3 Automatic Modes & 5 Manual Modes

The 3000i has 3 automatic purification settings: pollution mode, allergen mode, and sleep mode. For sleep mode display lights are dimmed, and the fan switches to quietest speed. The 3000i also has 5 manual modes. From an extra-quiet ‘sleep’ mode, to an extra-powerful ‘turbo speed’ mode.

Visualised Air Quality

In real-time, AeraSense shows you the air quality data via a numerical display and a colour ring on the dashboard of the air purifier. The numerical display from 1-12 is an index of the indoor air quality and potential allergen risk level: 1 indicates clean, and 12 indicates polluted. The colour ring provides an additional visual cue, ranging from blue (clean) to red (polluted).

Track Your Air Quality

Use the Air Matters app to check both indoor (from the 3000i) and outdoor air quality.

Professional Grade Sensor

Benchmarked against a professional-grade sensor, Philips AeraSense technology is highly effective in sensing even the slightest change in indoor air conditions. It continuously monitors the air and automatically adjusts the fan speed when a change in particles is detected.

We brought this due to our dog suffering with environmental allegies, pollen and dust etc. We have been extremely impressed with the machine and its functionalities ! It is pricey but worth it 10 times over and more. It has helped our dog so much ! It’s incredible how much it collects and this video was 1 week worth of use in a 3 bedroom house.

Very good product. Sleep mode is excellent. Very sensitive to polluted air. The only thing I’d say is that it is quite big, but have to bear in mind it circulates air in large rooms. We have an open plan kitchen and living space and this will clear strong cooling smells

Omg! What a buy this was! We’ve been looking for an air purifier for ages and then Amazon had a promo on this. We got it now ( before the spring allergies kicked in) and it’s already worth every penny. My husband is asthmatic and since having this he reduced his inhaler at night. We have a small bedroom, so the size seems a bit of an overkill, BUT we use this to “clean” half a house worth of air.
Absolutely brilliant and on offer it’s a bargain for the benefits it brings.

    Superb!
Purchased this for the following reasons:
After Covid my asthma is significantly worse
My daughter’s allergies and constant sneezing
    We have dogs
We use a wood burning stove
Against all of these criteria tick, tick, tick
The house atmosphere feels genuinely improved, smells fresher; and, judging by my first clean of the pre-filter, a whole lot cleaner.
If you suffer from allergies buy one it will improve your life

Since we started using the Philips Air Purifier, the air quality inside the house has improved a lot. Dust inside the house was greatly reduced and the smell of foods whenever cooking was quickly absorbed. No more blocked nose, sneezing even itchy eyes. Youngest daughter said ” like inhaling a fresh air from the forest”. No problem connecting the Wifi App to my phone, can change the setting from my phone and i can see when the pre filter needs cleaning, and showed when the AC Filter and HEPA Filter needs changing. So quite happy with this amazing air purifier!

This is an excellent product that is worth the money. Within 48 hours it has had a dramatic impact on all the sniffing, sneezing & red eyes. Within a week – health transformed!

Undoubtedly one of the best at purifying, built for results not just to look good. Big and heavy of course, but little purifyers won’t clean a whole room. Only odd thing is the app, connecting to wifi tried to connect to mesh, message it failed and could not see device, tried to bypass mesh and use router directly, message it failed and could not see device, it said to change router settings, which I was reluctant to do despite being quite tech savy, got whole smart home so changing protocols may have caused problems. An hour later opened app again and device was there and all working. Actually the app itself is quite good. Easy air status, easy controls, but also gives local outside air status (I live near one of the hundred plus UK towns and cities monitored). Plus can add other locations from around the world, lots of areas in most countries.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis product is honestly the best thing I’ve bought in the last few months. We have a new baby, and he had a cold in the first 2 weeks he was born. I then bought this purifier and since then neither the baby nor anyone in the family has fallen ill.

It actually works. I regularly clean the filter and it traps so much dust. The machine itself looks stylish and modern, and doesn’t really take up much space. The sleep design with the light fits well with any decor – we have it in our living room and it just blends in.

You can control it via the app. I usually set it to auto and leave it on that. I have timed it to turn on at a specific time in the morning and to turn off at night. When it does come on in the morning it goes straight to the highest setting to filter the air which has been in the room all night. Also, when someone walks into the room, or if you spray perfume and enter etc, the machine detects it and turns on high to filter this out. It’s actually brilliant!

If you’re thinking of getting a purifier, I would definitely recommend this one. I honestly don’t know why I didn’t get this sooner, and I have recommended all my family and friends to buy this too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Must buy product! Highly recommend i

We purchased two of these air purifiers as the descriptions indicated it can remove allegen and bacteria from the air, something really important for us due to medical requirements. The unit is quite big in size, so be mindful of this, quite hard to make it look discrete in a childs bedroom. The unit contains two filters and the set-up process only takes 15 minutes at most. One the unit is connected to wifi, and you’ve downloaded the relevent app, you are all set. The app provides remote access to the purifier, so it can be started/stopped or left on in automatic mode. The sleep mode is also super quiet. It’s incredible to see it operate, especially when it detects poor air quality without ones awareness by kickstarting the fans. The only drawback, I am unable to mute the unit, and this can be annoying if you have a child that is a super light sleeper, the chime noise has on many occasion woken her up. So far, so good.

I read great reviews about it and there was a sale so I went for it. It arrived home and it was massive, too big for my bedrooms. And quite heavy too. Maybe it would be suitable for a large room with large ceilings. It was overkill for any of the areas in my
    House so I returned it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMy 3 year old son has Asthma and after 5 serious attacks in as many months i decided to purchase this along with some other smaller/ cheaper models. First and foremost, since purchasing these purifiers, my son has not once had a asthma attack, this may well be coincidence and his lungs maybe are getting stronger but i certainly can’t ignore the difference these purifiers have made.
The Philips 3000i was required in our very large lounge diner. I am astonished and a little embarrassed at how much dust is trapped in the pre-filter (note this will need vacuuming at regular monthly intervals to remove blockages and build up of dust). I have still not been required to replace the main HEPA and Charcoal filter which is monitored by the unit. By downloading the App you can adjust settings, review historic air condition and monitor filter life. An expensive but incredibly efficient worthwhile machine. Really like the child lock to prevent kids adjusting the settings.

We live in a European city where the air quality November to April is very poor due to atmospheric conditions. On days with high levels of pollution this machine has been invaluable. Quiet at night and left on automatic it cleans the air very well during the day.

Very simple machine to operate as it will automatically adjust fan speed based on air quality. The sound is generally low and you shouldn’t have an issue sleeping with it on, regardless of using sleep-mode. The air quality in my home has definitely improved

4/5 as unfortunately the mobile app is repetitively crashing upon launch (iOS 13) and only works if you launch it 2-3 times. That said you don’t need to use the app, and I find its only value is looking at the historical air quality chart for your home.

I bought this to battle with hey fever which was particularly strong this year.

The purifier definitely works, you can feel the air becomes much fresher and easier to breath. It also filters a lot other particles and dusts in the air, the room becomes cleaner than before.

My symptom did improve but not that much. I feel completely normal when I stay in an air conditioned office which has fresh air system, but with the purifier, it only improves a little. I find taking pills are much more effective and cheaper.

I’d keep using this as it does work to clean the air.

Just a tip, I recently got rid of the down duvet and pillow and this helped a lot with my allergy.

This is a great product. The WiFi connection was set up via the app in about 30 seconds. The fans monitor air and adjust accordingly. Definitely worth the investment and the app is good as well.

We bought these after buying some cats and working out that some of the family members are allergic.

I’m not, but I have noticed a difference in air quality since we purchased the deceive which I was surprised about.

It’s not completely silent at night but very quiet.
The only really problem with the device is just how expensive it is versus other devices on the market but this is probably one of those cases where you get what you pay for.

Great product. It has helped me massively with my asthma and allergies. The only issue so far is that it occasionally gets a buzzing sound from the fan in sleep mode and I have to go through the various fan speeds a few times to clear it. Without the buzzing it is virtually silent. Great using it with the app. I control it with the app 90% of the time. Really easy to set up. Nothing complicated. Switch on. Choice of fan speeds. That’s it.

I have a nightmare with a dust allergy and this has improved my sleep 100%!
It’s quiet, you can turn off the light and it makes the air feel mountain fresh!
I wish I could afford to put one in every room, the only downside is the cost but I suppose you get what you pay for!

My wife is asthmatic and we have two spaniels that sleep usually on our landing but have been known to curl up at the bottom of our bed when the house is cold . Vacuuming removes most of their hair but our house did get quite dusty . We have been using this machine for a few weeks and we haven’t had to dust the bedroom during this period plus my wife hasn’t sneezed during this time . We have never slept in a quiet room as we used a fan so I couldn’t say whether it is noisy but this machine has a variable coloured light on the front that changes as the fan is working harder . The dogs find that unsettling .
The filters are very easy to clean and there is an automatic reminder light that informs you when the filter needs cleaning .

I use this to keep the bedroom fresh. It works brilliantly. Switch the fan speed down to its lowest setting and turning the light off you don’t know it’s on at night. Would recommend this air purifier to anyone.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAsthmatic, as result no drugs needed when at home. Clears dust particles from the air efficiently, as well. Bit noisy but not a problem as it’s not in my bedroom. Might get a second one for bedroom.

OK, it’s really works, i have hay fever but since i have this big guy in my room, no problem at all.
The only issue i have here with Amazon is this stupid price jump, from 355 i’ve paid for, now is almost 500.
I will buy a second one once they calm down.

This has made sleeping a pleasure- the air is always fresh & not dry. The dust levels in the bedroom are a reduced & it even reduced the dust the dogs kick up. The sleep mode is virtually silent with no lights & the turbo mode is fabulous when changing the bed. Highly recommended

What I can say 😉 it works very well. Philips Air Purifier Series 3000i is Mega. It will connect to your wi-fi so you can manage it with and app. Please see attached video of the purifier and photos from the app. Easy to use, silent, great design, very quiet. I had my wet dog coming back home and this machine has detected all the smells straight away. I love LED lights I think it looks cool in bedroom at night 😉 a little bit expensive but hey for the same price you get Vax Air Purifier and Vax do not look that cool and do not have app 😉 so Philips is first choice 😉 If my review was helpful for you please click Helpful button below and follow me for more reviews.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI bought this to use instead of a window fan extractor which was making a lot of noise and introducing cold air into the room. This is fairly easy to use although it took me some time with the instruction book working out the various controls on the top. Now I have mastered it I am very happy with the purifier and it indicates immediately there is any pollution in the air. The room feels fresher than it has for years and I would certainly recommend this model.
