I purchased this watch late Jan ’23. I have an iPhone 13 with up to date IOS. When searching the App Store for the FunKeep app or scanning the QR code in the instruction manual, message says app not available and QR code will not connect to the product server. Seems likely the support has been stopped and removed. This renders the watch completely useless! Why is the product still being advertised on Amazon? And why are the store still shipping the item to customers?! AVOID!!!
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE IGNORE THE ORIGINAL REVIEW AND IS RETRACTED BY THE AUTHOR. At the time of writing, the FunKeep app was down, whilst technicians were fixing an operating problem. The app is now back and functioning on Apple’s App Store.
