Arbeite gern mal aus einem Feriendomizil 600km entfernt. Mit dem Schlepptop allein nicht so gut, aber mit einem gescheiten Monitor wie diesem hier, Gert per USB-C angeschlossen, alles super. Die Lautsprecher sind leider nicht so prall, aber sonst ne 1+ mit Sternchen.
Bought this to be used both as a work-from-home monitor and also for my main PC, hence the KVM functionality was high on the shopping list. I have my PC set up via DP + USB-A, and my work laptop uses USB-C for everything including LAN. Enough USB slots on the monitor to connect mouse, keyboard and webcam, and have a separate cable to plug in anything else.
Picture quality is first rate, and the curve is great at making sure everything looks the same size (no squinting for the corners). Switchover between sources is fine once set up, all that’s needed is to choose input and the KVM switches over as well.
One or two minor niggles stop a 5 star rating… Occasionally gets stuck and refuses to recognise the USB-C input requiring a power off. Coming out of standby power cycles the peripherals which seems a bit odd. Amazon also supplied it without the USB-C cable and with an EU power lead, but after a complaint gave me a 25% discount which did cover the cost of the replacement cables.
Overall, highly recommended.
This display is stunning in my opinion. Very slick. One thing I would recommend is to activte realsync as I found it made quite a considerable difference in the smoothness of the images when doing things like scrolling etc.
Das Bild des Monitors ist prima, der Sound ausreichend fr ein wenig Tonausgabe, aber kein Musikgenuss. Ich habe das Gert extra wg des USB Hubs gekauft. Das funktioniert auch ganz ordentlich, es gibt aber ein paar Besonderheiten.
– Die Umstellung zwischen verschiedenen Gerten ist mit den kleinen Knpfen umstndlich. Manchmal schaltet der Hub nicht allein rechtzeitig um.
– Der USB-C Port liefert fr groe Laptops nicht genug Strom.
When I first set up the monitor I was disappointed by the quality of text display. Difficult to read and very pixelated. However, after reading the manual and making some setting changes, the display is much sharper to the point that I am very happy with the monitor and find it quite beautiful. I rate the product 4 out of 5 rather than a 5 due to having to fidget about with settings to get a good display, and than also the back covering the hides the cable inputs is flimsy and very difficult to attach (but I eventually got there).
The monitor settings I’m using to make the display look better:
USB Setting > USB-C Setting = High Resolution (the default is High Data Speed)
Smart Image > SmartUniformity
Brightness = 100
Color > Color Temperature > Native
Picture > SmartContrast > On
AdaptiveSync: On
Gamma: 2.2
Pixel Orbiting: On
Also run the display at 60Hz, which is the native frequency versus 100Hz. The manual recommends 60Hz for better clarity.
Within Windows 10/11, go to the Display settings for the wide screen monitor and set System>Display>Scale & Layout>Scale to 150%.
The above settings made me very happy with the monitor, although it probably eats more power now.
Also, a benefit of the VA technology screen is that there is no light bleed when you watch movies in a darken room. Very nice.
I provided a 5 star rating for value because I got the monitor for Black Friday prices (150 off).
Quick Update (16Dec22): I’ve connected an iPad Pro M2 (2022) to the monitor and the screen is gorgeous with superb text clarity. If I could, I would increase the star rating to 4.5 out of 5.
Wow, bin begeistert, im HomeOffice ist gleichzeitig mein privater PC und der Firmenrechner angeschlossen. Letzteres nur ber ein USB-C Kabel das gleichzeitig das Notebook ldt (mit gutem Kabel das bis zu 200 W kann). Keine weiteren Kabel mehr…
Die Gre, allemal besser als zwei Monitore die meist bei Firmenrechner Probleme bereiten wo keine Treiber installiert werden drfen, stndig alle Icons verschoben und Fenster wo anders ist nun vorbei.
Das beiliegende Programm SmartControl macht es noch einfacher, einfach Bereiche definieren, Shift Taste drcken und Fenster in ein Bereich verlagern, Super wenn man stndig mit zwei oder mehr Dokumenten arbeiten muss oder am Rand kleine Helfer stndig offen sichtbar sein sollen. So hab ich rechts ein Streifen (Notizen, Kamera, …), links und unten fr einen fr Ordner eingestellt (Drag & Drop Nutzung) und dazwischen zwei fr Dokumente. Wenn man zwischen den Dikumenten auf die Trennung geht kann das Fenster auch auf mehrere ausgedehnt werden. Tolles arbeiten so…
Die Einstellungen mit den Sensoren sind sehr auch gut, bewege ich mich weg so verdunkelt er sich. Wird das Licht heller oder dunkler so reagiert er auch.
Hier bemngeln einige das die USB Gerte nicht immer reagieren, bei mir habe ich rausgefunden das ich beim Umschalten ber eine Taste am Monitor, kurz warten muss. Dann ertnt ein kurzes Gerusch so als wrde Windows neue Gerte erkennen und los geht es. Dauert so ca 2-5 Sek. Am Notebook streiche ich kurz ber das Touchpad und es geht schneller. Klar ohne die Geduld wre es besser aber was sind schon ein paar Sekunden…
Grtes Manko an dem Monitor ist, 34″ sind fr diese Auflsung zu wenig, um damit etwas anderes auer Spielen zu machen, da wren 38 – 40″ besser. Bildqualitt ist ansonsten gut, endlich ist wieder ein richtiger Ein-/Ausschalter vorhanden, den man auch erspren kann. Konsolenumschalter funktioniert, leider ist kein USB-C zu USB-C Kabel mit dabei, das mu man extra bestellen, und ein normales Ladekabel reicht da nicht. Habe eins von Lenovo fr 18 Euro bestellt, das funktioniert, Notebook wird darber auch mit Strom versorgt, ansonsten gehen noch Monitor und Tastatur+Maus darber. Lautsprecher ist per USB-C nicht so toll, ber HDMI sogar bel, fr Videokonferenzen nicht ausreichend.
This monitor screen is rather impressive providing a great deal of screen space to work with versions windows side by side. It is my first time using an ultra wide moving from a duel screen setup I have to say it does a great job in providing the space in a flexible way as you can put windows side by side or just extend one and get a wider view which is great. Also the hub in this is truly fantastic as I can plug in everything into the monitor and just use one usb-c cable to my laptop to provide everything. It works seamlessly with my Mac, I believe although expensive it is worth it if you do need additional screen space and a usb-c hub

Toller Monitor, habe mein privaten PC ber HMDI fest verdrahtet und Firmen Laptop ber USB-C angeschlossen. Ein Kabel fr Laptop und alles luft darber , Tastatur, Maus, LAN, Monitor, Netzteil, keine Kabelsalat mehr und nur eine Tastatur und Maus fr zwei PCs, so macht arbeiten Spa.
Absolutely incredible monitor for the price and would 100% recommend.
I got this specific monitor for 4 reasons.
1) It was on sale and so it was the cheapest monitor that had the features I needed
2) I Forex trade and the ultra wide is a must have for reading graphs
3) I game so wanted a higher refresh rate
4) I edit videos and again, the ultra wide is a must have for large video timelines
The built in KVM switch is incredible. My MacBook Air is connected via USB C and my Windows gaming machine uses display port and an uplink USB cable. This means I can run both systems using the same headset, keyboard, mouse and webcam and when I change the input source on my monitor, the KVM automatically switches over to that device.
The picture quality is incredible and the higher than 1080p resolution is an added bonus.
The stand means that I can adjust the hight of the monitor depending on my posture and the built in cable management keeps the rats nest of cables behind it neat and tidy.
The user interface is really easy to use and fairly intuitive, the auto switching KVM is by far the best feature for me.
Even at full price I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to someone.

The KVM switch is a massive faff though. I was really hoping it would be a one press button to switch inputs, instead, it’s a button press, move up or down several times, press another button to confirm. It’s just needlessly annoying.
The built in speakers though… oh my goodness, they are so unbelievably bad. My phone has better speakers than this monitor. Dull, flat, muffled, pointless speakers. They would have been better off not bothering to add them to monitor – they’re not even “okay” they sound HORRIBLE.

I’ve had it for some time now and still enjoy the space that it provides.
Works flawlessly with my old Mac tower, great resolution, thought the curved screen might be weird but it’s fantastic, especially when using Logic on the Mac. I don’t do gaming so can’t comment on how good it is for that. For me the resolution, colours, build quality and low blue eye safety feature all make this a fantastic buy. Viewing adjustment up/down/angle is very good and the stand is solid. Very pleased.
Ich war auf der Suche nach einem 34″ curved Monitor frs Home Office. Ab und zu eine Runde Fortnite spielen sollte auch noch mglich sein. Dafr muss ich einfach zwischen Firmen-Laptop und Privat-Laptop wechseln knnen.
Daher sollte es ein Gert mit USB-C Anschluss sein. Somit muss ich nur ein einziges Kabel wechseln.
Ich muss sagen, dass der Phillips meine Erwartungen zu 100 % erfllt! Die eingebauten Boxen sind ausreichend. Zum Musikhren und Zocken verwende ich Kopfhrer. Das Bild ist subjektiv sehr gut.
Monitor ergonomisch, schwenk- und hhenverstellbar.
Ich kann Gaming nicht bewerten – Bildqualitt ist aus meiner Sicht top.
Alles hat gut funktioniert – Leichter Transportschaden am Karton – aber innen ist alles gut verpackt gewesen. Montage … super … kein Werkzeug erforderlich … klick and smile. Robuster Standfuss … super einstellbar … ich bin vllig zufrieden … es war ein Kauf aus dem Bauch heraus … mal sehen was Philips noch so hat 🙂
It may not be the highest-end gaming monitor, but for mixed work and gaming use this is spot on. I used to have two screens side by side for work, but this is wide enough to put documents next to each other or better still – have spreadsheets laid wide without the bezel running down the middle!
For gaming it’s immersive width is great.
Picture quality is only marked down as QHD on this width of screen is never going to be perfect, but the picture is still very good!
Outrageous amounts of screen. Ideally, it would have been more curved as the far left and right end up at quite an angle.
I use Fancy Zones (part of Microsoft’s Power Toys) to have 4 docking zones. Works great.
Excellent also for having apps stretched over the middle half whilst still having other apps on each edge.
Personally, I also have other monitors for Slack, Outlook, WhatsApp just to keep them right out the way.
Windows Hello works great but I don’t use the rubbish webcam.
The screen is big enough to spread my documents and to have all in front of me at the same time. I used to work on two screens at work in the office . With this one, the options and settings available it’s giving me different ways to do the set by my needs
I use this monitor with a few different MacBooks and it generally speaking “just works”. It looks great, it sounds OK (the sound is good but not great), it’s easy to use, it’s replaced two monitors on my desk with one and I feel like I’ve got more space.
I have 2 minor niggles and one of them might be MacOS related… sometimes the USB-C hub doesn’t seem to work and the Mac doesn’t recognise the USB devices connected to the monitor. Everything else is fine, just the USB devices. Have to unplug and plug in again for them to work. A minor niggle.
The second is that there is no USB-C out from the monitor. On a MacBook Pro with 4x USB-C ports this isn’t an issue as you can just keep on using the 3 free on the MBP. On a MacBook with 1x USB-C port and various USB-C accessories, this is a nuisance. I can’t have my external HDD plugged in at the same time as the monitor without finding a USB-A -> USB-C converter and plugging it into the monitor. Stupid. There’s no excuse for not having at least one USB-C output.
Overall I like it a lot and wouldn’t give it up now I’ve been using it a few weeks.
I was just looking for a nice large display so I could tile windows side by side rather than fiddling with extra monitors and this does the job perfectly.
Lovely crisp picture. Good solid stand. Excellent volume. Lots of additional settings to fine tune if you choose. Great selection of additional ports. Comes with HDMI & Display Port cables to choose from.
As 34 inch monitors go this is excellent for me. I use it mainly for productivity purposes and the screen quality is superb. There are around 8 screen settings all of which I have tried and found the productivity and low blue mode to be the best.
I have been using a dual monitor setup for work using two old monitors. i purchased this as a replacment for the two and have to say although it has only been a week the product is excellent.
Screen feels sturdy, Plugged into my work laptop and straight away the laptop defaulted to the full resolution(only 60HZ refresh even using display port). i am able to have six windows open at a time. Text is sharp and easy to read.
Thought it would take time to get used to the curve but as i had my two previous monitors slightly angled so it was easy to adjust.
Lastly, the fact that this monitor has height adjustment, swivels and tilts means you can get the perfect viewing position.
Working from home has been transformed with this monitor, sorting multiple documents to be open at once plus a reasonable sized window for Teams/Zoom. Simple to switch between different laptops or view both at once. Picture quality is great for office work, much clearer than previous 24″ HD screen.
Beware of the misleading listing (hopefully changed by the time I write this review), this monitor does not include a USB-C hub but simply USB 3.0 with the older USB connectors.
Otherwise the picture quality is good and has a fantastic contrast ratio. Built in speakers are terrible as it to be expected and to be honest I’d rather monitor manufacturers would just omit them saving cost and space!
Perfect for MacBook Pro as one USB C link provides power for the laptop, video link, audio and webcam plus extends to the monitor’s USB ports. Internal KVM switch allows you to move between two computers, if required.
Menus are a bit confusing but it’s not like you use them all day long. Good value for money if you buy it when discounted
Ok, so I’ve had this about a month now, so feel qualified to write a review. I’m a bit of a stickler for monitors and basically, its a bargain. I’m using it for work. Screen is huge, the curve makes a real difference, its bright, sharp and clear, I’ll happily have three or four windows open side by side, all easily readable. This screen has a number of features that are unique. You can’t get, as far as I know, 1440 resolution + 34″ + curved + height adjustable anywhere near this price point right now. The USB hub is a bonus. Its a lovely screen. No, its not a gaming screen, and speakers are rubbish, but does anyone buys a huge screen for the speakers? Seriously considering a second one.
Das Panel ist trotz der VA Technologie relativ schnell und durchaus frs Gaming geeignet. Die Bildqaulitt ist super und die Farben sehen realistisch aus.
Auch der KVM Switch funktioniert bei mir super.
Erwhnenswert ist der Power Sensor, welcher das Panel automatisch dimmt und irgendwann komplett ausschaltet. Dies geschieht wenn der Monitor erkennt, dass niemand mehr davor sitzt was auch mit dunklen Klamotten bei mir immer reibungslos funktionirt.
Using monitor for work and studying, and on some occasions gaming on ps4. Easy build and the movable stand is great. Lots real estate to open lots of windows – only issue i have is the picture quality and speakers. Picture quality isn’t amazing and changing settings like brightness is mildly helpful. If anyone has any advice on ideal display picture settings to use, please let me know/

Picture quality is excellent. Detailed. Can’t see any pixel faults. And 100Hz on my model.
It’s very wide. I can get 3 apps up side by side plus my laptop screen too. MS Word, Chrome, MATLAB. Then the referencing app on my laptop’s screen. Huge productivity boost for study or work.

Adjustability. Swivel, tilt including for access to the ports underneath, and a huge vertical range. All of which is easy. Just apply a small amount of force and it stays put in the new position.

On screen display is a bit of a pavlova to navigate but once it has been set up you’re generally only changing the source which has a dedicated button to cycle through the 3 options.
Would have liked it slightly brighter but it’s good enough.
Styling could have been nicer but then again, the practicality is excellent so I’d go for that over style if it meant choosing.
Sound is good enough for my use but if you plan to watch movies on it best plug your headphones in.
So far, nothing I don’t like. Not bad value overall either. Will be using it for 3D graphics modelling soon.
Ich habe diesen Monitor vor ca. 4 Monaten gekauft und bin immer noch absolut begeistert. Ich benutze den Monitor mit meinem MacBook und ber das eingebaute USB-C Hub. Dafr verwende ich ein USB-C Kabel, welches Thunderbold 3 verifiziert ist. Dadurch kann ich das Macbook ber ein Kabel gleichzeitig laden, das Bild-, Ton- und Netzweksignal bertragen sowie den USB-Hub verwenden. Die Verwendung ist dabei Plug-and-Play und funktioniert reibungslos. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
Eigentlich dachte ich ich bruchte keinen greren Bildschirm… aber nun, da ich ihn habe, gebe ich ihn nicht mehr her. Kein lstiges Fenter verschieben von Laptopbildschirm auf externen Monitor, nein, alles was ich zum Arbeiten brauche ist direkt auf dem einen Schirm zugreifbar.
Und durch die leichte Biegung hat man alles im Blick ohne stndig den Kopf drehen zu mssen.
Wrde ihn auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen!
Really great monitor! 200 less than the competition from Samsung or LG but I really have no complaints. It’s a great USB hub, an awesome screen for the price and everything just works straight out of the box
Quel confort de travailler avec cet cran large. Mais malgr le rglage du paramtre de mise en veille du port USB et la recherche sur de nombreux forum, je perte la partie son et carte Ethernet chaque mise en veille… Un peu dommage, je ne sais si cela vient du moniteur ou du PC (sous Windows10 standard…)
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Ich nutze den Monitor privat mit meinem Desktop PC (Display Port) und fr die Arbeit mit dem Laptop (USB-C). Genau das ist einer der groen Pluspunkte. Er eignet sich super als Monitor z.B. fr’s Gaming (Widescreen, Auflsung, 100Hz), aber ist auch zum Arbeiten extrem praktisch, da ich meinen Lenovo X1 Laptop nur per USB-C-Kabel verbinden muss, und damit die Verbindung zum Monitor fr Bild und Ton, aber auch zur Maus und Tastatur habe. Weiterhin muss ich nicht zwei Monitore betreiben, habe durch das Format aber trotzdem massig Platz fr mehrere Programme/Fenster gleichzeitig. Das integrierte Netzteil reicht vollkommen fr die Power Delivery des Laptops aus. Tippitoppi, schnippischnoppi!
Im groen und ganzen gans erfreulich: der 100W USBC Anschluss kann mein Dell XPS (140W) gut versorgen.
Negativ aufgefallen sind die Lautsprecher, die gefhlt nur 100-500Hz wiedergeben. Es mangelt auch an eingebaute CAM. USB an der rechte Seite vom Monitor wre auch gut. Der Bildschirmrand ist etwas heller als der Rest des Bildschirms. Sonst alles ber USBC ist eine feine Sache.

I’m so glad I have this. Nice and sturdy on my desk, picture quality great, and wide enough to effectively have 2 screens within the 1 screen. 5 starts.
Das Gert ist echt super nur eine Sache ist extrem nervig …. das Benutzer panel … Lautstrke und die Bild in Bild Funktionen sind toll aber zu umstndlich. der kvm Monitor Switch ist erst nach etwas bung verstndlich… aber sonnst ist echt alles super.
Confinement oblige, j’ai du investir dans du matriel pour travailler jour et nuit. J’ai commencer par le fauteuil, maintenant l’cran.
Aprs une semaine d’utilisation intensive dans diverses conditions, je note que cet cran a beaucoup de qualits, mais des dfauts inhrents la marque.
Qualits et dfauts :
+ Dfinition, luminosit, contraste, on a une impression de confort visuel trs trs bonne. Mme fatigu, l’cran ne crame pas les yeux au bout de 4 heures de boulot.
+ Une option trs intressante, la luminopsit de l’cran s’adapte la luminosit ambiante. Top.
+ Montage Vesa, ce qui m’a permis de le fixer au mur, me faisant gagn une 15aine de centimtres de recul, ce qui participe grandement mon confort visuel. Prcision : mon bureau fait 70 cm de large.
+ Une multitude de rglage, trouve tous plus au moins une utilit, dfaut une justification.
+ Les cbles fournis, de longueur (1,8m) et de qualit tout fait respectable
+ Le prix : parce qu’ moins de 500 balles le morceau, c’est une super affaire.
+ Quelques innovations intressantes, comme le dtecteur de prsence pour le power energy saving mode
– mais qui ne fonctionne pas tout le temps, en tout cas pas avec tous les OS. Pour mon PC pro sous W, a marche. Pour mon PC perso sous Linux, a ne marche pas : l’cran se rallume au bout de 10 secondes pour afficher un message “thank you to save the planet with power energy saving mode”… dommage, car cet cran est d’abord fait pour mon usage domestique.
– des enceintes… qui ne fonctionnent pas. Elles ne sont mme pas dtectes quelque soit l’attaque (display port ou HDMI, W ou Linux). On les voit, elles sont bien l droite et gauche quand on regarde sous l’cran, mais elles ne donnent rien.
En conclusion, j’ai dj possd des appareils de cette marque. C’est tout ou rien : j’ai eu une chaine hifi qui a fonctionn 2 ans et une semaine, un rfri amricain qui a fonctionn 12 ans, une tondeuse bebar pour 2 mois, une ampoule non (les premires ampoules conomie d’nergie) de 1997 et qui claire toujours ma cuisine…
Pour les enceintes, c’est ennuyeux mais pas pnalisant, j’ai d’autres moyens pour avoir du son sur mes diffrentes machines.
Donc je le garde, car le confort visuel est vraiment excellent, et la taille fait que je peux partager mon cran en 5 pour bosser, et a c’est vraiment le pied.
Edit : Aprs 2 ans d’utilisation, … Toujours au top.

Donc j’ai chang la carte vido de mon PC perso, et les petites enceintes fonctionnent aussi. USB-c, DP et hdmi, tout sonne finalement.
Dsol pour les gens qui ont lu mon com avant et qui ont tenu compte de mon souci d’enceintes pour se faire une opinion.
Le son n’est pas exceptionnel, en mme temps je me suis habitu au luxe avec de supers enceintes et un caisson… Pas exceptionnel mais il est bien l.
a me paraissait important de le signaler, en tout cas suffisamment pour prendre le temps de corriger mon avis.
Pour rsumer : super cran, confortable et fonctionnel. moins de 500 balles, c’est une affaire.
If your use to double or large monitors, then this could be an option for you.
As a non graphics designer, or movie maker, I do the odd photo an odd family movie clip, this monitor has been good for me.
The 34″ curved screen was easy to get use too and the connections are ample.
It has usb C, DisplayPort, and hdmi. It also has a usb B upstream connection and 4 usb A connections, one being a quick charge connection.
Controlling all the settings have to be done via the screens buttons, pity I can’t control via an app on the Mac.
Using the usb C to connect also delivers power to my device at 90w.
If you want to use the network port on the monitor, you should install the driver from the Philips website.
I use the ability to show two devices on the screen, both a PC & Mac.
You can adjust your devices to split the screen, but unless your mouse & keyboard are connected to both devices, either via the kvm or you have a device that can switch between to pc’s then you will need separate accessories.
I find it a good all round monitor, colours are fine, you can change those via the osd controls, which is to me the only down point.
The OSD is easy to use and there is a user control button you can set to what you want.
The speakers are a bit wimpy, but for video conferencing, it is okay.
The only thing missing is a webcam, as I use my laptops with the lid closed.
I use the monitor at 60hz, but it can go to 100hz in the vertical.
Pleased with the monitor overall, can’t fault it so far apart from OSD controls.
Graphics people might want more.

The more I use this screen the more I’m impressed, the dual side by side view using my Mx ergo mouse allows me to transfer data between my pc and Mac. The reduction in cables has been great.
I have a T3 (usb c) to MagSafe 2 connector so I can power my older MacBook Pro retina, therefore dispensing with the power supply.
I have a webcam on top connected to one of the usb A sockets and also a backup disk.
If you have a usb c T3 device then a monitor that can power your device is a bonus and I would miss it. Less power bricks needed here now.

I have been using this monitor everyday since purchase on usb c MacBook Pro, MacBook Pro retina and a HP laptop.
I can now get a choice on the newer MacBook of 60 or 100Hz refresh rate using the usb c connection.
I use DisplayPort on the other two devices. I have a two to one DisplayPort box, allowing me to switch between the PC and older MacBook.
The only downsides to this monitor are no built in webcam and the Mac not being able to control the sound or some of the other settings and having to use the monitors own controls.
Before this I tried an LG Ultrawide screen that wasn’t curved – that simply wasn’t good enough to work on – neither the screen quality or the lack of curve at this width and whilst it was sold as being wall mountable both the power connector and the connector all stuck out to the extent it couldn’t be wall mounted – LG need to have better connection between design and component speccing.
Back to this Philips screen – it really is excellent, far better than the dual screen setup I used before.
I’m not a gamer so I can’t say anything about that aspect but I do work on it for long hours and it’s improved my ability to deal with large amounts of data in Excel and other tools.
Well worth the money.
This a lovely monitor with plenty of real estate that you can use with two different computers. In my case, that’s my work laptop and my home desktop. The built-in KVM means I can use both with just one keyboard and mouse, which is brilliant. The monitor position is nicely adjustable – a large range of heights and angles, which is unusual. The built-in USB-C dock is also really useful as I can just plug in my work laptop with one single cable for everything – power, video, network connection, USB printer, etc. Beware that the KVM does switch the ethernet connection as well as the USB connections – I wasn’t expecting that.
I bought this monitor because it had built-in speakers, and I’d hoped they were good like the ones the 32-inch 16:9 Pavilion monitor I had previously borrowed from my work. They are not. They are fundamentally flawed. They have two very strong resonances in their frequency response, at around 150 and 450 Hz. These are right in the middle of frequency range of speech, and the consequence is that they make speech really very unclear and hard to listen to (e.g. on a work Zoom call) – combned with the limited bass response below 100Hz they are booming and tinny at the same time. In the end I was forced to take the headphone output and run it through a separate set of speakers. This is really the main thing that lets this monitor down. It might be a consequence of the downward-firing nature of these speakers, but I am surprised at just how poor they are.
I bought this screen on the recommendation of someone from my office’s digital team, and am very glad I did. In the office I usually have 2 monitors, and this works really well for the same purpose without the extra cables. It has plenty of USB slots, connects and charges my laptop via USB-C, and connected to my home internet via ethernet cable through the monitor. It has completely changed how efficient I can be compared to just working on my laptop. The picture quality is absolutely fine for my use, although I haven’t used it for video streaming, gaming, etc.
Ich hab mir den Bildschirm hauptschlich zum Arbeiten gekauft. Da mein Arbeitslaptop (Dell XPS 13 9350) und mein Surface Book 2 beide USB-C haben und auch darber laden knnen, war der Bildschirm fast die einzige Option, um ohne viel Hin- und Herstecken zwischen den beiden Laptops und meinem Desktop-PC zu wechseln. Sogar das Surface Book wird ausreichend (angeblich 90W) geladen. Dessen eigenes Netzteil hat zwar 125W, einen Unterschied in der Ladeleistung merkt man aber im normalen Betrieb nicht.
KVM-SWITCH
Man kann an den Bildschirm gleichzeitig ein normales USB Uplink, sowieso ein USB-C Uplink Kabel anstecken. USB-C-Kabel (auf USB-C oder mit beiliegendem Adapter sogar auf USB-A) liegt bei, das altmodischere Uplink-Kabel nicht. Der Auto-KVM Switch zwischen den beiden Uplinks funktioniert so gut wie immer einwandfrei. Wenn manchmal Maus und Tastatur (am Bildschirm angeschlossen) nicht auf Anhieb erkannt werden, kann man manuell umschalten. Das dauert aber selbst dann nie lnger als ein paar Sekunden. Da der Bildschirm sogar 4 USB-Anschlsse bietet, lasse ich ebenfalls mein Audio-Interface ber den HUB laufen, was ebenfalls auf den Laptops bzw. auf dem Desktop-PC einwandfrei funktioniert. ber den vierten USB-Anschluss kann man dann z.B. noch sein Handy laden, sogar wenn der Bildschirm ausgeschalten ist (gelber Anschluss).
GAMING/BILDQUALITT
Explizit fr Gaming oder professionelle Bildbearbeitung wird sich den Bildschirm wohl niemand kaufen. Er ist natrlich absolut nicht darauf ausgelegt, man kann aber dennoch darauf spielen, wenn man keine extrem schnellen Reaktionszeiten braucht. GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2, F1 2019 uvm. funktionieren einwandfrei und man merkt keine sonderliche Verzgerung. Damit ist der Bildschirm fr meine Zwecke komplett ausreichend.
Zur Bildqualitt fr Fotobearbeitung etc. kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich dafr keinen Vergleich habe. Meiner Meinung nach, ist die Bildqualitt fr Office und gelegentliches Gaming vollkommen ausreichend. Gut finde ich auerdem, dass es dank VA so gut wie kein Backlight Bleeding gibt und auch die Ausleuchtung, wenn der Bildschirm komplett wei ist, ist meiner Ansicht nach fr den Preis des Bildschirms (470) sehr gut. Auch da habe ich aber keinen wirklichen Vergleich zu besseren VA oder IPS-Modellen.
Alles in allem bin ich vollstens zufrieden und rgere mich eher, dass ich ihn nicht schon viel frher gekauft habe. Bei Gaming und Bildqualitt muss man natrlich Abstriche machen, aber dessen ist man sich – glaube ich – bewusst, wenn man sich dafr entscheidet. Gaming ist aber – wie gesagt – definitiv mglich.
Ich benutze den Monitor zu mehreren Zwecken und mit mehreren Gerten.
Einerseits habe ich unter dem Tisch einen Tower stehen fr Spiele (angeschlossen via DisplayPort und den USB-Uplink), andererseits arbeite ich von zuhause oder mache etwas frs Studium (beides via Laptops und USB-C).
Daher war es wichtig eine einfache Mglichkeit zu haben zwischen den beiden Setups einfach wechseln zu knnen – der KVM ist da doch optimal dachte ich.
Der KVM bietet auch den einzigen echten Kritikpunkt den ich habe. Er funktioniert fast wie er soll. Nur der direkte Wechsel vom USB-Uplink zu USB-C will oft nicht funktionieren (umgekehrt geht relativ gut). Damit die angeschlossenen Gerte verwendbar sind muss ich den Bildschirm einmal kurz in den Standby schicken und neu einschalten.
Um Spielen zu knnen habe ich die SmartResponse auf “Faster” gestellt, wie in einem Review empfohlen. Das behebt fr mich die Schlieren beim Spielen von PoE (ARPG). Ich bin bei solchen Effekten aber auch nicht anfllig, kann den Monitor fr Spiele daher nicht uneingeschrnkt empfehlen. Hier wrde ich den Konsum eines Reviews auf Tutorial empfehlen der diese Seite des Monitors sehr genau beleuchtet. Ich sah aber schon dort vieles nicht, wenn ich gut darauf geachtet habe 🙂
Das breite Bildformat ist vor allem fr meine Arbeit als Programmierer super. Zwei RDP-Sessions oder Datenbanksysteme nebeneinander und eine Email/ein Editor auf einem zweiten Monitor um Sachverhalte nachzulesen oder zu dokumentieren sind hochkomfortabel.
Ein Merge mit drei Dokumenten (siehe Foto) ist nur mit groen hochauflsenden Bildschirmen wirklich gut zu machen. Ich hatte auch berlegt wegen 4k, aber da werden die Monitore so hoch in der passenden Breite, dass der Blick darauf unergonomisch werden wrde (Oberkante soll in etwa auf Augenhhe liegen).
Wirklich perfekt ausnutzen kann man den vielen Platz nur mit einem guten Fenster-Manager. AquaSnap sieht fr mich nach einer guten Lsung aus, ist aber mit aktuell 18$ pro Gert (in meinem Fall mindestens drei) zu teuer. Eine flexible Alternative habe ich noch keine gefunden. Mein eigener Windowmanager ist noch in einem sehr frhen Stadium, so dass ich meistens auch nur die Windows-Funktionen zum Teilen des Schirms verwende. Ein Browser ber den ganzen Monitor ist aber etwas viel.
Good to know: Wenn ich mein Smartphone an den Monitor anschliee muss ich am Monitor auch die Auflsung ndern, da das Bild ansonsten verzerrt. Android kann offenbar mit der nativen Auflsung nicht wirklich umgehen, so dass auch Spiele Probleme machen. Mal ist die eine Hlfte schwarz, mal sind Schaltflchen nicht bedienbar.
Wenn Fragen sind sollte ich vieles beantworten oder ggfs. auch testen knnen.
I bought this computer mostly for productivity and light gaming. In both cases, it works perfectly. The included USB hub is great.
I connect the monitor to my notebook when I am working (Macbook pro 2019) using the included USB-C cable, and to my desktop (Ubuntu 20.04) using the Display Port cable (also included) and the USB-B to A cable (NOT included). Everything works well, as expected. Using the KVM capabilities, I can swap which computer I am using with a single button, which is great.
Nutze den Bildschirm zum Arbeiten. 34″ sind top und die Krmmung sehr schn.
USB C Hub ist 1 a und ldt meinen Lenovo Yoga X1 auch auf bei Bedarf.
Es ist kein Thunderbold Kabel mitgeliefert worden,muss dazu gekauft werden.
Montage ist sehr simpel und Verarbeitung macht einen ordentlichen Gesamteindruck.
Vorab eins: ich spiele keine schnellen FP-Shooter, deswegen kommt es mir nicht auf das allerletzte Quntchen Latenz und Reaktionszeit an.
Auch die Bildbearbeitung beschrnkt sich auf das Aufhbschen der Urlaubsfotos etc., daher ist mir auch so etwas, wie kalibrierte Farbtreue weniger wichtig.
Fr meine Ansprche luft der Monitor dank FreeSync-Kompatibilitt mit bis zu 100Hz absolut ausreichend schnell fr die Runde MMORPG zwischendurch und hat schne, satte, aber nicht bertriebene Farben, einen super Kontrast und Schwarzwert dank VA Panel.
Aber das beste fr mich sind die “Office-Features”:
– integrierter USB KVM-Switch, am einen Ende hngt mein Zocker-PC per USB Upstream und DisplayPort, an der anderen Seite mein Firmenlaptop per USB-C. Maus, Tastatur, Webcam etc. hngen am integrierten USB-Hub des Monitors. Dadurch kann ich durch einen einfachen Tastendruck die Eingangsquelle umschalten, und die gesamte Peripherie wechselt zum anderen Gert. Das Laptop bentigt dafr nur einen einziges USB-C Kabel (was dem Monitor beiliegt!) und wird sogar noch mit bis zu 90W mit Strom versorgt und geladen. Meine Aktivboxen habe ich an den Monitorausgang angeschlossen und habe dadurch auch die Audioausgabe an beiden Gerten.
Auerdem hat der Monitor noch einen Ethernet LAN Port und knnte damit das Laptop ber USB-C auch mit Netzwerk versorgen, diese Funktion nutze ich allerdings nicht, da bei mir eh alle Gerte im WLAN hngen.
Homeoffice an 34″ ist schon etwas ganz anderes, als an 14″…
– Infrarot-Sensor: der Monitor “erkennt”, ob ich vor ihm sitze – verlasse ich den Platz, schaltet er nach wenigen Sekunden die Bildhelligkeit um 80% runter, und nach ein paar Minuten ganz aus. Sobald ich mich wieder hinsetze, geht er wieder an. Hat sich beim Lesen der Features erst einmal komisch angehrt, funktioniert aber in der Praxis erstaunlich gut!
– Lichtsensor: der Monitor passt sich automatisch der Umgebungshelligkeit an, und das macht er so sanft und subtil, dass man es erst gar nicht wirklich bemerkt (ich habe es tatschlich erstmal durch Leuchten mit einer hellen LED-Taschenlampe ausprobiert, weil ich dachte, es funktioniert nicht…), aber so ist er am Tag hell genug und blendet abends im dunklen Raum nicht.
Mein Fazit: es mag sicherlich bessere, spezialisierte Gaming- und Bildbearbeitungsmonitore geben, meinen Ansprchen in der Hinsicht gengt er vllig (und bertrifft sie eigentlich sogar…), aber die ganzen Funktionen, die er mitbringt machen ihn fr mich zum perfekten Arbeits- und Spielmonitor.
Das curved Display war anfangs etwas gewhnungsbedrftig, ist dann aber eine nette, wenn auch nicht unbedingt ntige Sache.
Mein Exemplar hat btw. keinen einzigen Pixelfehler.
Ecran extrmement complet pour le tltravail. Le switch KVM fonctionne parfaitement (connexion souris / vido / et clavier sur deux postes), la recharge par le port USB C en plus de la connexion avec l’cran fonctionne sans accroc.
La courbure de l’cran est trs confortable pour la plupart des utilisations dont Excel / Word. La qualit d’affichage est trs bonne malgr l’absence de la norme HDR.
Bref.. un cran qui est devenu en 1 journe indispensable. Je recommande toute les personnes qui sont en tltravail et qui doivent bosser sur de l’Excel toute la journe !

Ich habe nach einem Monitor in der Gre ab 30 Zoll gesucht, den ich mit nur einem USB C Kabel mit meinem 15″ MacBook Pro verbinden kann, ohne zustzlich noch das Ladekabel anschlieen zu mssen. Die meisten Monitore untersttzen nur bis zu 60 Watt Stromabgabe ber USB-C, was fr das groe MacBook Pro einfach zu wenig ist. In der Arbeit nutze ich 2 x 30 Zoll Monitore und habe eben fr zuhause einen adquaten Ersatz gesucht.
Dieser Monitor untersttzt 90 Watt – genau das was ich gebraucht habe! Und das, obwohl er noch billiger ist, als viele Produkte anderer Hersteller (mit nur 60 Watt).
Ich benutze den Monitor ausschlielich fr Broarbeit und einfache Video- und Bildbearbeitung, wo es nicht auf 100%ige Farbechtheit ankommt. Somit kann ich keine Aussage treffen, ob der Bildschirm auch fr Gaming oder wirklich professionelle Foto/Videoarbeit geeignet ist.
Der Monitor ist sehr einfach aufzubauen, und war sofort einsatzbereit. Bei meiner Lieferung waren dabei:

*) HDMI Kabel
*) Displayport Kabel
*) USB C auf USB A Kabel
Leider war kein USB C auf USB C Kabel dabei, wie einige Rezensionen angaben. Aber so ein Kabel kann man bereits fr wenig Geld nachkaufen. Das ist fr mich kein Grund, weniger Sterne zu geben.
Mit ein Grund, warum ich mich fr dieses Produkt entschieden habe ist der integrierte USB C Hub. Mit einem USB C Kabel am Mac angeschlossen, und die am Monitor angeschlossenen USB Produkte (zB Maus + Tastatur) funktionieren auf Anhieb.
Der integrierte KVM Switch ist ein zustzlicher Bonus, da ich dann meinen Firmen-Laptop ber HDMI anschlieen kann. Lt Bedienungsanleitung muss man den zweiten PC mit dem USB C (Typ B) Kabel anschlieen, damit auch dieser Computer den USB Hub und damit Maus, Tastatur,… am Monitor nutzen kann. Mangels USB C Typ B Kabel konnte ich das noch nicht testen, werde dies aber sicher nachholen.
Somit hat man effektiv zwei Computer an einem Monitor hngen – grandios.
Die Funktion fr Bild in Bild / Bild neben Bild ist fr mich generell nicht relevant. Es sei jedoch angemerkt, dass es nicht mglich ist, den USB C Eingang mit HDMI oder Displayport zu kombinieren. Fr PIP / PBP funktionieren nur Displayport und HDMI.
Der integrierte Lautsprecher funktioniert problemlos ber USB C, ist aber meiner Meinung nach nur eine Notlsung (wie bei allen Flachbildschirmen und Fernsehern – meiner Meinung nach). Der integrierte Lautsprecher das MacBooks klingt da deutlich besser. Aber immerhin kann man einen Kopfhrer direkt am Monitor anschlieen.
Die Helligkeit ist grandios, ich habe sie auf 40% heruntergestellt, damit meine Augen nicht schmerzten 🙂
Da ich immer ziemlich mittig vor dem Monitor sitze, sind mgliche geringe Ausleuchtungsunterschiede fr mich nicht erkennbar.
Ich war auf der Suche nach einem >27 Zoll Curved fr mein Homeoffice. Beim 346b1c bin ich relativ schnell berzeugt gewesen bei den Features und dem Preis (bei mir ber Prime ~508). Der Preis ist allerdings sehr schwankend zur Zeit und die Lieferzeit entsprechend der hohen Nachfrage (bei mir 8 Tage).
Ich gebe eigentlich 4,5 Sterne, das geht leider nicht.
Hintergrund ist das der integrierte KVM nicht 100% optimal konfigurierbar ist. Denn wenn man kein USB-C Device anschliesst, reduziert sich die Nutzbarkeit ein wenig.
Hintergrund:
Wenn ich ein USB-C-Gert (bzw. richtig wre TB3) anschliesse, dann ist die Verbindung ja auch fr das Bild. Ergo kann ich den integrierten KVM auf “auto” stellen. Dann ist es echt intuitiv nutzbar, denn dann dann schaltet der KVM automatisch mit der Signal-Quelle um. Stell ich also in der Signal-quellen Auswahl auf USB-C (also die Taste an der Frontplatte um die SRC auszuwhlen wie bei jedem anderen Monitor der mehr als einen Eingang hat), schaltet der KVM auch auf USB-C. Schalte ich die Signalquelle dann auf HDMI oder DP, schaltet der KVM auf USB-UP (der USB-B an der der Seite des Monitors).
Da ich aber kein USB-C-Gert anschliesse, sondern HDMI an einem Gert und DP an einem anderen, “reduziert” sich der KVM im Prinzip auf einen umschaltbaren USB-HUB. Also in meiner Config muss ich halt die Bild und den USB-Hub in zwei Schritten umstellen.
Und kurze Randnotiz: Das zweite USB-Kabel (USB-B-Stecker fr den USB-UP Anschluss) liegt nicht bei, also dann am Besten gleich mit bestellen.
Ansonsten ein wirklich geiler Monitor fr Office und Multimedia. Zu Gaming kann ich keine Aussage treffen, da ich das quasi nicht mehr tue, aber bei 5ms Reaktionszeit eher nicht so geeignet.
Nachtrag nach 2 Jahren Nutzung: der Monitor leistet mir nach wie vor treue Dienste im mittlerweile fast tglichen Homeoffice.
Mittlerweile wrde ich mir fast wnschen, das der HDMI durch einen DP-OUT ersetzt werden wrde samt Display-Chaining, dann wre es wirklich der nahezu perfekte Monitor.
Been using this for coding for 3 days and it’s been great. Plenty of ports. Set up is simple. Switching between devices is not really an issue but would prefer a software solution which would score 5stars for me. Supply was quick and arrived ahead if schedule.
Aside from it taking a few minutes to warm up the KVM works fine and looks/sound great. However the problem is the PBP mode just fails at being useful due to restrictions on resolution choices. It would be 5 out of 5 if one of its 3 main features was atleast usable.
Update – much happier with it now, convinced the the resolution / aspect issue is limited to the work macbook only (admin locked down on it which doesn’t help). Bumped it up anther 2 stars. No 5 star as the PBP option are still limited to just a 50/50 split of the screen.

Worin ist der Philips meiner meinung nach besser?
– stabilerer Standfu
– etwas bessere Farbwiedergabe
– separaten USB-uplink-port, so dass ich den KVM-switch fr maus und Tastatur sowohl mit meinem alten Festrechner, als auch mit meinem ‘neuen’ Laptop via USB-C ‘all in one’ cable nutzen kann.
Worin ist der Samsung besser?
– etwas besseres Design (hoch subjektiv!)
– besser zu bedienendes OSD
– untersttzt PbP mit USB-C und HDMI. der Philips kann PbP nur fr folgende Kombinationen: USB-C&DP, DP& HDMI, nicht die von mir bentigte Kombi USB-C&HDMI
Der Samsung hat bei mir aber via USB-C gezickt (monitor-detektion mehrfach fehlgeschlagen, auch PC- & Monitor reboot halfen akut nicht), daher geht er wegen vermuteter unzuverlssigkeit zurck, kann aber ein Montagsgert sein, will nicht die ganze Baureihe verteufeln.
Hoffe die Rezension hilft irgendjemand. Viel Glck & Freude, egal fr welchen Monitor Sie sich entscheiden.
Great monitor for productivity, really good selection of settings. Managed to reduce my 2 screen & docking station setup to this single screen, removed lots of cabling.
Only issue is the ethernet port going to sleep along with the screen, the USBs stay on though.
I wanted an ultra-wide monitor to replace two 21″ monitors that started to show variations in brightness after 3.5 years of extensive use. I considered Samsung, LG and DELL 49″ monitors. Bought Samsung LC49HG90DMUXEN 49″ but unfortunately it was not calibrated properly and I could not read the text properly so returned it and I was bit disappointed. Then I considered DELL but unfortunately they will ship from China and it will take 14 days and was over-priced.
Finally I found this brilliant monitor that’s value for money and they keep reducing the price. I bought it for 840 now its 770!! It is great monitor and I strongly recommend it. The Smart Control isn’t perfect but it works for most of the software. I use VSCode and Python Spyder a lot to code but they they dont fit in Smart Control.
The summary is if you are looking to use this office productivity and programming this is a great monitor. I’m not sure if its perfect for gaming or not as I did not test it!!
Ordered this for my home office. Love that it’s a big, crisp display that allows me to have 3 or 4 windows open simultaneously without being too small to read.
I’m not a gamer so cannot speak to its use for that, or for photography or video editing, but for office use it’s great.
Helpful that it works as a USB C dock too so just one cable allows me to power my work laptop as well as get picture and audio out.
The stand is decent; solid and not to obtrusive. I might buy a monitor arm just for neatness…
Included are a USB C, DisplayPort, and HDMI cables so no need to buy extra bits.
The one major failing is that the monitor comes with a European power plug, not a UK one!
Fortunately I had a suitable adaptor in the house, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to use the display when it arrived! Not sure if this is a one off or the norm.
Arbeite gern mal aus einem Feriendomizil 600km entfernt. Mit dem Schlepptop allein nicht so gut, aber mit einem gescheiten Monitor wie diesem hier, Gert per USB-C angeschlossen, alles super. Die Lautsprecher sind leider nicht so prall, aber sonst ne 1+ mit Sternchen.
Bought this to be used both as a work-from-home monitor and also for my main PC, hence the KVM functionality was high on the shopping list. I have my PC set up via DP + USB-A, and my work laptop uses USB-C for everything including LAN. Enough USB slots on the monitor to connect mouse, keyboard and webcam, and have a separate cable to plug in anything else.
Picture quality is first rate, and the curve is great at making sure everything looks the same size (no squinting for the corners). Switchover between sources is fine once set up, all that’s needed is to choose input and the KVM switches over as well.
One or two minor niggles stop a 5 star rating… Occasionally gets stuck and refuses to recognise the USB-C input requiring a power off. Coming out of standby power cycles the peripherals which seems a bit odd. Amazon also supplied it without the USB-C cable and with an EU power lead, but after a complaint gave me a 25% discount which did cover the cost of the replacement cables.
Overall, highly recommended.
This display is stunning in my opinion. Very slick. One thing I would recommend is to activte realsync as I found it made quite a considerable difference in the smoothness of the images when doing things like scrolling etc.

The monitor settings I’m using to make the display look better:
USB Setting > USB-C Setting = High Resolution (the default is High Data Speed)
Smart Image > SmartUniformity
Brightness = 100
Color > Color Temperature > Native
Picture > SmartContrast > On
AdaptiveSync: On
Gamma: 2.2
Pixel Orbiting: On
Also run the display at 60Hz, which is the native frequency versus 100Hz. The manual recommends 60Hz for better clarity.
Within Windows 10/11, go to the Display settings for the wide screen monitor and set System>Display>Scale & Layout>Scale to 150%.
The above settings made me very happy with the monitor, although it probably eats more power now.
Also, a benefit of the VA technology screen is that there is no light bleed when you watch movies in a darken room. Very nice.
I provided a 5 star rating for value because I got the monitor for Black Friday prices (150 off).
Quick Update (16Dec22): I’ve connected an iPad Pro M2 (2022) to the monitor and the screen is gorgeous with superb text clarity. If I could, I would increase the star rating to 4.5 out of 5.
Die Gre, allemal besser als zwei Monitore die meist bei Firmenrechner Probleme bereiten wo keine Treiber installiert werden drfen, stndig alle Icons verschoben und Fenster wo anders ist nun vorbei.
Das beiliegende Programm SmartControl macht es noch einfacher, einfach Bereiche definieren, Shift Taste drcken und Fenster in ein Bereich verlagern, Super wenn man stndig mit zwei oder mehr Dokumenten arbeiten muss oder am Rand kleine Helfer stndig offen sichtbar sein sollen. So hab ich rechts ein Streifen (Notizen, Kamera, …), links und unten fr einen fr Ordner eingestellt (Drag & Drop Nutzung) und dazwischen zwei fr Dokumente. Wenn man zwischen den Dikumenten auf die Trennung geht kann das Fenster auch auf mehrere ausgedehnt werden. Tolles arbeiten so…
Die Einstellungen mit den Sensoren sind sehr auch gut, bewege ich mich weg so verdunkelt er sich. Wird das Licht heller oder dunkler so reagiert er auch.
Hier bemngeln einige das die USB Gerte nicht immer reagieren, bei mir habe ich rausgefunden das ich beim Umschalten ber eine Taste am Monitor, kurz warten muss. Dann ertnt ein kurzes Gerusch so als wrde Windows neue Gerte erkennen und los geht es. Dauert so ca 2-5 Sek. Am Notebook streiche ich kurz ber das Touchpad und es geht schneller. Klar ohne die Geduld wre es besser aber was sind schon ein paar Sekunden…
Grtes Manko an dem Monitor ist, 34″ sind fr diese Auflsung zu wenig, um damit etwas anderes auer Spielen zu machen, da wren 38 – 40″ besser. Bildqualitt ist ansonsten gut, endlich ist wieder ein richtiger Ein-/Ausschalter vorhanden, den man auch erspren kann. Konsolenumschalter funktioniert, leider ist kein USB-C zu USB-C Kabel mit dabei, das mu man extra bestellen, und ein normales Ladekabel reicht da nicht. Habe eins von Lenovo fr 18 Euro bestellt, das funktioniert, Notebook wird darber auch mit Strom versorgt, ansonsten gehen noch Monitor und Tastatur+Maus darber. Lautsprecher ist per USB-C nicht so toll, ber HDMI sogar bel, fr Videokonferenzen nicht ausreichend.
This monitor screen is rather impressive providing a great deal of screen space to work with versions windows side by side. It is my first time using an ultra wide moving from a duel screen setup I have to say it does a great job in providing the space in a flexible way as you can put windows side by side or just extend one and get a wider view which is great. Also the hub in this is truly fantastic as I can plug in everything into the monitor and just use one usb-c cable to my laptop to provide everything. It works seamlessly with my Mac, I believe although expensive it is worth it if you do need additional screen space and a usb-c hub
Best screen I have ever used in 30 years in IT. Great spec, KVM built in works well. For a techie working from home hard to beat this one.
J’ai achet cet cran pour travailler la maison avec le mme confort qu’au bureau. Remplace avantageusement les 2 crans que j’utilisais auparavant, avec le dock intgr qui me permet de brancher l’ordinateur portable sans m’encombrer de nombreux cbles.

Der Monitor ist fr jede Disziplin geeignet, aber in keiner eine Referenz. Fr mich jedoch perfekt um Mittags dran zu arbeiten und Abends drauf zu spielen.

I got this specific monitor for 4 reasons.
1) It was on sale and so it was the cheapest monitor that had the features I needed
2) I Forex trade and the ultra wide is a must have for reading graphs
3) I game so wanted a higher refresh rate
4) I edit videos and again, the ultra wide is a must have for large video timelines
The built in KVM switch is incredible. My MacBook Air is connected via USB C and my Windows gaming machine uses display port and an uplink USB cable. This means I can run both systems using the same headset, keyboard, mouse and webcam and when I change the input source on my monitor, the KVM automatically switches over to that device.
The picture quality is incredible and the higher than 1080p resolution is an added bonus.
The stand means that I can adjust the hight of the monitor depending on my posture and the built in cable management keeps the rats nest of cables behind it neat and tidy.
The user interface is really easy to use and fairly intuitive, the auto switching KVM is by far the best feature for me.
Even at full price I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to someone.

The KVM switch is a massive faff though. I was really hoping it would be a one press button to switch inputs, instead, it’s a button press, move up or down several times, press another button to confirm. It’s just needlessly annoying.
The built in speakers though… oh my goodness, they are so unbelievably bad. My phone has better speakers than this monitor. Dull, flat, muffled, pointless speakers. They would have been better off not bothering to add them to monitor – they’re not even “okay” they sound HORRIBLE.

I’ve had it for some time now and still enjoy the space that it provides.
Works flawlessly with my old Mac tower, great resolution, thought the curved screen might be weird but it’s fantastic, especially when using Logic on the Mac. I don’t do gaming so can’t comment on how good it is for that. For me the resolution, colours, build quality and low blue eye safety feature all make this a fantastic buy. Viewing adjustment up/down/angle is very good and the stand is solid. Very pleased.
Ich war auf der Suche nach einem 34″ curved Monitor frs Home Office. Ab und zu eine Runde Fortnite spielen sollte auch noch mglich sein. Dafr muss ich einfach zwischen Firmen-Laptop und Privat-Laptop wechseln knnen.
Daher sollte es ein Gert mit USB-C Anschluss sein. Somit muss ich nur ein einziges Kabel wechseln.
Ich muss sagen, dass der Phillips meine Erwartungen zu 100 % erfllt! Die eingebauten Boxen sind ausreichend. Zum Musikhren und Zocken verwende ich Kopfhrer. Das Bild ist subjektiv sehr gut.
Monitor ergonomisch, schwenk- und hhenverstellbar.
Ich kann Gaming nicht bewerten – Bildqualitt ist aus meiner Sicht top.
Alles hat gut funktioniert – Leichter Transportschaden am Karton – aber innen ist alles gut verpackt gewesen. Montage … super … kein Werkzeug erforderlich … klick and smile. Robuster Standfuss … super einstellbar … ich bin vllig zufrieden … es war ein Kauf aus dem Bauch heraus … mal sehen was Philips noch so hat 🙂
For gaming it’s immersive width is great.
Picture quality is only marked down as QHD on this width of screen is never going to be perfect, but the picture is still very good!
Outrageous amounts of screen. Ideally, it would have been more curved as the far left and right end up at quite an angle.
I use Fancy Zones (part of Microsoft’s Power Toys) to have 4 docking zones. Works great.
Excellent also for having apps stretched over the middle half whilst still having other apps on each edge.
Personally, I also have other monitors for Slack, Outlook, WhatsApp just to keep them right out the way.
Windows Hello works great but I don’t use the rubbish webcam.
Easy to use, awesome definition and it helped tidy up all the cables on my desk by plugging everything into the screen.
The screen is big enough to spread my documents and to have all in front of me at the same time. I used to work on two screens at work in the office . With this one, the options and settings available it’s giving me different ways to do the set by my needs
I have 2 minor niggles and one of them might be MacOS related… sometimes the USB-C hub doesn’t seem to work and the Mac doesn’t recognise the USB devices connected to the monitor. Everything else is fine, just the USB devices. Have to unplug and plug in again for them to work. A minor niggle.
The second is that there is no USB-C out from the monitor. On a MacBook Pro with 4x USB-C ports this isn’t an issue as you can just keep on using the 3 free on the MBP. On a MacBook with 1x USB-C port and various USB-C accessories, this is a nuisance. I can’t have my external HDD plugged in at the same time as the monitor without finding a USB-A -> USB-C converter and plugging it into the monitor. Stupid. There’s no excuse for not having at least one USB-C output.
Overall I like it a lot and wouldn’t give it up now I’ve been using it a few weeks.
Lovely crisp picture. Good solid stand. Excellent volume. Lots of additional settings to fine tune if you choose. Great selection of additional ports. Comes with HDMI & Display Port cables to choose from.

As 34 inch monitors go this is excellent for me. I use it mainly for productivity purposes and the screen quality is superb. There are around 8 screen settings all of which I have tried and found the productivity and low blue mode to be the best.
Screen feels sturdy, Plugged into my work laptop and straight away the laptop defaulted to the full resolution(only 60HZ refresh even using display port). i am able to have six windows open at a time. Text is sharp and easy to read.
Thought it would take time to get used to the curve but as i had my two previous monitors slightly angled so it was easy to adjust.
Lastly, the fact that this monitor has height adjustment, swivels and tilts means you can get the perfect viewing position.
Working from home has been transformed with this monitor, sorting multiple documents to be open at once plus a reasonable sized window for Teams/Zoom. Simple to switch between different laptops or view both at once. Picture quality is great for office work, much clearer than previous 24″ HD screen.
Otherwise the picture quality is good and has a fantastic contrast ratio. Built in speakers are terrible as it to be expected and to be honest I’d rather monitor manufacturers would just omit them saving cost and space!
Perfect for MacBook Pro as one USB C link provides power for the laptop, video link, audio and webcam plus extends to the monitor’s USB ports. Internal KVM switch allows you to move between two computers, if required.
Menus are a bit confusing but it’s not like you use them all day long. Good value for money if you buy it when discounted

Das Panel ist trotz der VA Technologie relativ schnell und durchaus frs Gaming geeignet. Die Bildqaulitt ist super und die Farben sehen realistisch aus.
Auch der KVM Switch funktioniert bei mir super.
Erwhnenswert ist der Power Sensor, welcher das Panel automatisch dimmt und irgendwann komplett ausschaltet. Dies geschieht wenn der Monitor erkennt, dass niemand mehr davor sitzt was auch mit dunklen Klamotten bei mir immer reibungslos funktionirt.
Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

It’s very wide. I can get 3 apps up side by side plus my laptop screen too. MS Word, Chrome, MATLAB. Then the referencing app on my laptop’s screen. Huge productivity boost for study or work.

Adjustability. Swivel, tilt including for access to the ports underneath, and a huge vertical range. All of which is easy. Just apply a small amount of force and it stays put in the new position.

On screen display is a bit of a pavlova to navigate but once it has been set up you’re generally only changing the source which has a dedicated button to cycle through the 3 options.
Would have liked it slightly brighter but it’s good enough.
Styling could have been nicer but then again, the practicality is excellent so I’d go for that over style if it meant choosing.
Sound is good enough for my use but if you plan to watch movies on it best plug your headphones in.
So far, nothing I don’t like. Not bad value overall either. Will be using it for 3D graphics modelling soon.

Dafr verwende ich ein USB-C Kabel, welches Thunderbold 3 verifiziert ist. Dadurch kann ich das Macbook ber ein Kabel gleichzeitig laden, das Bild-, Ton- und Netzweksignal bertragen sowie den USB-Hub verwenden. Die Verwendung ist dabei Plug-and-Play und funktioniert reibungslos. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Final point the webcam does work as windows hello which is good. Less good – the quality as a webcam is pretty poor.
Eigentlich dachte ich ich bruchte keinen greren Bildschirm… aber nun, da ich ihn habe, gebe ich ihn nicht mehr her. Kein lstiges Fenter verschieben von Laptopbildschirm auf externen Monitor, nein, alles was ich zum Arbeiten brauche ist direkt auf dem einen Schirm zugreifbar.
Und durch die leichte Biegung hat man alles im Blick ohne stndig den Kopf drehen zu mssen.
Wrde ihn auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen!
Really great monitor! 200 less than the competition from Samsung or LG but I really have no complaints. It’s a great USB hub, an awesome screen for the price and everything just works straight out of the box
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Ich nutze den Monitor privat mit meinem Desktop PC (Display Port) und fr die Arbeit mit dem Laptop (USB-C). Genau das ist einer der groen Pluspunkte. Er eignet sich super als Monitor z.B. fr’s Gaming (Widescreen, Auflsung, 100Hz), aber ist auch zum Arbeiten extrem praktisch, da ich meinen Lenovo X1 Laptop nur per USB-C-Kabel verbinden muss, und damit die Verbindung zum Monitor fr Bild und Ton, aber auch zur Maus und Tastatur habe. Weiterhin muss ich nicht zwei Monitore betreiben, habe durch das Format aber trotzdem massig Platz fr mehrere Programme/Fenster gleichzeitig. Das integrierte Netzteil reicht vollkommen fr die Power Delivery des Laptops aus. Tippitoppi, schnippischnoppi!
Im groen und ganzen gans erfreulich: der 100W USBC Anschluss kann mein Dell XPS (140W) gut versorgen.
Negativ aufgefallen sind die Lautsprecher, die gefhlt nur 100-500Hz wiedergeben. Es mangelt auch an eingebaute CAM. USB an der rechte Seite vom Monitor wre auch gut. Der Bildschirmrand ist etwas heller als der Rest des Bildschirms. Sonst alles ber USBC ist eine feine Sache.
Ein guter Kauf fr 455…
I’m so glad I have this. Nice and sturdy on my desk, picture quality great, and wide enough to effectively have 2 screens within the 1 screen. 5 starts.
Das Gert ist echt super nur eine Sache ist extrem nervig …. das Benutzer panel … Lautstrke und die Bild in Bild Funktionen sind toll aber zu umstndlich. der kvm Monitor Switch ist erst nach etwas bung verstndlich… aber sonnst ist echt alles super.
Aprs une semaine d’utilisation intensive dans diverses conditions, je note que cet cran a beaucoup de qualits, mais des dfauts inhrents la marque.
Qualits et dfauts :
+ Dfinition, luminosit, contraste, on a une impression de confort visuel trs trs bonne. Mme fatigu, l’cran ne crame pas les yeux au bout de 4 heures de boulot.
+ Une option trs intressante, la luminopsit de l’cran s’adapte la luminosit ambiante. Top.
+ Montage Vesa, ce qui m’a permis de le fixer au mur, me faisant gagn une 15aine de centimtres de recul, ce qui participe grandement mon confort visuel. Prcision : mon bureau fait 70 cm de large.
+ Une multitude de rglage, trouve tous plus au moins une utilit, dfaut une justification.
+ Les cbles fournis, de longueur (1,8m) et de qualit tout fait respectable
+ Le prix : parce qu’ moins de 500 balles le morceau, c’est une super affaire.
+ Quelques innovations intressantes, comme le dtecteur de prsence pour le power energy saving mode
– mais qui ne fonctionne pas tout le temps, en tout cas pas avec tous les OS. Pour mon PC pro sous W, a marche. Pour mon PC perso sous Linux, a ne marche pas : l’cran se rallume au bout de 10 secondes pour afficher un message “thank you to save the planet with power energy saving mode”… dommage, car cet cran est d’abord fait pour mon usage domestique.
– des enceintes… qui ne fonctionnent pas. Elles ne sont mme pas dtectes quelque soit l’attaque (display port ou HDMI, W ou Linux). On les voit, elles sont bien l droite et gauche quand on regarde sous l’cran, mais elles ne donnent rien.
En conclusion, j’ai dj possd des appareils de cette marque. C’est tout ou rien : j’ai eu une chaine hifi qui a fonctionn 2 ans et une semaine, un rfri amricain qui a fonctionn 12 ans, une tondeuse bebar pour 2 mois, une ampoule non (les premires ampoules conomie d’nergie) de 1997 et qui claire toujours ma cuisine…
Pour les enceintes, c’est ennuyeux mais pas pnalisant, j’ai d’autres moyens pour avoir du son sur mes diffrentes machines.
Donc je le garde, car le confort visuel est vraiment excellent, et la taille fait que je peux partager mon cran en 5 pour bosser, et a c’est vraiment le pied.
Edit : Aprs 2 ans d’utilisation, … Toujours au top.
J’ai chang de boulot, donc nouveau PC, et l les petites enceintes sous l’cran fonctionnent ?!
Donc j’ai chang la carte vido de mon PC perso, et les petites enceintes fonctionnent aussi. USB-c, DP et hdmi, tout sonne finalement.
Dsol pour les gens qui ont lu mon com avant et qui ont tenu compte de mon souci d’enceintes pour se faire une opinion.
Le son n’est pas exceptionnel, en mme temps je me suis habitu au luxe avec de supers enceintes et un caisson… Pas exceptionnel mais il est bien l.
a me paraissait important de le signaler, en tout cas suffisamment pour prendre le temps de corriger mon avis.
Pour rsumer : super cran, confortable et fonctionnel. moins de 500 balles, c’est une affaire.
As a non graphics designer, or movie maker, I do the odd photo an odd family movie clip, this monitor has been good for me.
The 34″ curved screen was easy to get use too and the connections are ample.
It has usb C, DisplayPort, and hdmi. It also has a usb B upstream connection and 4 usb A connections, one being a quick charge connection.
Controlling all the settings have to be done via the screens buttons, pity I can’t control via an app on the Mac.
Using the usb C to connect also delivers power to my device at 90w.
If you want to use the network port on the monitor, you should install the driver from the Philips website.
I use the ability to show two devices on the screen, both a PC & Mac.
You can adjust your devices to split the screen, but unless your mouse & keyboard are connected to both devices, either via the kvm or you have a device that can switch between to pc’s then you will need separate accessories.
I find it a good all round monitor, colours are fine, you can change those via the osd controls, which is to me the only down point.
The OSD is easy to use and there is a user control button you can set to what you want.
The speakers are a bit wimpy, but for video conferencing, it is okay.
The only thing missing is a webcam, as I use my laptops with the lid closed.
I use the monitor at 60hz, but it can go to 100hz in the vertical.
Pleased with the monitor overall, can’t fault it so far apart from OSD controls.
Graphics people might want more.
Update
The more I use this screen the more I’m impressed, the dual side by side view using my Mx ergo mouse allows me to transfer data between my pc and Mac. The reduction in cables has been great.
I have a T3 (usb c) to MagSafe 2 connector so I can power my older MacBook Pro retina, therefore dispensing with the power supply.
I have a webcam on top connected to one of the usb A sockets and also a backup disk.
If you have a usb c T3 device then a monitor that can power your device is a bonus and I would miss it. Less power bricks needed here now.
Update:
I have been using this monitor everyday since purchase on usb c MacBook Pro, MacBook Pro retina and a HP laptop.
I can now get a choice on the newer MacBook of 60 or 100Hz refresh rate using the usb c connection.
I use DisplayPort on the other two devices. I have a two to one DisplayPort box, allowing me to switch between the PC and older MacBook.
The only downsides to this monitor are no built in webcam and the Mac not being able to control the sound or some of the other settings and having to use the monitors own controls.
Bought to use as a home office screen. The built-in KVM works well, I’ve had no issues with dead pixels, and the whole think works well.
Back to this Philips screen – it really is excellent, far better than the dual screen setup I used before.
I’m not a gamer so I can’t say anything about that aspect but I do work on it for long hours and it’s improved my ability to deal with large amounts of data in Excel and other tools.
Well worth the money.
I bought this monitor because it had built-in speakers, and I’d hoped they were good like the ones the 32-inch 16:9 Pavilion monitor I had previously borrowed from my work. They are not. They are fundamentally flawed. They have two very strong resonances in their frequency response, at around 150 and 450 Hz. These are right in the middle of frequency range of speech, and the consequence is that they make speech really very unclear and hard to listen to (e.g. on a work Zoom call) – combned with the limited bass response below 100Hz they are booming and tinny at the same time. In the end I was forced to take the headphone output and run it through a separate set of speakers. This is really the main thing that lets this monitor down. It might be a consequence of the downward-firing nature of these speakers, but I am surprised at just how poor they are.
I bought this screen on the recommendation of someone from my office’s digital team, and am very glad I did. In the office I usually have 2 monitors, and this works really well for the same purpose without the extra cables. It has plenty of USB slots, connects and charges my laptop via USB-C, and connected to my home internet via ethernet cable through the monitor. It has completely changed how efficient I can be compared to just working on my laptop. The picture quality is absolutely fine for my use, although I haven’t used it for video streaming, gaming, etc.

KVM-SWITCH
Man kann an den Bildschirm gleichzeitig ein normales USB Uplink, sowieso ein USB-C Uplink Kabel anstecken. USB-C-Kabel (auf USB-C oder mit beiliegendem Adapter sogar auf USB-A) liegt bei, das altmodischere Uplink-Kabel nicht. Der Auto-KVM Switch zwischen den beiden Uplinks funktioniert so gut wie immer einwandfrei. Wenn manchmal Maus und Tastatur (am Bildschirm angeschlossen) nicht auf Anhieb erkannt werden, kann man manuell umschalten. Das dauert aber selbst dann nie lnger als ein paar Sekunden. Da der Bildschirm sogar 4 USB-Anschlsse bietet, lasse ich ebenfalls mein Audio-Interface ber den HUB laufen, was ebenfalls auf den Laptops bzw. auf dem Desktop-PC einwandfrei funktioniert. ber den vierten USB-Anschluss kann man dann z.B. noch sein Handy laden, sogar wenn der Bildschirm ausgeschalten ist (gelber Anschluss).
GAMING/BILDQUALITT
Explizit fr Gaming oder professionelle Bildbearbeitung wird sich den Bildschirm wohl niemand kaufen. Er ist natrlich absolut nicht darauf ausgelegt, man kann aber dennoch darauf spielen, wenn man keine extrem schnellen Reaktionszeiten braucht. GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2, F1 2019 uvm. funktionieren einwandfrei und man merkt keine sonderliche Verzgerung. Damit ist der Bildschirm fr meine Zwecke komplett ausreichend.
Zur Bildqualitt fr Fotobearbeitung etc. kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich dafr keinen Vergleich habe. Meiner Meinung nach, ist die Bildqualitt fr Office und gelegentliches Gaming vollkommen ausreichend. Gut finde ich auerdem, dass es dank VA so gut wie kein Backlight Bleeding gibt und auch die Ausleuchtung, wenn der Bildschirm komplett wei ist, ist meiner Ansicht nach fr den Preis des Bildschirms (470) sehr gut. Auch da habe ich aber keinen wirklichen Vergleich zu besseren VA oder IPS-Modellen.
Alles in allem bin ich vollstens zufrieden und rgere mich eher, dass ich ihn nicht schon viel frher gekauft habe. Bei Gaming und Bildqualitt muss man natrlich Abstriche machen, aber dessen ist man sich – glaube ich – bewusst, wenn man sich dafr entscheidet. Gaming ist aber – wie gesagt – definitiv mglich.
Einerseits habe ich unter dem Tisch einen Tower stehen fr Spiele (angeschlossen via DisplayPort und den USB-Uplink), andererseits arbeite ich von zuhause oder mache etwas frs Studium (beides via Laptops und USB-C).
Daher war es wichtig eine einfache Mglichkeit zu haben zwischen den beiden Setups einfach wechseln zu knnen – der KVM ist da doch optimal dachte ich.
Der KVM bietet auch den einzigen echten Kritikpunkt den ich habe. Er funktioniert fast wie er soll. Nur der direkte Wechsel vom USB-Uplink zu USB-C will oft nicht funktionieren (umgekehrt geht relativ gut). Damit die angeschlossenen Gerte verwendbar sind muss ich den Bildschirm einmal kurz in den Standby schicken und neu einschalten.
Um Spielen zu knnen habe ich die SmartResponse auf “Faster” gestellt, wie in einem Review empfohlen. Das behebt fr mich die Schlieren beim Spielen von PoE (ARPG). Ich bin bei solchen Effekten aber auch nicht anfllig, kann den Monitor fr Spiele daher nicht uneingeschrnkt empfehlen. Hier wrde ich den Konsum eines Reviews auf Tutorial empfehlen der diese Seite des Monitors sehr genau beleuchtet. Ich sah aber schon dort vieles nicht, wenn ich gut darauf geachtet habe 🙂
Das breite Bildformat ist vor allem fr meine Arbeit als Programmierer super. Zwei RDP-Sessions oder Datenbanksysteme nebeneinander und eine Email/ein Editor auf einem zweiten Monitor um Sachverhalte nachzulesen oder zu dokumentieren sind hochkomfortabel.
Ein Merge mit drei Dokumenten (siehe Foto) ist nur mit groen hochauflsenden Bildschirmen wirklich gut zu machen. Ich hatte auch berlegt wegen 4k, aber da werden die Monitore so hoch in der passenden Breite, dass der Blick darauf unergonomisch werden wrde (Oberkante soll in etwa auf Augenhhe liegen).
Wirklich perfekt ausnutzen kann man den vielen Platz nur mit einem guten Fenster-Manager. AquaSnap sieht fr mich nach einer guten Lsung aus, ist aber mit aktuell 18$ pro Gert (in meinem Fall mindestens drei) zu teuer. Eine flexible Alternative habe ich noch keine gefunden. Mein eigener Windowmanager ist noch in einem sehr frhen Stadium, so dass ich meistens auch nur die Windows-Funktionen zum Teilen des Schirms verwende. Ein Browser ber den ganzen Monitor ist aber etwas viel.
Good to know: Wenn ich mein Smartphone an den Monitor anschliee muss ich am Monitor auch die Auflsung ndern, da das Bild ansonsten verzerrt. Android kann offenbar mit der nativen Auflsung nicht wirklich umgehen, so dass auch Spiele Probleme machen. Mal ist die eine Hlfte schwarz, mal sind Schaltflchen nicht bedienbar.
Wenn Fragen sind sollte ich vieles beantworten oder ggfs. auch testen knnen.
I bought this computer mostly for productivity and light gaming. In both cases, it works perfectly. The included USB hub is great.
I connect the monitor to my notebook when I am working (Macbook pro 2019) using the included USB-C cable, and to my desktop (Ubuntu 20.04) using the Display Port cable (also included) and the USB-B to A cable (NOT included). Everything works well, as expected. Using the KVM capabilities, I can swap which computer I am using with a single button, which is great.
Nutze den Bildschirm zum Arbeiten. 34″ sind top und die Krmmung sehr schn.
USB C Hub ist 1 a und ldt meinen Lenovo Yoga X1 auch auf bei Bedarf.
Es ist kein Thunderbold Kabel mitgeliefert worden,muss dazu gekauft werden.
Montage ist sehr simpel und Verarbeitung macht einen ordentlichen Gesamteindruck.
Vorab eins: ich spiele keine schnellen FP-Shooter, deswegen kommt es mir nicht auf das allerletzte Quntchen Latenz und Reaktionszeit an.
Auch die Bildbearbeitung beschrnkt sich auf das Aufhbschen der Urlaubsfotos etc., daher ist mir auch so etwas, wie kalibrierte Farbtreue weniger wichtig.
Fr meine Ansprche luft der Monitor dank FreeSync-Kompatibilitt mit bis zu 100Hz absolut ausreichend schnell fr die Runde MMORPG zwischendurch und hat schne, satte, aber nicht bertriebene Farben, einen super Kontrast und Schwarzwert dank VA Panel.
Aber das beste fr mich sind die “Office-Features”:
– integrierter USB KVM-Switch, am einen Ende hngt mein Zocker-PC per USB Upstream und DisplayPort, an der anderen Seite mein Firmenlaptop per USB-C. Maus, Tastatur, Webcam etc. hngen am integrierten USB-Hub des Monitors. Dadurch kann ich durch einen einfachen Tastendruck die Eingangsquelle umschalten, und die gesamte Peripherie wechselt zum anderen Gert. Das Laptop bentigt dafr nur einen einziges USB-C Kabel (was dem Monitor beiliegt!) und wird sogar noch mit bis zu 90W mit Strom versorgt und geladen. Meine Aktivboxen habe ich an den Monitorausgang angeschlossen und habe dadurch auch die Audioausgabe an beiden Gerten.
Auerdem hat der Monitor noch einen Ethernet LAN Port und knnte damit das Laptop ber USB-C auch mit Netzwerk versorgen, diese Funktion nutze ich allerdings nicht, da bei mir eh alle Gerte im WLAN hngen.
Homeoffice an 34″ ist schon etwas ganz anderes, als an 14″…
– Infrarot-Sensor: der Monitor “erkennt”, ob ich vor ihm sitze – verlasse ich den Platz, schaltet er nach wenigen Sekunden die Bildhelligkeit um 80% runter, und nach ein paar Minuten ganz aus. Sobald ich mich wieder hinsetze, geht er wieder an. Hat sich beim Lesen der Features erst einmal komisch angehrt, funktioniert aber in der Praxis erstaunlich gut!
– Lichtsensor: der Monitor passt sich automatisch der Umgebungshelligkeit an, und das macht er so sanft und subtil, dass man es erst gar nicht wirklich bemerkt (ich habe es tatschlich erstmal durch Leuchten mit einer hellen LED-Taschenlampe ausprobiert, weil ich dachte, es funktioniert nicht…), aber so ist er am Tag hell genug und blendet abends im dunklen Raum nicht.
Mein Fazit: es mag sicherlich bessere, spezialisierte Gaming- und Bildbearbeitungsmonitore geben, meinen Ansprchen in der Hinsicht gengt er vllig (und bertrifft sie eigentlich sogar…), aber die ganzen Funktionen, die er mitbringt machen ihn fr mich zum perfekten Arbeits- und Spielmonitor.
Das curved Display war anfangs etwas gewhnungsbedrftig, ist dann aber eine nette, wenn auch nicht unbedingt ntige Sache.
Mein Exemplar hat btw. keinen einzigen Pixelfehler.
Alle Daumen hoch, ich bin happy mit meiner Wahl!
La courbure de l’cran est trs confortable pour la plupart des utilisations dont Excel / Word. La qualit d’affichage est trs bonne malgr l’absence de la norme HDR.
Bref.. un cran qui est devenu en 1 journe indispensable. Je recommande toute les personnes qui sont en tltravail et qui doivent bosser sur de l’Excel toute la journe !

Dieser Monitor untersttzt 90 Watt – genau das was ich gebraucht habe! Und das, obwohl er noch billiger ist, als viele Produkte anderer Hersteller (mit nur 60 Watt).
Ich benutze den Monitor ausschlielich fr Broarbeit und einfache Video- und Bildbearbeitung, wo es nicht auf 100%ige Farbechtheit ankommt. Somit kann ich keine Aussage treffen, ob der Bildschirm auch fr Gaming oder wirklich professionelle Foto/Videoarbeit geeignet ist.
Der Monitor ist sehr einfach aufzubauen, und war sofort einsatzbereit. Bei meiner Lieferung waren dabei:
*) Monitor + Stnder
*) Stromkabel
*) HDMI Kabel
*) Displayport Kabel
*) USB C auf USB A Kabel
Leider war kein USB C auf USB C Kabel dabei, wie einige Rezensionen angaben. Aber so ein Kabel kann man bereits fr wenig Geld nachkaufen. Das ist fr mich kein Grund, weniger Sterne zu geben.
Mit ein Grund, warum ich mich fr dieses Produkt entschieden habe ist der integrierte USB C Hub. Mit einem USB C Kabel am Mac angeschlossen, und die am Monitor angeschlossenen USB Produkte (zB Maus + Tastatur) funktionieren auf Anhieb.
Der integrierte KVM Switch ist ein zustzlicher Bonus, da ich dann meinen Firmen-Laptop ber HDMI anschlieen kann. Lt Bedienungsanleitung muss man den zweiten PC mit dem USB C (Typ B) Kabel anschlieen, damit auch dieser Computer den USB Hub und damit Maus, Tastatur,… am Monitor nutzen kann. Mangels USB C Typ B Kabel konnte ich das noch nicht testen, werde dies aber sicher nachholen.
Somit hat man effektiv zwei Computer an einem Monitor hngen – grandios.
Die Funktion fr Bild in Bild / Bild neben Bild ist fr mich generell nicht relevant. Es sei jedoch angemerkt, dass es nicht mglich ist, den USB C Eingang mit HDMI oder Displayport zu kombinieren. Fr PIP / PBP funktionieren nur Displayport und HDMI.
Der integrierte Lautsprecher funktioniert problemlos ber USB C, ist aber meiner Meinung nach nur eine Notlsung (wie bei allen Flachbildschirmen und Fernsehern – meiner Meinung nach). Der integrierte Lautsprecher das MacBooks klingt da deutlich besser. Aber immerhin kann man einen Kopfhrer direkt am Monitor anschlieen.
Die Helligkeit ist grandios, ich habe sie auf 40% heruntergestellt, damit meine Augen nicht schmerzten 🙂
Da ich immer ziemlich mittig vor dem Monitor sitze, sind mgliche geringe Ausleuchtungsunterschiede fr mich nicht erkennbar.
Ich gebe eigentlich 4,5 Sterne, das geht leider nicht.
Hintergrund ist das der integrierte KVM nicht 100% optimal konfigurierbar ist. Denn wenn man kein USB-C Device anschliesst, reduziert sich die Nutzbarkeit ein wenig.
Hintergrund:
Wenn ich ein USB-C-Gert (bzw. richtig wre TB3) anschliesse, dann ist die Verbindung ja auch fr das Bild. Ergo kann ich den integrierten KVM auf “auto” stellen. Dann ist es echt intuitiv nutzbar, denn dann dann schaltet der KVM automatisch mit der Signal-Quelle um. Stell ich also in der Signal-quellen Auswahl auf USB-C (also die Taste an der Frontplatte um die SRC auszuwhlen wie bei jedem anderen Monitor der mehr als einen Eingang hat), schaltet der KVM auch auf USB-C. Schalte ich die Signalquelle dann auf HDMI oder DP, schaltet der KVM auf USB-UP (der USB-B an der der Seite des Monitors).
Da ich aber kein USB-C-Gert anschliesse, sondern HDMI an einem Gert und DP an einem anderen, “reduziert” sich der KVM im Prinzip auf einen umschaltbaren USB-HUB. Also in meiner Config muss ich halt die Bild und den USB-Hub in zwei Schritten umstellen.
Und kurze Randnotiz: Das zweite USB-Kabel (USB-B-Stecker fr den USB-UP Anschluss) liegt nicht bei, also dann am Besten gleich mit bestellen.
Ansonsten ein wirklich geiler Monitor fr Office und Multimedia. Zu Gaming kann ich keine Aussage treffen, da ich das quasi nicht mehr tue, aber bei 5ms Reaktionszeit eher nicht so geeignet.
Nachtrag nach 2 Jahren Nutzung: der Monitor leistet mir nach wie vor treue Dienste im mittlerweile fast tglichen Homeoffice.
Mittlerweile wrde ich mir fast wnschen, das der HDMI durch einen DP-OUT ersetzt werden wrde samt Display-Chaining, dann wre es wirklich der nahezu perfekte Monitor.
Been using this for coding for 3 days and it’s been great. Plenty of ports. Set up is simple. Switching between devices is not really an issue but would prefer a software solution which would score 5stars for me. Supply was quick and arrived ahead if schedule.
Update – much happier with it now, convinced the the resolution / aspect issue is limited to the work macbook only (admin locked down on it which doesn’t help). Bumped it up anther 2 stars. No 5 star as the PBP option are still limited to just a 50/50 split of the screen.
Worin ist der Philips meiner meinung nach besser?
– stabilerer Standfu
– etwas bessere Farbwiedergabe
– separaten USB-uplink-port, so dass ich den KVM-switch fr maus und Tastatur sowohl mit meinem alten Festrechner, als auch mit meinem ‘neuen’ Laptop via USB-C ‘all in one’ cable nutzen kann.
Worin ist der Samsung besser?
– etwas besseres Design (hoch subjektiv!)
– besser zu bedienendes OSD
– untersttzt PbP mit USB-C und HDMI. der Philips kann PbP nur fr folgende Kombinationen: USB-C&DP, DP& HDMI, nicht die von mir bentigte Kombi USB-C&HDMI
Der Samsung hat bei mir aber via USB-C gezickt (monitor-detektion mehrfach fehlgeschlagen, auch PC- & Monitor reboot halfen akut nicht), daher geht er wegen vermuteter unzuverlssigkeit zurck, kann aber ein Montagsgert sein, will nicht die ganze Baureihe verteufeln.
Hoffe die Rezension hilft irgendjemand. Viel Glck & Freude, egal fr welchen Monitor Sie sich entscheiden.
Excellent screen. It’s very expensive but you get what you pay for. Work from home essential.
Only issue is the ethernet port going to sleep along with the screen, the USBs stay on though.
Finally I found this brilliant monitor that’s value for money and they keep reducing the price. I bought it for 840 now its 770!! It is great monitor and I strongly recommend it. The Smart Control isn’t perfect but it works for most of the software. I use VSCode and Python Spyder a lot to code but they they dont fit in Smart Control.
The summary is if you are looking to use this office productivity and programming this is a great monitor. I’m not sure if its perfect for gaming or not as I did not test it!!
I’m not a gamer so cannot speak to its use for that, or for photography or video editing, but for office use it’s great.
Helpful that it works as a USB C dock too so just one cable allows me to power my work laptop as well as get picture and audio out.
The stand is decent; solid and not to obtrusive. I might buy a monitor arm just for neatness…
Included are a USB C, DisplayPort, and HDMI cables so no need to buy extra bits.
The one major failing is that the monitor comes with a European power plug, not a UK one!
Fortunately I had a suitable adaptor in the house, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to use the display when it arrived! Not sure if this is a one off or the norm.
