It has the perfect size for people with small wrists. Good value for the price, I get plenty compliments for it.
Just be aware that it has 19mm lugs, not 20mm as advertised. In case you want to change the strap.
I am very severe on watches as I am in construction .This watch is a spare watch as when the same model Seiko comes a cropper . I only purchase Seiko watches because they are the only watch that is robust enough to last me for a few years and still look in reasonable good conditio
Update sept 2018: Love the watch! Applied indeces and text, sweeping second hand, watch face, durable. Fits my 6 and 1/4 inch wrist. It has become my travel watch (as long as I don’t go swimming).
Excellent service delivered promptly. I already have a Seiko watch which still works well but is getting a bit old. I bought this one to replace it and I was not disappointed. It looks good and keeps good time as I would expect from a Seiko watch. Very easy to set up.
I purchased this watch as gift for my other half to use as his watch for work, he already has 2 Seiko watches of different styles. He is so pleased with this watch that he has decided to use it for best. It is smaller than his others but still stylish and comfortable to wear. Very pleased with my purchase.
This is a great every day watch for a great price. Very elegant face, looks great on the wrist. The watch was already running when it was delivered and I just shook it from side to side for a minute (as it says to do) and it hasn’t stopped since. It is keeping perfect time and just seems to run with the normal day to day movement of the arm. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a reasonably priced “real” watch, it’s just superb.
Fantastic, loved it from the time I’ve opened the box. Great quality and very accurate. Seiko 5 is a perfect entry level watch to start watch collection hobby. For keeping automatic movement in good shape, watch should be worn on daily basis or watch winder in use.
This watch is absolutely beautiful, the back side showing all the mechanism is amazing. Very good quality watch, easy to adjust. Looks very stylish and the size is also perfect.
excellent – at least this one actually keeps fairly good time for an automatic – my last one lost 5 mins a day, and no-one seemed to be able to fix it! This time it works well! Very pleased!

Fantastic value for money, bin the factory bracelet and pick up a nice leather one and this watch looks like a million dollars. Its also a great gateway into the world of mechanical watches.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas as his previous watch broke. He’s worn it everyday since and has not complained once. It keeps the time well and shows the date and day. All in we are both very impressed with it.
The bracelet is not as tough as the watch itself, I damaged mine by stretching it in a watch case (something to be wary of), I had it too tight on the holder and had to replace the bracelet. This was not the fault of Seiko, it was mine but, take care not to repeat my mistake.
A good watch, reasonably priced that doesn’t require batteries and the strap was easy to adjust. The instructions on how to start the watch first time were superfluous as the watch was already working when it was delivered.
My previous Seiko lasted 30 years, so I have high hopes for this model.
It looks really smart and I’m sure my Dad will love it.
It’s beautifully finished for a watch that is only 60 quid. You will struggle to find anything this classy for the price.
It’s a classic design and should be part of any fan of watches collection.
I brought this watch for my dad around a year or two ago. I’m now purchasing a second for a friends birthday. You won’t find a better watch for the price. I own a Tissot auto, Victorinox Quartz and two Seiko’s myself (one solar and one kinetic) and I love this watch so much I might get one for myself one day. It looks really good. The bracelet is really good looking and the face sets it off with class.
Every watch fanatic knows that Seiko are one of the best watch makers around (without splashing out on a rolex or IWC)
Excellent product, this is my third Seiko automatic. The last one lasted for over 25 years, and would still be working if I hadn’t dropped it!. If I could give it 6 star, I would.
Beautiful, excellent time-keeper, great value. Problem is that the bracelet is very short, possibly a lady’s version, so knocked off a star as it’s advertised as a gent’s watch
Christmas present for my husband and he was very pleased with it. Good looking but does need to be worn daily to keep it going. Keeps good time and delivery was on time. Would highly recommend.
This was what I expected from a brand like seiko the only thing that let’s this watch down is that the links can not be removed which limits the adustability of the strap.
Dial is bit small Stain les steel Chain is not very good quality. they were very sharp But I think with this Prise the watches’ quality is all righ
I’ve only owned it for a couple of weeks but so far the timekeeping has been excellent. Clear face, easy to read even in poor light, which is one of the reasons I chose it. The only drawback from my point of view is that I have very narrow wrists (7″ diameter) and even with maximum adjustment the bracelet was too large. A jeweller was needed to remove a couple of links.
I wanted a good looking watch for everyday use. I bought it to replace an old Citizen Automatic which I had owned for years and finally stopped. It is (so far) an excellent time keeper. The action is smooth. It is not an over stated watch and goes well with a suit in a business meeting or with jeans.
This was a replacement watch as the first one that I sent to Seiko for repair went wrong in lass than a week so Seiko sent me a replacement which is working ok
I had to send this watch back to SEIKO because it kept stopping and used to lose about a minute per day which is not a lot but in this day and age perfect time is wanted. I got the watch back after two weeks and it works ok but it still loses time at the same rate which I have learned to live with.
