We bought when our baby was one week old and she is loved, its live saver when she have colic it’s help her relax, I would recommend for everyone, it’s good value and perfect analog for more expensive bounce
You can gain some minutes of peace and you baby with fun! I like that baby is not lie down and is more in the upright position to be alert and explore.
Brilliant chair has 3 positions and folds flat so you can pop it away easily when not in use, and can take the toy bar off and on as you please and put it on in different positions so baby can reach it which is great because my baby gets annoyed with the toys in her face all the time so I mostly use it with out the toy bar. my 12 week old loves it wish i got it sooner.
I wanted a traditional bouncer like this one and there are not many on the market to chose from, other than a very expensive baby bojurn for about 200 something.
I think the toy bar that comes with the bouncer is a bit cheap looking and the toys do not feel very nice but the bar can be removed and then (in my opinion) the bouncer looks very stylish and just like a dupe of the very expensive baby bojurn bouncers.
I used to put my baby in this straight after a feed when he was very young as the up right position helped with his reflux.
Once my baby found his legs he would just kick and kick for ages in the bouncer which gave me time to have a shower, make dinner, clean bottles, do housework, or take some time for me. It worked wonders for his digestion with the kicking too!
He’s 5 nearly 6 months old now and still loves the chair. He’ll sit in it while he chews on a rusk, fall asleep in it for a nap, or just play.
You’re not meant to but I put him on the kitchen table while I make dinner so that he can see what’s going on.
The bouncer is extremely light but very sturdy and lies flat for storage/transportation, it’s been great to take with me to other peoples houses!
This is without a doubt something I’d recommend to any other new mummies as an essential newborn item!
