Tommy Hilfiger Analogue Quartz Watch for Men with White

I like the colour. I can’t judge the value for money yet as it’s too new. I have one minor complaint thus far. Why, for the love of all things, is the tip of the second hand faintly luminous yet nothing else is? Why o Why? What am I supposed to do with that? I’ll ask knowing there is nothing you can tell me that will make any sense of it. The best I got is someone must have designed this to remind me that I have no backlight function. As if to say “Hey, wouldn’t it be cool if this watch lit up?”

I have many watches, some have back-light, some don’t. Some have luminous hands, some don’t. Regardless of the price of the watch I always feel it’s a cheap-shot to have no back-light and yet so many manufacturers, even the prestigious ones just seem to assume you’ll never need to know the time in the dark. Luminous hands at the least should be on all watches.
