Thought I’d finally get myself one of these RFID blocking slim wallets as I’m not a person who uses cash very often.
For the price I’m very please with the wallet, operates as described and appears to be a robust construction (dropped it on day one) with solid metal panels riveted together.
Absolutely brilliant! Slim, robust, sleek, and efficient! Would definitely recommend!
All good no issues so far everything as described by selle
Perfect for cards . Easy to use . Feels quality would recommend.
My old card holder was tearing apart. This new one is much easier to use and compact. Happy with the product and find it easy to access my cards when needed.
Thought it would be rubbish, it beat my expectations a lot. I love this. I don’t think I need another wallet in my life.
It’s my second one I bought, sadly I lost my 1st one. Its value for money, cards don’t get stuck when ejecting the cards. You can even fold up cash and insert it if you have a free space.
Great buy
The spring mechanism works great without any chance of false activation. The cards are hold securly and tight both when inside and when they are popped out. Steardy and quality material which seems to hold for years. Amazing product totally recommend i
Nice materials used and great finish, looks professional and durable. Cards cannot fall out by accident and the simple slide action to pop out the cards is simple and feels durable, but time will tell. Overall I’d say a good value product with a high class finish
Nothing really to dislike, could have been a bit cheeper perhaps
Keep seeing adverts for metal card wallets like this one all over social media but when taking a look they all cost 50++.
This one is pretty much the same and seems well enough made only time will tell how long it lasts but for this price I could go through 5 of these and then I would have paid the same amount for the fancy ones you see on social media.
Not feeling is so good… Found it is very slow to push the cards ou
Got it as a present for my brother he loves it the one bad thing is the cards can be hard to put back In you have to put in the right slo
Looks and feels fairly sturdy despite its size and only four small connections in the corners. Much smaller than a traditional wallet so fits in smaller pockets and while I thought I would have needed it, the lack of a money clip or belt has never been an issue. Could do worse for 10!
I was tired of carrying around a chunky leather wallet, full of receipts and other detritus but no cash. I saw a friend with one of these POWR wallets and thought, that’s what I need. I’ve only got 4 cards in mine but there’s room for a few more. The pop up action is smooth and the cards come out in a stepped fashion (although I’d put the most used at the top and bottom for ease of access. For instance my cinema card is top so I can easily flip it out one handed while juggling popcorn and a drink at the ticket check. Saves so much space, can throw it in a pocket without looking like a pack mule or you’ve got a serious hernia. Love it, and you can even poke notes into it too if you wanted (but as nobody seems to want to take cash post pandemic it’s just easier to carry cards only) I’ve never had any problems with these supposed RFID criminal gangs everywhere, so can’t comment on that aspect but I can’t see any reason it wouldn’t work. Photo to show the difference in size of it compared to old wallet.
The build quality seems decent and I would definitely belive that it would last for a while and would survive a couple drops.
Only slightly wider, however a considerable amount longer that your average card.
Eject button is smooth and easy to use, however can be a bit harder trying to eject one handed.
I fit 3 Flat/business cards and 2 numbered cards with ease, however the more cards the harder you have to press the eject slider. It also doesn’t push out the cards far apart so you can’t select the card you want. The best way would be to put cards you use the most at the front/back for easy access.
Does come with a 12 month warranty and the chance to win something if you follow there insta and post a video of your holder, which is a nice bonus.
(These are just my first impressions so I may come back to edit)
With Covid changing the way I buy things (no cash being used), I decided to review my rather large wallet. The only “big” thing aside from cash was my old style driving license and I found I could fit it behind my phone inside the case (a bit difficult to retrieve, but it’s not called for very often). Then I looked at my cards – there were only about 4 necessary ones (all the others were nice to have or loyalty cards etc).
Bought the POWR wallet on Amazon because it was cheap and worth a try. I was concerned because some reviews said it was fiddly, required force, didn’t pop the cards up enough to select any “in the middle”. So, I ended up putting 5 in the wallet a credit card, a debit card, a photo id card, a health insurance card, and another useful card. The Debit & Credit cards were embossed, the other not. The Debit & Credit Cards (as the most likely to be used are at either end each one easy to grasp with pressure of a thumb or finger enough to pull it out of the popped up cards. The cards in the centre are very easy to access – just push the cards in front of the desired card back in to the wallet – I put the photo id card as the second card as it is the next most likely to use.
With 5 cards in the wallet, the popup lever is very light action, and it is so easy to select the debit or credit card, and the ones in the middle are almost as quick. Couldn’t be more delighted.
The wallet looks sturdy enough, is light, slim, and looks good, It fits easily in a front jeans pocket and I can sit down without any difficulty.
To complete my transformation, I activated Google Pay on my android phone, put the Debit & Credit cards there as well (so for all small value txns I don’t even need to use the wallet), and I’ve captured most of my Store Loyalty Cards into the Google Wallet (ones with Bar code all seem to work). Now I only have to worry about the cardboard coffee shop style cards where the shop stamps the card every time you purchase – those cards I can afford to lose so I will treat them individually (carry some in pockets or bring them only when I know I need them).
Fully recommend this wallet, but recommend you do a card audit before you get one – and think about Google Pay or Applepay as well.
Does what it says on the tin. Feels sturdy – no problems with the card eject mechanism (which I was dubious about), good size.
Considering the price difference between this and the more expensive know brand – I think this is very good value and fit for purpose.
Everyone laughed, people pointed, my wife left me. BUT and I mean BUT.
None of the above have a wallet even a fraction of the strength and style than me.
Proud owner and sponsor of the powr wallet.
Ps Susan please give me the kids back.
Before buying, I read lots of other people’s reviews and one of the things that cropped up was the money clip. On the one that’s just arrived, it is very tight and sits snug to the wallet – so there’s no danger of your fivers falling out. The cards don’t fall out when you tip it up so that’s good. I’ve got 3 embossed cards, a metal card and a driver’s license and they all sit nicely inside.
absolutely a brilliant piece of kit this. A must buy this. and ive still got it after all this time no damage whatsoever i usually have 6 cards in it at all times and the moneyclip is actually quite good and still hasnt lost its spring to keep money tight intowards device. Excellent price and seller for quick dispatch.
Really cool little card holder!
I was worried it would dig in as I keep it in the back pocket but I never know it’s there.
I’ve read some reviews saying the mechanism is dodgy, I’ve had cards in and out of it all day for a month now and it is faultless.
The money clip hasn’t loosened on mine, and it’s so tight I cant see that being a problem in the future.
It would be nice if it came in a wider selection of colours, but the one I have looks great.
Exactly what I needed to hold my cards securely and protect them from being read. Looks more expensive that it is, has a cool action that pops the cards out when you need them. Sturdy enough to take a few knocks if you have a handful of thumbs and drop things often, like I do!
I bought the version with a money clip but use that to clip it securely in my jeans or shirt pocket. The clip will hold notes, but the new plastic ones feel a bit loose. Overall I’m very pleased with it.
Overall the product is great for the price, it feels sturdy and premium.
The paperclip feels very stiff so i’m not worried about any cash falling out.
If i could improve anything it would be to make the opening mechanic a little more satisfying, it feels just a bit stiff and i’d prefer to have more of a spring mechanic rather than a simple slider.
In conclusion i’m very satisfied with the purchase, very premium and reliable for the price.
I am delighted with the card I can put in my wallet. For the last few months I have been using pouches from another company. They’re okay, except for the fact it is so fiddly getting the cards out and putting them back in their pouches. This item from you is ideal.
As to the case into which I can put my cards, if I do not feel like carrying my wallet around, it is exactly what I could have wished for. The build quality is exceptional. The money clip on the front is a brilliant bonus.
It holds about 5 card and definitely blocks the signal. The cash clip works well with a number of notes but not with a single new plasticy tenner. I have had to use it for holding my credit card type car key because the proximity sensor does not pick it up when it is inside the wallet. The bonus is it grips my notes tighter while the card is in the clip alaso
The card holder is very sturdy and is large enough to hold several cards. Without the money clip this would fit comfortably in a front or back trouser pocket, but the money clip does make it more bulky and may be less comfortable in a back pocket. The money clip is firm and could accommodate alot of bank notes or just a couple. Alternatively the clip could function as a belt clip. I have also found the customer service to be excellent and very quick and efficient in responding to contact. I have been offered the powr wallet which I look forward to receiving and providing some honest feedback about.
Great product for travelling. Can hold upto 5 cards. It was slightly larger in size than I was expecting so can feel bulky in pocket. It’s also very stylish, had many comments from colleagues who were all very impressed with it. Will use as a business card holder rather than a debit card holder.
Really good product. My season paper train ticket’s magnetic strip kept breaking due to magnetic fields. Since I got this, all the problems are gone!
It’s very easy to use, you can even use it with one hand. Also takes enough cards (5 debit cards plus train ticket and photo id). Money clip is sturdy, doesn’t let monies fall off.
All in all, great product.
Its really well built and sturdy. It can easily take around 6 cards, the only downside is train tickets have a little problem if you put them in there, but other than that it works perfectly.
Very please with this little item. It’s robust and well made. I’ve been using it as my wallet for two weeks or so now without a hitch.
I bought item with money clip and this is a bit slippy with the new plastic notes, however I didn’t actually lose any more an awareness as they sit out side of the box. I put a little bit of gaffer tape on inside of clip and another under clip on box and this was an improvement.
If you carry several contactless cards and train tickets like I do this a great little item. Very handy and nice to know your details aren’t being swiped on crowded trains etc.
What can I say I saw a more expensive version of this Akielo brand which I nearly purchased when I saw this which looks almost identical so I took the plunge a third of the price arrived in a lovely presentation box looks very expensive and very well made I put all my cards in and with the note clip a few notes I had.
Very impressed indeed can’t go wrong at this price I can’t recommend it enough thanks
I see too many videos in social media advertising with the cards sliding out with the press of a button, so I thought what the heck – I want one!
Bought grey version of this card holder and it looks very smart. The cards sliding out gives me a wierr satisfaction, especially when I go to pay for items at the till (emoji with glasses).
Tried to pay with one carr it it and payment wouldn’t go through, so it does what it says on the tin.
