These lights were to replace existing ones which have failed over time. All indications are that the new lights will do a great job, but it is a little early to say yet.
Surprisingly bright for a solar-powered unit, it works as advertised. I was a little concerned that there wouldn’t be enough sunlight to keep the units powered as I live in the central belt of Scotland, but I have had no issues. Note I do have the units facing south to maximise solar capture.
Easy to fit with 2 screws, working straight out of the box. Adequately lights my patio area for my dogs using the dog flap into the garden. Arrived quickly and well packaged.
Quick and easy to use straight out of the box. Got these to light the side of the house when parking on the drive, gives off a good amount of light for the size. Simple 3 mode operation backed up with excellent customer care if you have any queries.
Bought the lights to aluminate a very dark car port. The lights do a great job and provide ample light.
One failed to turn off by itself, but the seller was excellent and sent a replacement straight away.

They are very bright and light up the patio area no problem . I bought a second set as I wanted them around the fence to lift up the whole garden area .
You have 3 settings so can choose how bright you want it and if you want it on constantly after dusk .

Quick delivery, easy to install, three settings. Not a bad coverage of light., If you want to light up a large area then maybe a halogen light would be preferred. I have fitted four of these spaced out around the garden and they light the way to my shed giving me ample light. I fitted two of these last year so they have weathered well witch prompted me to buy two more. Would definitely buy these agai
I’ve bought a few solar lights for my garden but none of them have been bright enough. So I was a bit nervous buying this. But even with one light it gives so much light. Also the charge I guess lasts for ages. It also has a button so you can just keep the light one instead of using the motion sensor.
I purchased a pair of these to illuminate a pathway down the side of my house. Given the low price and the relatively small size of them I was not sure if they would provide sufficient light. I installed on the side wall of the house approximately 7 feet above the path. I was very surprised who well they illuminated the area I would recommend this produc
I have about 10 of these dotted about my garden and are great.
one only snag is sometimes random lights set themselves to all night on mode rather than only on when you walk past. you sometimes have to hit the button to change the setting.
this is no big deal tbh and i still love them.

The capacitors/batteries last a few hours into the night (in spring at least, when charging time in the day is fairly long), and makes evening trips to the compost bin or washing line a bit less hazardous! They stay bright for long enough to be useful without excessive power drain, and they also spook the annoying urban foxes, which is a bonus – until they get used to it, I suppose.
Nice looking, good quality product but had to return as I have only used one of the two and problem is that it changes light modes every night from PIR to on permanently
Was easy to install on driveway fence which is south facing. So plenty of sun to keep the lights well charged. Bright light enough to light up our driveway. Only issue is the lights occasionally change settings by themselves which is why only 4 stars. Otherwise good a buy.

Have installed 6 down the side of the house, the first 3 all work well and light up well. The one above the garage and to the side however seem very intermittent. They get plenty of day light and flicker on or flash but don’t stay on for long. Would consider swapping locations to see if it is just a poor location for it but they were a cheap temporary solution until I could get some proper mains powered ones wired up. Great value for what I wanted them fire but wouldn’t consider as a permanent option. Frame can also crack and split when fixing back to the wall so either have a slight wobble or a cracked frame and be secure. Ironically the ones with the cracked frame work, and the ones which are still intact don’t work as well!
