Bought as a replacement for a previous set of Panasonic phones, we have had two previous sets of Panasonic phones over the years and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality replacement for an existing system of phones.
disappointed that I ONLY GET ONE RING TONE. CAN’T GET TO THE LIST OF TELEPHONE NUMBERS.
Wish I hadn’t bothered but the price was such a bargain.

Your never in the right room when the phone rings so have a multiple set of phones upstairs and downstairs Batteries are included lots of adjustable settings on the phones are of a quality design easy to listen too and set up.
Ironically, we haven’t had cause to use the ‘Block’ button, but I’m sure it won’t be long before some spammers come a-calling. We upgraded from a previous Panasonic system which was at least 20 years old and was getting unreliable. This system worked straight out of the box, has clearer sound, and the slightly chunkier handsets fit more easily in the hand.
Purchased as a replacement for old Panasonic DECT handsets with failing keys. The base works as a plugin replacement for the old unit, which was important as it came with the wrong lead for my VoIP adaptor. Otherwise installation was quick and easy. The unwanted messaging system is easy to turn off. (It’s likely to be unwanted as VoIP/DigitalVoice providers are likely to provide a superior system). It is really useful to be able to configure the system from any handset, and handsets can be named (handy for the intercom system). The issue with this otherwise excellent product is the sound quality for incoming calls. Phones are not the best for sound, but these headsets are outstandingly poor. No problems with outgoing calls. It is just the sound of the incoming calls. This one issue is the reason for the 3 star rating.
What I like most about these phones is that they keep charged for ages. My old phones ran out of charge very quickly.

Not so easy to use as my previous panasonic. Having to hold the button down for a few seconds to get spakerphone means I miss the callers name sometimes.
Great to have 3 handsets at last, and to have the bedroom one on silent. 1,000 spammers can be blocked- very satisfying. Not sure I’ve figured out all the menu options yet, tbf, but I’ll work it out at some point.
Only four star because we have not had them long.Dekivery quick and they are operating well and as expected. Many features not explored yet.
