Love this Vac! I’ve used a Henry for years and will continue to do so for certain applications, but this is a different concept. Just unhook it from the charging holster and you’re off No fiddling around, tripping over cables or plugging in and out. Stairs are a breeze and the Tineco is so light, a child could use it. The single supplied battery holds enough power to cover a good area, it’s easy to empty and the suction is surprisingly good. Very pleased, highly recommended!
This vacuum cleaner is absolutely amazing! So lightweight and very powerful. It’s super quiet too, which helps to vacuum around pets. My French bulldog never used to let me hoover in peace, she just wanted to kill it as soon as she heard me switching it on. With Tineco she had a little nosy around but perfectly happy to hoover around her – couldn’t be happier as that was very challenging.
I used to own Dyson V8 and lasted only 5 years which is extremely disappointing considering the hefty price back then 450. 100% recommended!!!!
I have the Dyson v11 Extra Pro and it is absolutely amazing. However my brother wanted a budget alternative to the Dyson so after a very thorough research I purchased the Tineco. He is using it 2 month already and loves it.
Recently he had one remark – there is no sound or other indication when the battery is about to die.
I have only ha this cvavuum a few days but so far iam pleased with it,my only complaint is there is nowhere to hang the attachments.If there is a place i have not found them yw
Baught for my partner for Christmas… Probably not the smartest of moves as ive not seen her since but on the other hand I’ve a nice new smart hoover so i dont have to worry about getting the old vax out. Suction power is really good not used the wifi or app but the intelligent dust sensor is great saves battery only down side is the filter needs cleaning often but you get a filter cleaner attachme

I read so many reviews, it was getting silly. Which? liked this brand so I looked at the A10, A11 and S12. The S12 sounded by far the best option but at pushing 500, it wasn’t going to happen. Which? haven’t reviewed this one. I hovered over buying the A11 for the same kind of money, but this one just seemed better.
I live in a three storey house with four black cats (two are long haired) and I shed hair like no one’s business. I’m also having my entire house renovated. To say this place is a dusty, hairy mess is an understatement. Anywho, my lounge rug looks like new. My bedroom carpet, which I think is made of velcro, is hair and fur free for the first time since I moved in. I’m absolutely delighted.
I suffer with fibromyalgia and arthritis so lightweight is important to me. I can hold it easily with one hand. The red to blue ring is really helpful to know when to move on. The lights on the front amused the cats more than it was useful but I’m not worried about that. The dust canister is so much easier to empty than the Dyson. I don’t need to have a handy chopstick laying around to clear out the fur. All in all, an excellent buy.

Firstly for the price that it is now it is a steal 129, I purchased at the top price a couple of years back, cannot believe the drop in price and am gutted really.
Performance is good but had a couple of issues with battery, to be fair to Tineco support it was resolved quickly.
I thought it would be lighter, for elderly folk like me its quite heavy to handle when vacuuming walls / ceilings.
This Hoover does everything it’s supposed to do, no more no less.
Nice. But it is very uncomfortable to store unless you are able to stick the charger into a wall.
We think this is the best stick cleaner we have ever used,forget the rest.

A great hoover, good suction, lightweight and quiet. Battery lasts long enough to for our 3 bedroom house. Bear in mind you will need to install the charging station on the wall.

Love it! Great product for the price. Attachments are all very useful. The vacuum is surprisingly powerful and the light up stick is very revealing for dirt on floor. Product is light and easy to use.
The Tineco cordless vacuum cleaner Pure One S11 smart . Is very well made, it’s easy to use. All the tools included fit well.Emptying and Cleaning is straightforward, the filter Cleaning tool works well. The tools fit on to the charging dock, keeping then near and tidy. Battery life is good. Although it takes a while to ‘re charge. All in all I would recommend this cleaner.
Really happy with this vacuum – my first cordless and bagless vacuum.
Great rotating head, easy to mount on wall and to empty dustbin.
The lights on the head are really practical.
