The Chair is outstanding, the adjustments and oversize are excellent.
The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 star is the supplied Casters are so poor that garbage would be an upgrade. They do not swivel, they do not roll without a huge amount of effort. I ended up buying a replacement set of Casters.
Other than the Casters I am extremely happy with the Chair.
