Era exceptico sobre si los hotend allmetal iban tan bien como todo el mundo comentaba, pero quiero decir que la verdad es que si se nota la diferencia.
Con los parametros anteriores ya imprime bien. Ahora toca reconfigurar los slicers para sacarle todo el provecho.
Lo que si he probado ya es el aumento de velocidad. Rellenos a 200mm/s en ender 3.

Habe das Hotend an einem Creality CR-10 V1 getauscht und war mega berrascht. Kein stringing bei absolut identischen Einstellungen, lediglich Auto PID Tuning in Marlin Firmware durchgefhrt. Top Druckbild und endlich keine giftigen Gase mehr aus dem alten angeschmorten PTFE Schlauch. Wer diesen Schritt erwgt, sollte unbedingt auch auf einen Capricorn PTFE Schlauch setzen, inkl. Metall Extruder. Damit wird das Spiel bei der Filamentzufhrung sehr viel kleiner und Retraction kann min. um die Hlfte reduziert werde

Sinon se monte trs bien, bonne qualit.
Fitted but not thoroughly used. Fits my Ender 6 with a DIY direct drive set up, perfectly. Immediately fixed the issue I was having with the stock hot end, being clogging and melting of the PTFE tube at higher temperatures (even genuine Capricorn). Be careful to not over tighten anything, especially the nozzle, when installing or heat tightening. The copper inner part of the hot end isn’t designed for high stress, so a simple snug up with the included spanners or existing tools is plenty. I’ll update if I have issues, but so far, a really good quality unit with a greta customer experience from the moment you get the box in your hands, to the moment you start extruding at super stable temperatures, fast heating and super smooth extrusion with the Eryone PETG I had mounted when I installed it. It also looks great (before you cover it with the fan cover!).
Un hotend de mucha calidad y muy preciso! Derrite el material muy bien y alcanza las temperaturas de impresin bastante rpido disipa muy bien el calor, en mi opinin necesita un ventilador algo ms potente que el de una ender3 de serie que es en la impresora que lo instal, tema retraccin no se debe de poner ms de 4mm/s en sistemas bowden ya que crears atasco en el hotend, yo le tengo en 3mm/s a una velocidad de retraccin de 45 y va de lujo recomiendo un extrusor tipo bontech, ya sea el lgx que tengo yo o el bontech BMG preferiblemente el original ya que el dragonfly es un pepino y necesita un empuje perfecto! Espero ayudar con la resea!!
Hab das Hotend im Voron Switchwire verbaut. Bin mehr wie begesitert. Es luft 1A lock150mm/sek sind mglich mit den richtigen Einstellungen wenn nicht sogar mehr.

Comparativamente ao Hotend original da Creality (no all metal):
A troca quase direta, precisa apenas de um pequeno espaador (ver no thingiverse).
Testado com PETG apenas at 265C mas, tem muito melhor eficincia trmica (tive que baixar 5 a 10C as temperaturas e impresso para o mesmo resultado), com a vantagem de poder subir o futuro at temperaturas que servem para quase todos os materiais possveis de serem impressos.
Very happy with this hot end so far. It was the cheapest big-brand all metal hot end and to be honest I imagine you’re seeing diminishing returns if you get a more expensive one.
Phaetus haven’t treated this as a budget piece, it was well packed and came with all the tools and accessories to get it set up in my ender 3.
I adapted my printer (Ender3v2) to work with it (minor filing in the support is needed to host the silicon sock).

Dieses Hotend liefert mit den richtigen Slicer Einstellungen top Druckergebnisse. vor dem Einbau sollte allerdings geprft werden ob das Hotend auch richtig zusammengebaut worden ist. bei mir war es leider Werkseitig undicht.
Nachdem ich das stock nozzle X Mal rausgenommen und das Hotend sauber gefrst hatte wollte ich einfach nicht mehr und habe dieses Upgrade installiert. Beste Entscheidung ever. Seit her habe ich keinen Stress mehr mit leakendem Hotend. Installation des Adapters fr die stock heater und thermistor war etwas frickelig, aber ging. Retraction muss man bissl testen, vielleicht mit der speed retraction pyramid von thingiverse. Bei mir steht die retraction jetzt auf 2mm.
Super Verarbeitung, Temperatur wird klasse gehalten und die Wrmeentwicklung ist klasse.
Mit dem hotend spart man immer gut Temperatur bei Materialien.
Davon abgesehen super Teil und ein muss fr jeden der mit hheren Temps drucken mchte!
El mejor !!! Que cambio han dado mis piezas, tanto en acabado final como en curvas, nada de estropicios!!!!
