Very easy and quick to set up, and as a carry bag.
Value for money with 3 backgrounds, green, black or white.
I normally use Elinchrom gear in a studio, but don’t have anything portable, so when my local theatre company asked me to take some portraits on location (for free of course) I didn’t want to spend Ks on pro kit just for that. But they did offer to buy this Neewer set for me. Yes it’s a bit flimsy, but for the price it works very well. The horizontal bar is telescopic with infinite adjustment, and goes nice and high so you can photograph tall people without running off the top. The only problem is the background material which arrived tightly folded in a small packet and creased to hell, so it needed a soak and good ironing before use. Not sure how best to store it to stop it creasing again, so consider buying a roll of background paper in the colour you want, and using that instead. When you use the product, take an extra couple of clips so you keep the material taut horizontally. It wasn’t as reflective as I’d hoped so with the exposure right for the subject, the background was light grey. Still, it can be fixed in Photoshop.

Good item comes with different materials not just green, the legs are easy to assemble and put up I dont have a set room so i have to put up and take down every day so all that ware a tear it is pretty much reliable for practical use.
the poles are easy to attach into each other and the materials have an area the poles slides through so the clamps can be used to keep the sides nice and tight.

A cost-effective way to add a green-screen. It’s stretches pretty wide, and assuming you don’t need it key out the floor, goes more than enough high enough for near full-height standing usage well beyond a medium/torso-shot. The cloth will need a good ironing before use to get the fold creases out, but that’s to be expected for a pre-folded cloth product. Only actual negative I think I have is, even at the potential expense of it maybe costing an extra couple of quid, three clips felt a bit stingy. Five would have been better, to at least add one each to the sides.
And not an issue with the product, but it’s easy to forget chroma-key backdrops need a lot more direct lighting than one might expect to keep the colour even enough to effectively key it out. Even a bit of shadow from key-lighting of the subject can make editing a bit awkward!
This product is absolutely amazing. Delivery was prompt and the sheet backdrops that come with this product are amazing quality! On one side they are lined with a satin like finish and on the other it is soft cotton. Not see through at all! Would recommend this product!!!

Great value for the money. Easy to assemble and stable in use. The backdrops needed ironing but it was an easy task. I did buy some extra clamps though as I preferred to clamp the sheets rather than thread them.
Despite my initial trepidation at the low cost compared to other better-known brands, I’ve bought several products from Neewer, and I have so far been very impressed by their astonishing value for money. This background system is a good example.
While it may lack some of the bells and whistles of a premium brand such as Lastolite, what you get is a perfectly functional, sturdy and lightweight background system that does exactly the same job at a fraction of the price. Sure, the wing-nuts holding the crossbar and the thumbscrews that lock the telescoping legs are a little bit fiddly compared to quick-release tabs, and you have to be a bit more careful with the slightly loose bayonet-fittings holding the four-section crossbar together, but with a bit of care they work just fine. The aluminium tubes are just as strong as Lastolite, the legs are just as sturdy, and the supplied background screens are, if anything, of even higher quality. I have used this system on several professional portrait shoots, and my clients have been delighted with the results.
In short, don’t be put off by the low price; this is a real bargain.

Just as described. Easy to put up / take down quickly. Sturdy and great bag to pack away. steamed the creases out of the backdrops easy enough – they looked fab. Just the job.
This green screen was very easy to assemble and took about 5mins to set up. The material is good quality and thick enough for a green screen, however it will let light through if there is a light source directly behind it eg window or lamp. You will need to iron the material before use. I thought this product was a little pricy, but definitely worth it if you will use it often.
A great piece of kit if you’re into portrait photography!
I’ve taken one star off as I wish the backdrops were a bit wider and the metal can sometimes buckle in the middle.
Very very big greenscreen. Arrives in nifty carry case. Self assembly easy. Could do with more pegs but works a treat on Zoom and Teams, even on old crappy laptop. With new webcam it is perfect.
Perfect green screen, quick delivery, easy to assemble. Ideal for standing full-length photography and video. Highly recommended!

when the product arrived , the backdrop was a lot smaller then the stand, i called customer service , then re read the ad and sure enough the stand is 10ft the backdrop is 6ft , but they were kind enough to send me a 10ft backdrop the next day,……..thank you neewe
When you buy something in this price range, you aren’t expecting to get premium quality. However, I’m very happy with the quality for this price – surprisingly well built and sturdy enough, the fabrics are good for the purpose and it does exactly what is needed. I’m not sure how well it would stand up to abuse but I think you would probably want to go for a higher price range if you were looking for years and years of travel out of something like this. This is perfect for a semi-permanent setup though, especially for the cost.
The 3 clamps were missing from my pack, unfortunately. However, the seller was quick to respond to my feedback and sent out a pack of 6 to replace them. So, I can’t fault that service either!
It’s a bit delicate, but as a beginner to flashgun photography it has enabled me to experient, both indoors and outside.
I use a steam iron to remove the folds in the backcloths, which is quick and easy to do.
Our dog foot prints wash out easy enough in the washing machine. Overall I’m very happy with this product.
Fabulous for my needs , well built and sturdy enough even for outdoor photography, my only negative is that 3 clamps aren’t enough, apart from that highly recommended.
This is a nice little set-up but when using it as a portable lighting unit its not easy to carry, a case of some kind would really benefit this as the lamps can easily be broke
Build quality is overall great, its very easy to set up and quite convenient to pack, for the price it does a good job, don’t expect anything professional though.

Once back in its bag, the background stand can accompany you effortlessly on your travels wherever you go. After some tips from a mad photographer friend, I can now take perfect pics. I really like the purity the white background offers in particular and the quality is second to none.
This is simply brilliant for converting any space. I’ve now used it on numerous occasions for our new products. It has a good strength about t and assures a continuous colour from floor to back wall, Nice sized backdrops and good trio of colours for frequent use.
Ordered for our son who just loves photography since a very young age. Bought him this set to help him develop his passion further and he is totally thrilled with it. The system itself seems fine on first assembly but unfortunately the bag zip broke on first use. Lightweight and easy enough to set up.
When browsing the Amazon pages for our first lighting set, we spent literally hours comparing brands, comparing models until we found this offer with all the essential components and lighting. The quality of each component is very high, particularly the finishes on the metals and plastic parts. Everything was well protected in bags and boxes. Once assembled, looks lush. I would certainly buy again!
Bought this to replace an old green screen set up. The frame is both long and tall-reaches my ceiling easily. I love the frame design as you are able to use 2 length, 3 or the full 4, depending on the width needed. The backdrops are very thin but usable. Good green colour. Great value for money. Thought there would be 6 clips for some reason but the 3 supplied are good. Will probably need to buy some more clips later.

As usual Amazon delivered within two days. So far, so good. I was slightly hesitant about buying a different brand I hadn’t purchased before. However, these fears were laid to rest, once I had set up my ‘studio’. It looked fab and is a good starting point for my own first working with basic backgrounds. Taking into account the ordering process and the product itself, I’ve decided to give a well-deserved five star rating.
Decent quality for the price.. The stands are great, but the main rod pieces doesn’t fit perfectly to make it tight, but it does the job though.
The frame seems very solid and easy to assemble.
Takes around 10 minutes to fully set up.
The only negative are the clamps that are supplied.
They are made from the cheapest plastic and will probably snap after a few times.
Exactly as described and does the job. Only negative is that the backdrop is too small to fit the frame when extended so had to buy a bigger backdrop.
