Soy muy tiquismiquis con los asuntos de telefona y audio, todo me parece inadecuado, sin embargo, cada dia desde
que lo compr no he dejado de usarlo. No es nada molesto, es muy ligero, fcil de usar. Lo recomiendo 100%
Had an older version of this but the fact that the case (purchased separately) didn’t quite fit it so I could only charge by the magnetic cable was annoying but after I did a phone upgrade it no longer was compatible with my phone so I opted to order a brand new model WITH case so that I could charge in the case and via cable. Only have a had to charge a small handful of times since I received it. Battery lasts longer if you remember to turn it off when not in use. It connects quick enough if you do need to take or make a call.
I bought this with high hopes that the microphone quality would be significantly better than what I have. And while the audio quality, both input and output are good, it is not as good as I had hoped.
I tested the microphone quality both through my android phone and my PC. In both cases, while the quality was decent, I found that it was not any better than my Soundcore Liberty 4 ear buds and only marginally better than my Liberty 2 ear buds. This was very surprising to me.
In fact, I found that the noise filtering on the Liberty 4’s were better than the 5200. The level of pickup (volume) of the Liberty 4’s was also better. Combined with the remarkably short battery life, this was enough to convince me to return it. It’s not bad at all; just not worth the price, in my opinion.
Super Teil
A great headset to use working from home and on the go!! So simple and easy to set up and use and have not had any problems using it!
I love this little headset! So easy to travel with. Crystal clear sound. And my favorite part may be how well it stays put! It doesn’t going flying out of my ears when I turn my head like other buds do. And the design is so comfy I often forget I even have it on. Definitely recommend.
This is so great for working from home and travel! It’s so convenient and it also blocks out all background noise which is amazing! I love this product and definitely recommend it!
The Poly Voyager 5200 is a true gem when it comes to wireless headsets. Its exceptional audio quality captures every nuance, ensuring crystal-clear conversations. The comfortable fit and lightweight design make it perfect for extended use. With reliable wireless connectivity and a sleek charging case, the Voyager 5200 delivers unmatched convenience. It’s a top choice for professionals seeking outstanding communication experiences. Highly recommended!
I’ve recently discovered I don’t hate talking on the phone if I can have my hands free! This product helps you do that and hear them best with noise canceling!
The noise muffler works very well it charges fast I really liked this product because I work from home and I have two children who make noise during my work time and this has helped me a lot so it doesn’t bother me anymore
great for noise cancellation, and the battery lasts a long time
Was very easy to connect to either my iPhone or computer. Loved the noise cancelation feature and lasted a really long time without having to charge again.
In love with this Bluetooth headset. So easy to use, I work both from home and from the office. I need to be flexible and this headset is supporting me greatly. Love the audio quality and it clears the background noise completely!
The Bluetooth headset isn’t as essential today as a few years ago. There’s quite a few products that can serve a similar function. I’ve got Bluetooth connectivity in my car and at one point that was a big part of my headset usage. Thanks to the pandemic and ensuing Zoom calls/video meetings I’ve got a nice Bluetooth headphone/microphone combo for in my office. You can also make and receive calls on many headphones intended for music (but don’t do it–you look silly).
I travel constantly and I can tell you firsthand that there’s still an important place in your communications arsenal for this form factor. It’s still the best option for making and taking calls at the airport, or when walking around a city. In a pinch, you can use it for conference calls since it’s much more portable than the bigger two ear form factor headsets. There’s plenty of situations where this is the best option and particularly if you’re a serious professional. You need to communicate clearly if you want to be treated with respect and that’s not a given with a cheap headset.
Poly–I’ll forever call them Plantronics–has been one of the top names in the biz for years now. Even though all but the cheapest headsets have improved in quality over the past few years Poly still finds a way to stay on the top of the heap. One area where it excels is noise cancellation and particularly maintaining clarity in windy situations. Generally speaking, if it’s windy outside you should probably go inside to make your call put that isn’t always possible. It has great range and can not only connect to your phone but your computer as well. If your PC doesn’t have Bluetooth connectivity they even include a dongle to take care of that issue.
Some headsets are still miserable to wear but not this one–it fits nicely, is very comfortable and extremely light. It weighs 20 grams which is less than an ounce. I frequently forget that I have it on. There’s other decent headsets on the market but you just can’t go wrong with Poly aka Plantronics. This is simply one of the best Bluetooth headsets you can buy. Highly recommended!
I’ve long been a fan of Bluetooth headsets in general and those made by Plantronics (now Poly) – they might not be as small and sleek as some competing options, but they’re super reliable and made for those that use their phones ALL day EVERY day. From battery life to reliability to ease of use to comfort, they’re top notch across the board and this is another great example – and one that does try to bridge the gap to some of the ways that “true wireless” headsets have changed the industry.
The single ear design here brings the sound quality that Poly is known for and makes it smaller, so it’s more easily portable. It’s still well-balanced and very comfortable to wear (it comes with multiple size options for the in-ear piece) and does both transmit and receive clear sound. Noise cancelling / isolation is of course lacking since it’s a single ear design but this isn’t likely to be a problem in the designed environment – mostly a home office or the like. The charging case is also a welcome addition if you’re using this on the go, adding the ability to quickly recharge the headset no matter where you are and to protect it on the go if it is thrown into a backpack, purse or even pocket. I do wish it was USB-C instead of MicroUSB, but I still have a number of both MicroUSB and multi-tip cables around so it’s not too bad.
It pairs easily to phones or computers (either with Bluetooth or the included dongle, which in a nice touch, also fits into the case) – I’ve mostly been using it for Zoom meetings and it works great, I can can clearly hear and be heard. It’s not the cheapest option on the block but sometimes you get what you pay for and this is one of those times.
So if you’re on the phone (or computer audio) a LOT and need a solid, reliable option give this a try, you won’t regret it!
You pay for what you get! MUTE button works from device for Microsoft teams. Very high quality headset, definitely goes up to 100 feet , love that I can mute from anywhere and I don’t have to press mute in teams with my mouse, everything works as intended, noise cancellation is top notch with Teams, if you are in meetings a lot and need freedom to get up this with out doubt is the set to go with!
This is pretty good.
I’ve tested several products from Poly and usually find them fairly impressive, and this is no different. The audio quality is excellent, and I’ve had no complaints about the mic quality from those on the other end of the phone. Overall performance is just as good as you’d expect for the price.
On the downside the battery life is only 7 hours between recharges, which you’d think could be better given the size of the earpiece. And the USB-A charging cable is well out of date, so I need to carry a charger with an A port.
All in all, though, I’m quite happy. The audio performance is enough to overcome any minor complaints I have.
The Good:
-Compact
-Easy to set up
-Works well with Bluetooth or USB dongle
-Long lasting battery
-Clear sound
-Great microphone
-Looks great
The Bad:
-Expensive
The Bottom Line:
I use this Poly Voyager 5200 almost everyday since I can use it with my iPhone via bluetooth or use it with my laptop via USB dongle. I like using the dongle with my laptop since it seems to connect faster and then I can jump onto my Zoom calls. The battery is long lasting and it comes with a charging case. It is very portable and looks great in your ear. The only downside is the headset is expensive. Overall, I would recommend this for business use as you could probably find a cheaper option for personal use.
I’ve always been a fan of Plantronics or Poly and they always deliver on performance and quality. For a single earpiece Bluetooth headset, it’s a pretty good earpiece and has never let me down.
The case when charged up, will charge the earpiece when not in use. Previous models had the usb hidden inside, but this one clearly shows it which is nice.
There’s also a micro usb cable included to charge the case or the earpiece. Unfortunately this is where I really think the earpiece, the case or both should be usb-c. Nonetheless, it works and most people still have a micro usb cable anyways. Not going to take a star off for that even thought the case says usb-c which means there’s a newer model coming?
The headset will pair to your phone easily and took about 5 seconds to pair after holding the rear button for 4 seconds.
The same seamless pairing is possible on a computer or you can use the included adapter and it will pair instantaneously.
When I’m in a quiet room, this is my earpiece of choice. I can clearly hear coworkers and they can clearly hear me. For office or shared spaces, I’d recommend something else such as the Poly 4320 UC which is similar in price but so much better and is USB-C.
You get exactly what’s described here in the listing and it’s comfortable for a 9-10 hour work day. A full charge easily lasts a full day. There’s an extra pair of earbuds to change the size if needed.
I will continue to recommend Poly Bluetooth items to friends and coworkers and they continue to impress me with how durable and long lasting they are.
I would buy again.
I have been looking for an earbud that will connect to both my PC and also my cell phone. I found one. While this one may not have the best sound quality and noise cancelling (only one earbud — not two), it works with my PC when I needed one, and my phone when I am not on my phone. It also have a charging bank, and an USD to connect to the PC. The only thing I do not like about it is it used an older charging connector, and not the latest USB-C connector. Otherwise, this is not my default earphone when I travel and work both at home and on the road.
