The product was faulty. I returned it the following day using guaranteed registered postage as directed. Following some delays full payment was then made, so I now have no issues or complaints with this Company….
Only weakness to a samsung phone is battery when compared to iphone.
But you can buy this phone overmany times and still cheaper.
As all phones got everything you need now
Really great phone and arrived really quickly.
I was expecting a second hand phone but I honestly think it was new it was in original sealed box, really brilliant condition. Very very happy.
The phone arrived with Russian as the selected language. I don’t speak Russian but if you keep clicking what I imagined was the “accept” box for the first few pages you arrive at the page to change the language. Plain sailing from then on.
Does everything I need a phone to do at a great price.
One criticism, I’d like a smaller device. This was a compromise. Can’t find a small android phone anywhere these days.
Absolutely made up brilliant phone better than described very clean I must have got a good one it is like the drawer when you buy a used condition but all in all I’m very happy with my purchase
Bought this for my daughter, she plays a lot of games and uses the video/camera for Tik Tok, has had no issues, does everything you need from a nice entry level budget smartphone!
Bought to replace a damaged A22, hs less memory but is a fraction of the price, dual sim. I am not missing the A22, sure its a little slower but at this price it is awesome. Not buying another expensive phone!
Great phone but like other people there was only a charging lead plus it doesn’t fit any of my other Samsung chargers so had to buy a separate plug,I’ve since found out that u can buy a USB adapter that the lead will fit into to charge
The Samsung “smart” switch app didn’t work too well so – not so smart? Apart from that it’s a decent phone for the money. Not yet got to grips with why there ate so many cameras so still some exploring to do on that and other bits.
Buying mobile phones is a cross your fingers and hope experience for me. I find each model has so many variants, that the reviews encompass all the variants and unless you have the model number you cannot be sure your getting what you think your getting.
Having said that this phone is exactly what I hoped it would be. Simple to use and does all I expected it to. The sellers contacted me to confirm they had to change the colour as the black phone was not immediately available so I got a blue phone and saved an extra 5.
