Since I’ve been working from home after the pandemic my communication with coworkers is limited to Teams messages and calls. I started out with a regular headset, but wear a headset for long periods of time becomes uncomfortable. This is a better solution than using the built in microphone and speakers on my work laptop; the audio quality is decent the microphone quality must be decent because I have had no complaints from coworkers about being able to hear me. You can pair to your laptop via Bluetooth and use this on battery power or plug it via usb and not have to worry about setting up Bluetooth.
It also has a visual indicator to show you when your mic is muted, and has a button to answer/end incoming calls (which works with Teams).
My only complaint is that when connected wirelessly to my laptop audio notifications such as a new chat messages don’t always play, I suspect this is due to the speaker being on battery power and not waking up quickly enough.
Habe hiermit mein Homeoffice aufgewertet da das stndige Kopfhrer tragen einfach irgendwann nur mehr strt. Gekauft wurde die Version da sie im Angebot im warehouse war.
Mirkofon hat super Qualitt genauso wie die Lautsprecher.
Habe die USBC Variante, und aus Mangel an USBC Buchsen derweil via Bluetooth verbunden. Damit gehen nicht alle Tasten, werde ich aber mit einen Adapter bald beheben das Problem.
Works great for Microsoft Teams meetings. Sound quality is excellent, and there is no sign of any echoes or feedback. After 20 years of home office working, using various headsets, including an expensive wireless Plantronics set, this is the best solution so far.
I recently purchased this Bluetooth speaker and I have to say I am impressed. The sound quality is excellent, especially considering the size of the speaker. It produces clear and balanced sound and the mic works perfectly.
The Bluetooth connectivity is quick and easy to set up. I can easily connect my phone and it seamlessly switches to . The battery life is also quite impressive, lasting for several hours on a single charge.
The speaker itself is sleek and aesthetically pleasing and has a status light so always know if you’re muted.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this Bluetooth speaker to anyone looking for a portable, high-quality speaker.

Sounds amazingly good battery life is amazing. I like everything about this device remind you there was a couple of bugs when I went hardwired USB-C people were having issues hearing me like I was in a tunnel so then I disconnected that.used Bluetooth issue solved, i’m sure more than likely had to do with my work computer, which is like three years old and pretty much a low end device. The app also excellent. One request, I’d like to see an stable firmware update to dim the LEDs in the future if possible. Keep the quality standards high, word will spread! I think it’s the best speakerphone on the market and just about tried all the typical popular speakerphones. 5 stars!
I have been using a Poly headset for a while now with great success, but after a day full of meetings, even the most comfortable headset can start to become uncomfortable. Since my office is usually pretty quiet to begin with, I decided to look for a good quality speakerphone.
I compared this unit to one from Jabra and one from Anker. The Anker was the best price, but didn’t have as many positive reviews as the Jabra or the Poly. I had seen and heard the Jabra in action from a coworker that has one. It is a solid performer, but with my past success with the Poly headset, I wanted to consider their speakerphone as well.
So, after much research, I decided to purchase the Poly unit. I am really satisfied with my choice. It is much better looking than the Jabra, feels more solidly built and has better sound quality. I even listen to music on it while I work and it sounds really good! It also has a rechargeable batter built in, but I have only used it tethered to my laptop dock. Supposedly the battery lasts a long time and will allow you to get through several meetings without a charge.
I highly recommend the Poly Sync 20!
I bought this for handset free WFH use. Mic sound quality is much better than the webcam, background noise cancellation is gray as well. Speaker sound quality is great for voice, Im not listening to music on this.
However, I use Teams and Zoom a lot, and the mute button doesn’t sync with the software quite often. It’s a feature I’d love to use more, but it just doesn’t work right.
Wish it was a bit louder but otherwise a really good performer. People I spoke to said they could not tell I was not using a headset. Blocks out external noise really well.

je l’utilise maintenant depuis fvrier, jamais eux de problme avec teams ou je passe parfois +6h en audio ,branch en permanence en USB-c sur mon pc ,mais il fonctionne galement en BT via un pc ou un smartphone
The quality is great and I can use it to play music too, so even better than the MacBooks speakers.
After hours on calls throughout a typical workday, I was usually ready to throw my headset against a wall by the end of the day. None of them are comfortable. Most of them are bulky. Then this speakerphone came along. Just sit and speak normally without the head gear. Great sound both from a speaker and microphone perspective. People on the other end of the call say it sounds like I’m in the room with them. Ditch the headset, get this speakerphone ASAP.
I was looking for a usb speaker phone to connect to my computer. I need to use it in an environment that has people about 10+ feet away. I would give this unit 4.5 stars if I could.
This beats Jabra 510 speaker in every way. (Mic sensitivity, speaker loudness, music playback). It has all the functions. It also acts as a battery pack with a usb port to charge other devices. The Anker PowerConf S3 just beats the loudness and possibly the mic sensitivity distance. It also has the usb port to charge other devices. (Anker gets the 5 star)
My only complaint is that the cable it permanently attached, like the jabra, so if the cable or connector gets damaged, there is not replacing.
I like to be the outlier in the office with electronics. We have jabra and anker devices. I got a Poly and does what I need it to do in the cubicle space and the conference room.
Ich benutze die Poly Box hauptschlich um Musik zu hren und ich hre gerne laut Musik und die Poly hat einen tollen cleanen Sound die Qualitt gefllt mir super. Sein Preis wert. Ich habs noch kaum aufgeladen seit ich es gekauft habe und es ist noch aufgeladen. Schade das kein Adapter dabei ist um es aufzuladen ansonsten ist es super ich bin begeiste
Seit kurzem nutze ich fr Online-Meetings den Poly Sync 20″, einen Bluetooth-/USB-C Konferenzlautsprecher. Und er hat mich von Anfang an berzeugt. Der Lautsprecher wird einfach ber Bluetooth mit dem Smartphone oder dem PC/Mac verbunden. Alternativ ist die Verbindung ber USB mglich.
Der Klang ist fr mich top und die Bedienung denkbar easy. Der Gesprchsstatus wird ber eine Lichtleiste auf der Oberseite angezeigt. Hier befinden sich auch die Bedientasten fr Lautstrke, Musikwiedergabe/Pause, Wahlwiederholung, Sprachassistent und vielem mehr. Eine Taste ist mit einer Wunschfunktion programmierbar.
Und der Poly Sync 20″ ist noch viel mehr als ein Konferenzlautsprecher. So ist er auch als mobiler Musiklautsprecher und sogar als Powerbank” nutzbar.
Ich will ihn nicht mehr missen und bin absolut zufrieden.
Nutze das Gert im Home Office.
Es wird Musik abgespielt und das automatische Umschalten, auf ein Anruf ob bei Teams oder ber ein Telefon Software funktioniert perfekt.
Auch das gleichzeitige Koppeln mit dem Handy funktioniert sehr gut. Nutze fr den Rechner/ Dockingstation aber den USB-C Anschluss und fr das Handy natrlich Bluetooth.
The product is used for conference calling. I needed one to use when on calls for a longer period of time where headset get annoying.
Ive tried a few products but quality was poor where the other side heard muffled sound.

Man kann selbst alles verstehen und wird auch gut und ohne kommentare wie: “bist du an einer Freisprechanlage, ich hre dich so schlecht” verstanden. Absolut gut.
Der Teams-Button hat allerdings sowohl auf MacOS noch auf Windows irgendeine Funktion. Er kann lustig blinken wenn man drauf drckt aber weder startet Teams dadurch noch kann er sonst irgendwas.
Und da die Software (ebenfalls Mac und Windows) gefhlt aus den 90er Jahren kommt, ist das mit dem Konfigurieren und Einstellen auch so eine Sache.
Also so modern wie das Gert wirkt, ist die Software dahinter leider nicht.
Dennoch tut es seinen eigentlichen Job gut.
Davor hatte ich schon Jabra 510/710/750 und natrlich einige Head-Sets durch.
Ich bin vom Poly-Sync 20 begeistert – Es ist ein angenehmer rumlicher Klang. Meine Gesprchsteilnehmer verstehen mich sehr gut und auch zur Audio-Ausgabe ist das Gert sehr gut.
Die wechselweise Annahme von Gesprchen ber BT & USB funktioniert problemlos.
Das war eine der besten Anschaffungen der letzten Jahre – gerne wieder.
I am connecting via usb c to my laptop which is under my desk. however the usb cable is attached and only a couple of feet long, so i had to buy a usbc extension cable (6 ft) which worked fine, so if you need a longer lead then buy the extension too.
TEAMS integration works great, on usb only, not using bluetooth which is fine for me as i dont use bluetooth – you can still run TEAMS calls you just dont get the integration with the mute button etc. You can switch off the voice notifications for power and volume notificaitons via the web app.
Again, really clear and loud sound, mic works fine and for the price its impressive.
I have tried Anker one before and the mic quality was very poor. So returned it. This one is having excellent mic and sound in meeting is crystal clear, my team mates didn’t find a difference if it was from my mobile or through the poly. The Bluetooth sync is happening fast. The best though little costly.
I found out that the Bluetooth audio will be disabled if connected to your computer via USB. I have updated to latest software but still Issue persists. If you want to list to Bluetooth audio played form your mobile you need to unplug the UBC cable.
Worked straight out the box – plugged into my USB-C on laptop dock and it immediately integrated with Teams. You can also download Poly lens software to adjust some settings. For media playback you may need to select device in Windows settings for sound.
In short – brilliant simple to use product for my home office with great sound quality including mic
Couldn’t be happier with this speaker. Very sleek design and great microphone, works flawlessly with Teams and Zoom. The Teams button works as expected, and the rocket button can be programmed to a few different functions. A few things to note: this is a great work from home device, but definitely not the greatest sound if you want to mainly use it for media consumption. Also I don’t like the sound delay when using Bluetooth so I use the wired connection. However the cable is not long enough to connect to my desktop PC. I bought a USB extension cable and it works great. You will have no problem if you use it for a laptop.
Nice speakerphone. I use it with Microsoft Teams. It pairs instantly. There is no lag or bug. It effectively mutes echo. Built in cable is only usb-c so make sure you have enough on your computer or dock station.
