I had an Apple, Pixel, Huawei and Garmen smart watch but I keep returning to the Samsung as it has everything you need and is the simplest.
Rotating bezel is absolutely wonderful to use, the screen is bright, I love the UI, custom watch faces are great. My only complaint is the music app, which doesn’t let you sort music, and so far there have been no good alternatives.
I use this baby every day, and hasn’t let me down once, I cant believe how useful this things can be even for a young person.
However, I would only recommend if you have the spare money, as this isn’t a tool that everybody needs, its just an extra fancy and EXPENSIVE gadget, IMO is not worth the money and its amazing to have.
I am not an Apple fan…my wife is.
The Samsung watch appears to us to be far superior than the apple version.
Easier to use, classier in appearance, massively better battery life (nearly three days without a charge) so I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
I also bought a ss strap (12) and a Breitling digital watch face (69p). My friends and colleagues think I have a 2000+ smart watch for less than 400 quid!
Hours of endless fun.
The wristwatch is easy to set up and provides a range of services which are simple to set up and monitor. Links to my Samsung mobile phone are again simple to set up and use. I am not a gizmo person but I can confirm that I enjoy using this wristwatch and find the information it provides helpful and interesting.
Exceeded my expectations especially as it was my first smart watch. Being able to measure body composition, reply to messages, use Google Pay and Google Assistant, set timers and reminders. Love the shape and love the dial on the Classic.
Battery life has never been an issue as I charge the watch when I’m at my desk and not doing much.
Loved it so much I bought one for my partner.
The watch itself has some great features, swimming, walking, hiking, weight lifting, running etc features, but due to how amazing the watch is, the battery life suffers.
Will last 2 days on a charge.

Nice design so looking good. All function are good just small issue is battery, not that long life. I don’t use all functions and battery going fast down.
Everything seems to work very well. I had a galaxy watch 2 before it is a much snappier device to use. I would recommend watching some “how to” videos on YouTube and spend a couple of hours setting it up to get the most out of the watch when you first get it.

Apple always had the upper hand
But , at last , android have a great entry in their ranks and now a real apple watch contender.
A great watch for all android devices , the available features are more than enough as a OnePlus user.
A few extra features available for Samsung phones , mostly a few extra health tracking features , but nothing crazy for other phone susers.
Great OS interface and a brilliant integration with phone to filter important notifications , quickly view and reply , and to get you fit and healthy with great health tracking features.
App store and lots of other cool stuff too , 10/10
I was happy with my previous galaxy watch except the strap but it was time to upgrade. I got a great deal on amazon for the white. The watch is more advanced with better sleep tracking and added functions like blood pressure and ecg monitoring. Of course, the battery is affected more but its still more than enough for a days use. I’m also glad they kept the bezel. Also curious if the strap is better quality or not but time will tell.
The watch is very well made. Classic version looks brilliant and the bezel looks really good.
Several features/sensors (most than all other watches) that seem to work really well. You can get also multiple watch faces from the app store.
The only issue is battery life which i think is really important. 1 day in normal mode and 2 days in battery saver mode.
2 days is not bad, but the watch needs at least a battery that can last 5 days.
General really good value for money as for the price you can’t really get a watch with so many features.
My only concern is battery life. Often, I have to keep my Bluetooth and other settings off to get it to last a day. Sometimes it even goes off without me knowing. I believe using it as a watch alone should get me through a day or 2 if not more but that’s not why I bought a smart watch. Anyway, if you don’t mind having to charge your watch every day, then this is a piece of Jewellery
I have a Samsung Galaxy phone, so having a Samsung smartwatch means phone and watch work really well together. The Android watch OS is an improvement on the earlier Samsung OS and the battery life is double what I had ok my first watch. With GPS and Bluetooth if I recharge before bed I will have about 60% change the same time the next day, so too full days and nights. Expanding that would be great.
I wish Samsung wouldn’t put buttons on their devices that can only be used with their apps – accessing Samsung Pay cannot be replaced with Google Pay with the same gesture, much like the Bixby button on their phones. Otherwise I like everything about this watch
Was a little hesitant buying this given some of the comments regarding the products battery life but I’m glad I did. Yes, the battery only lasts a couple of days but I charge it for a bit when I get into bed plus when I shower in the morning and that’s more than enough. The features on the watch are brilliant as is the design, looks and feel. I absolutely love it.
The watch really is excellent. I had strong reservations after reading negative reviews about battery life but I find the battery is actually very good. I have loaded mine with the Xdrip+ watch face. I previously had this face on my Ticwatch Pro. The face clarity on the Samsung is far clearer on my Samsung. The process for quick dismissal of low glucose alerts is far quicker and easier than the Ticwatch. Paired with my Galaxy S21 Ultra my watch has very quickly become inseparable from me.
Battery life is poor, but I knew that when deciding to get the Watch 4 classic. Every few weeks, it does something strange. My normal usage gets me 1.5 to 2 days, so I recharge every night. 4 times now it has failed to get 12 hours before going flat, no unusual usage, lasts a day or so, then reverts to 1.5 to 2 day battery life. Any ideas?????

Despite buying from another vendor I thought I’d write a review.
The watch feels well made and looks great, I immediately replaced the strap becuase I thought the stock one looked a little feminine.
The watch itself is easy to use once you get familiar with the various swipes and buttons.
I can get all manor of notifications from my smart phone. And especially like the ECG facility. The blood pressure option, in my opinion is useless because you need a actual blood pressure monitor to set it up.
I’ve made a few calls via the watch and the calls come through clear however on a noisey environment this may be a problem.
The battery seems to last all day with moderate use. For heavy use I would think you’d need to be charging it each night.
Id definitely recommend this watch if your into working out or have a busy phone that’s ringing or receiving texts.
I have since bought a couple of straps from Amazon and they easy to fit but a little fidley.
Again I must credit Amazon for sorting out the refund after I received the child’s tool and hopefully the person who ordered that toy is enjoying the Smart watch I never got lol
Finally Samsung got rid of the Tizen OS and moved on to Wear OS which is a blessing. It runs so fast and smooth (coming from Galaxy watch 46mm from 2018). Love the new look, feel, and screen finish which is even softer. Packs lots of features and functionalities and most importantly Google Play apps!
Overall, well done Samsung!
