Desde que lo instalamos, no contemplamos un bao sin un Flory, es muy cmodo, fcil de instalar y mi padre de 60 aos lo aprendi a usar el primer da. Muy intuitivo y recomendable para personas de cualquier edad.
As with most things Read the manual. If you are handy easy to install, if not get some one to do it. Will soon had 2 years out of it. Still going strong, all working.

I bought my first Flory bidet 14 months ago and I’ve been very pleased with it. Unfortunately, it developed a fault and the heating tank inside the unit started to leak. I contacted Flory who were very helpful and replaced the bidet within a few days. I give Flory top marks for customer service. Well done Flory!
Ho acquistato il primo Bidet Elettronico quando abitavo in Giappone nei primi anni 90 e non ho pi potuto farne a meno. Purtroppo doversi recare in Giappone per acquistarne uno non molto pratico, inoltre fino ad ora i dispositivi originali giapponesi sono stati molto costosi. Questo oggetto allo stesso tempo funzionale, economico e di facile installazione.
He visitado Japon varias veces y siempre me han encantado los wc japoneses, en bares, restaurantes, centros comerciales y casas particulares, todos tienen este tipo de wc, que est incorporado un tubo que sale para limpiarte.
Este modelo adems tiene el asiento caliente, y te seca tambien. Usas mucho menos papel higienico y es mucho mas limpio. Si no tienes opcin de poner bidet en tu casa lo aconsejo totalmente.
This product was primarily for my elderly mother but she is finding it difficult to adjust to, however, all the rest of the family love it. The system works very well and does all it claims to. The only downside is that it feels smaller than a normal toilet seat and takes some getting used to.
This replaced a Korean version which had suffered two cracked seats (I am not that heavy). It is supplied with a UK plug and protection isolator though plugs are not normal in UK bathrooms but I was aware of this and had a legal power supply from the old installation. It was a reasonable fit on my toilet though the distance from the back of the seat to the back of the hole in the seat is about an inch too much for a perfect fit. The parts supplied did not include the butterfly to fit the water filter outlet tubing but the seller immediately sent a replacement filter but this took nearly three weeks to arrive. Now up and running and happy.

A very good product. Well made, and does the job.
My experience with the customer service has been impressive. Prompt in getting back to me and keen on looking after their customers. The product itself is state of the art. Robust and at the same time elegant. I will definitely recommend this product to family and friends.
Make sure you look up the standards on how close you can have electrical wall fixings to sinks, baths and showers. I installed ours to run directly through the floor to be plugged in in a cupboard in the room below. The cable comes with an inline RCD/GFCI type device near the plug end. I have kept this on. If using an electrition to fit they may remove it if it’s not needed for any reason.
The product does everything we want – it’s super value for money and delivery was quick.
What I like: Powerful warm jets in just the right spot, warm seat, powerful dryer.
What I don’t like. The seat looks small which makes it look a little like a kid’s potty. But in use, it is big enough for me and I’m a pretty big guy.
Very easy to use and much better than having separate bidet. Best of all is the heated seat, warm water to douche, with hot air to dry. I don’t know how I lived without it!
I would highly recommend this product and am thinking of installing in the family bathroom.
This is very handy as it cleans after you. My daughter thinks it the best investment I made. Only negative is the dryer is not what I expected.
Bought this item specifically for my mum in the new downstairs toilet. Installed by builder/electrician so don’t know who easy installation was. Pretty much as expected, nozzle malfunctioned once but it came back itself suddenly before we were to exchange. Good thing for us is the supplier is based in Shanghai where we can easily contact, and found so far customer service swift and satisfactory.

Yo nunca he utilizado malas palabra, ni insultos, ni nada parecido, solo digo que su sistema rgido, en cuanto al nmero de palabras mnimo, atenta a mi libertad de expresin y en cuanto a las normas para la redaccin de estos comentarios me parecen excesivas, tambin atentan a mi libertad. En mi caso esta adaptado a un Wc gala, y sin ningn tipo de problema.
La instalacin la hizo un lampista, ya que necesita una toma de corriente y una de agua.
Este producto llego en el plazo descrito. Fue facil de instalar, y la verdad es que funciona de maravilla. Es justo como los vateres que son comunes en japon. Yo lo recomiendo para cualquier persona que quiere ahorrar espacio quitando el bidet.
Very happy with the product. I got my plumber/electrician to fit it, but he had it done within 15 mins. It works like a charm, washes, dries, comfy to sit on. Can’t fault it for the price.
if it can auto flash, it will be great. apart of that its a good item.
