Well packaged and presented and this would make a nice gift for children in the 3-7 age range but your mileage might vary.
A good way to teach safety around parents tools and DIY activity
Lots of fun enrichment and engagement toys and hours of fun.
Well designed and well implemented down to smaller details of drawers and realistic shaped tools.
It is quite large and does need some assembly and will take up space so check dimensions and space available first.
Quite expensive but well made and good quality and should be hours of fun!
What a great workbench toy. It exceeded my expectations for the price point and pretty much exactly what a 3–4-year-old would want. The workbench is sturdy, easy to assemble, very realistic and comes with lots of fun tools for him to work with including wrench, wood saw, Measuring Tape, Chisel Set, Screwdriver, circular saw, drill, hammer and many-many more. The tools are light so if they’re dropped it won’t cause any pain or injury.
This set will allow me to teach my son how to use real tools, like my father did with me. You cannot imagine how much fun and how productive our time together when “daddy” is doing his own DIY project and he tries to copy everything using his own toy tools.
Since we have this play toolset, I we spend a lot more time together with my son and I love every moment of it. Thank you for it Smoby
It takes up a lot of space so make sure you have a spacious bedroom or playroom. I wouldn’t leave it out in the garden as I’m not sure it would last through the winter. We had to place it in our open plan area as it didn’t fit in her room.
There is just so much to do! The tools look quite realistic and there’s drawers to keep everything in. They can practice various different trades and develop creativity, problem solving and fine motor movement skills.
I think this is a great quality toy. It’s pricey but the quality is very good.

Where to even begin.
So, arrives in a large box so the instant impact is wow. Being SMOBY the build quality is absolutely fantastic and being a Black and Decker tie in sports the black and orange colour scheme.
Its easy enough to unpack and setup and sports literally everything and is better stocked than my own tool station! And thus it has literally everything for pretend play or to help @DIY’ tasks.
It literally has loads to keep busy hands busy form nicely detailed powertools, screws and 100 accessories.
The plumbing section is fun with built in instructions for changing it around and you can make a vehicle etc
