Fascienrolle was wirkt wo es wehtut.Lange Laufzeit, gute Akku, sehr gute Fernbedienung.
4 vibration, of 4 different intensities. Hate to guess what my neighbours might think, worked wonders for my back, so i dont care.
My physio recommended I get a foam roller to help with muscle pain I have in my right leg a lot of the time. Sure enough it has helped a great deal and the pain has subsided a great deal allowing me to do more exercise than I could manage before.
I’ve never really used a regular foam roller, I went straight to this vibrating option, so I can’t really comment if it’s better or worth the money over a regular foam roller. I suspect most of the benefit comes from the rolling rather than the vibrating, but some reviews I said that the vibrating roller was more enjoyable to use than a regular roller so I went with this one.. The product feels solid and is fun to use, and small enough that I could potentially take it on a trip in the travel bag that it comes with should I want.
Ottimo prodotto, da verificarne la durata e resistenza nel tempo.
I started using PulseRoll six months ago when recovering from knee ligament damage and cannot recommend the product highly enough. After previously using a standard foam roller, it is far less painful yet a lot more effective! I use it every day for 15-20 minutes even if I’ve not exercised that day just to stretch and get rid of any tension and knots. It is invaluable on days that I have exercised to prevent waking up the next morning with aching legs! My core strength and flexibility have also improved from daily use!
This is the best self massage product i have ever used for those hard to reach muscle groups.
As a sports woman I am always looking for products that will help with my recovery from training sessions. I train 6 days a week, so my muscles get sore and tight as there isn’t much time for recovery. Therefore being able to help my muscles recover in the shortest time possible is important for me.
I took delivery of a Pulseroll Vibrating Foam Roller and was eager try it out on my tight hamstrings and IT band. The roller is covered with foam and has a ridge which works ergonomically to add to the massage capabilities. As I often work and train away from home I was really pleased that it was very light (1kg) and came with a bag so that I could easily travel with it. Each charge provides three hours of vibration, which means that I only need to charge it up once and can travel with it for days on end.
You could in theory use this as a regular foam roller without the vibrations but why would you?! The roller has four settings, which differ in intensity. As I am used to deep tissue massage I was happy to quickly work my way up through the settings and try the fastest- level 4! I noticed that it didn’t feel as painful as a normal foam roller but don’t be fooled- I could definitely feel the vibration working on the muscles. I was able to feel where there were knots or particularly tight areas and focus on that area. After using the Pulseroll I did notice that my tight hamstrings and IT band were loosening, felt less sore and there was more movement and flexibility in my legs.
I now incorporate use of the Pulseroll after my workouts and have noticed less DOMS in the following 48 hours. I prefer the level 4 setting on my legs but as I said I think that is because I am used to deep tissue massages. As a quadrathlete I am also using my upper body lots and so I also roll on my back. For this I prefer a lower setting as the vibrations can make you a bit dizzy when using on the upper back or neck!
I also read that the Pulseroll can help with pre-workout warm up, as the vibrations help with blood flow to the muscles. Often when I set off on a run I can feel quite stiff and sluggish but since using the Pulseroll before my runs, my legs feel looser and my posture is better.
As I am often away from home, it isn’t always possible to get to a sports massage and of course massages aren’t cheap. By having a Pulseroll, not only will I be able to get a good massage wherever I am and whatever time I need one but I will also be saving money in the long run. For me the cost of the Pulseroll equates to the price of two sports massage sessions-so if I reduce the need for sports massages with a therapist, then I have quickly made back the cost of purchasing the roller.
In short an excellent product, which has become part of my warm up and recovery programme.
he basic grid roller is a great piece of kit which is a must have for a regular sportsperson
the pulse roller takes it to a level in between that basic grid roller and a good deep tissue sports massage.
well worth the money not least as if you just miss one or two massages it has paid for itself.
I train most days and this definitely helps me unwind the muscle knots.
If you have any back, leg, gluts, problems this is the present for you at home. Solid and has 4 different speeds that you can easily control.
Have heard nothing but good things about Pulse roll and am looking forward to using my own having tried a friends and was impressed straight away. Thank you for the you know what PulseRoll
I’m 37 and do Crossfit, perfect recipe for niggles and injuries. My latest mishap is a tear in my quad. I visited my Physio who has a history of ‘fixing’ me and she recommended the PulseRoll. I was really sceptical as it seemed a bit of a gimmick, however I gave it a go and on my fudge it’s awesome. The tightness in the muscle started to release in a couple of minutes. Unlike a traditional roller, the oscillaton works the muscle in multiple planes and give a nice warming feeling and not just outright pressure. Highly recommend this awesome piece of ki
Excellent piece of kit, moves those little niggles in no time
Quality item. Very impressed and has helped my sore muscles out no end. Recommended
I love my pulse roll vibrating foam roller. It really helps to get rid of knots of tension in your muscles.
I first tried one of these at my gym and was so impressed that I bought myself one. Great for getting the tension out; I use it on my legs/feet if I’ve been doing a lot of driving that day.
I have purchased this product just before Christmas after trying the peanut roll (smaller version) at a Powerlifting competition at the beginning of December. I was super impressed by the power of the peanut roll which made me buy this product as I have just been using a normal form roller. What a difference. So much power, 4 speeds- amazing.
I’m surely will also purchase peanut as soon as possible.
And before I forget- amazing customer service. My query was answered promptly and to my full satisfaction.

AMAZING! If you love foam rollering this takes it to the next level.
In the past, I have spent good money on some poor quality and over hyped products. I am glad to report that the pulseroll, I have deliberately waited 3 months to write this review to ensure my views are the same as the first time i used it, is not one of these. It is light, but feels solid and robust and along with my sports bag is the the thing i always take to the gym. I use the 4 settings of vibration on different parts of my body depending how deep i want the ‘roll treatment’ to be and it gets right into the sweat spot. I did buy the product for 90 and it has been worth every penny, after lending it to some friends they have also invested in one. i have seen that today the product is now being sold for over 200 – which seems a bit steep for what it is, even though i sing its praises.
I have found it to be very good. I use it a lot.
I am a international track and field athlete and train every single day. One particular session kills me every single week and I wake up with legs like stone. This week I received my pulse roll and have used it both in cool down and at home and I must say the difference when I wake up is phenomenal. I feel loose and fresh. Another big pro is that I also struggle from a bad back as a result of tight hip flexor muscles (most people who work a sit down job will probably have this too). I was able to pulse roll my hip flexor muscles and it instantly give me more extension at the hips and resulted in a less tight back. This product is perfect for sports people who struggle from DOMS, or any one who wishes to relieve aches and pains in the body. The way I look at it.. two physiotherapy sessions are around 100, where as this can release those aching/tight, in the comfort of your own home, forever.
I first came across the brand PulseRoll through social media and was instantly intrigued with idea of a vibrating foam roller. I do athletics and sometimes I train up to 5/6 times per week so massage and self myofascial release is high on my priority list. I have used a lot of foam rollers with mixed results and so I was instantly attracted to this new concept.
After using the roller I quickly learned that the robust and easy to carry roller was not just hype. It fitted perfectly into my daily routine before and after my gruelling fitness sessions; also I found that using it before my bedtime gave me a much better quality sleep and importantly much less next day training soreness.
The roller has four settings and gives me so much flexibility as to how and when I can use the roller to benefit me as an individual, for certain body parts like neck level is powerful but for lower back I use levels 2-4.
I would recommend this roller to anyone from athletes to occasional fitness/wellbeing enthusiasts.
The vibrating roller which charges quickly has a battery life of 2-3 hours + meaning that I only need to recharge it once every few weeks. Delivery time was very fast. Roller comes in a cool design box and complete with a useful manual with various example exercises, online support and instructions. I also received a very useful carry bag.
I see this product as an investment into your fitness and general well-being especially if you think of that I used to spend 100 per month on sports massages.
Well what can I say this product is amazing! When I ordered the product it
arrived the very next day, in a beautifully well designed package. With me
being a sportsman myself I am always looking for the next bit of technology
to help aid and increase my recovery time. When I first opened up the box
inside a well-designed bag held the foam roller in place. As well as a
little instruction manual which had some examples, of what the foam roller
can be useful for.
I was very surprised to see how powerful it was.
Altogether there are four levels each one getting stronger as you cycle
through the different levels. One little feature that I enjoyed the was the
LEDs which informed me of my battery life. It has three hours’ worth of
battery life which is plenty of time to get that full recovery needed in.
The exterior wall of the foam roller is solid but in a cushioned way which
allows it to get right deep into that tender spot of the muscle. Regular
foam rollers are a little painful to use but the vibrations really help to
ease any pain when using it while reaching parts my old roller could not
reach.
I suffer from cerebral palsy and so this foam roller has become an
essential part to my training recovery and I would definitely recommend it
to anyone who is looking for a foam roller that offers a lot more than you
would expect!
My Pulseroll arrived very fast which was great as I have been looking forward very much to try my early X-Mas present to myself!.
First impression is that it is a very professional product, very modern and smartly designed box. Included is a cool Pulseroll shoulder bag so I can carry my roller to and from the gym and as the roller is only very light this is very convenient. Included also was a manual which explains how to use the roller (although to be honest it is very easy to use) which also details various exercises to try out, this I found very helpful.
Anyway moving onto the roller, I love it..! I have used foam rollers on/off for a few years now but at times they can be a little too painful so I am not a regular user.
The Pulse has 4 vibrating levels but for me levels 2 and 3 are powerful enough as the top level 4 is too strong but maybe this is something I could use if I have a really tight and large muscle area in the future.
The first thing I noticed was that it was not painful at all to use compared to the other rollers which I can only think this is down to the vibrations. In a strange way it really soothes your muscles while at the same time you can feel it breaking down the tight muscles and old knots that build up. I used the roller on my hamstrings but especially my back and shoulders, I work in an office and admittedly my posture is not very good so I always have tight shoulders and a pain lower back. I have been using the Pulseroll for only 3 days and for 15 minutes each day, I have to say that I already feel 50% better which I would have happily settled for before I started.!
Anyway to conclude I am happily surprised how good this product is and would definitely recommend it to anybody that has tight muscle areas which is probably most of us.
I was a little put off at the start by the price but I look at this purchase as an investment and a saving costly sports massage appointments while the other benefit is that I can just roll around having fun in my lounge while watching TV..!
