfect fit. Well, the 5 x 8 measurement is tip to tip of the canopy fabric only, the frame size is smaller and looks a bit too small on our grill deck. But if yours is out in the open it probably won’t matter.
UPDATE: There has been considerable fading of the canopy top. In just a few months it has gone from a nice forest green to a somewhat yellowish green. The funny thing is it is uniformly faded, not just the part that is in the sun the most, but the whole thing. Certainly doesn’t affect function but definitely the looks of it.
It was pretty easy to assemble but at the beginning 1 screw hole didn’t line up on the canopy frame that ultimately would make other pieces not fit correctly. I drilled a new hole to ensure it was correct and matched up. Other than that, everything else came together. For the price, it’s a good deal for what it’s intended for. I sprayed the canopy with water repellent to help with waterproofing for the Oregon rain and we’ve had 4 storms and theres a few drops that leak through here and there is all, which is pretty good. I also added weighted bags to legs and it hasn’t moved and inch as of yet. I’m a 56 year female and I was happy that this wasn’t as heavy as it appeared so no heavy lifting required but you do need 2 people at the end to hold the posts to help align the canopy top. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and using it on a patio area with a couple of chairs and a fire bowl to hang out with my sons and our dog. Later I’ll use it with the BBQ grill on a sunny or rainy day. 🙂
