Perched for a friend that runs a carboot & she is very pleased with them.
These radios are perfect for their compact size, light weight, decent battery life and clarity of transmission. Perfect for mounting on a helmet for kitesurfing lessons.
Once you get the hang of pressing the communication button at the right time, this is a useful backup for emergency/urgent situations that may arise when you need support quickly. The reception is clear and the range covers our school including the playground and school field. The cradle for charging is useful – saves connecting each unit to a separate charger – you just need someone to take charge of it, which means collecting them in at the end of the day to top up the charge. Does the job exactly as it should.
Solid and well made for non security events when you don’t need secure comms.
Recently purchased by a secondary school for use by PE staff to communicate across a large site on sports day. Slim and lightweight, these fit easily into pockets. They seem to be durable – provided they are not abused. Whilst not waterproof, they can be slipped into a small plastic bag for protection, and still be operated easily. Sound quality is on a par with far more expensive models, and the range [including into buildings] suits our requirements very well. The charger is compact and efficient.

After reading reviews I ordered these and they haven’t disappointed. We have a doggie day care business over 8 acres and the sound quality is superb. We previously had a well know expensive digital set of walkie talkies for our staff and they had a long delay and the sound quality wasn’t good. These are cheaper and much better value. They are also very robust one was submerged in water and after drying out for a couple of days is working perfectly. Can’t fault will definitely recommend and order again.

The best walkie talkies available for the money, this is the second set I have purchased, not that any of the first load broke, but my staff have run over them with a forklift trick, left them in the rain, thrown them into a fire basically misused them to the point of destruction, these work so well, highly recommended
Great product especially for the price. Only small niggle that it is easy to accidentally press the channel up/down buttons when holding it in the hand and pressing the PTT button.
