I was unsure about this purchase as the reviews seemed quite negative. A few points:
Can’t comment on longevity as the blade has only had a fee hours use, but seems to have plenty of diamond material on it.
Cuts are super clean and a dramatic improvement over the standard blade that came with my Vitrex bridge saw – almost as good as the factory edge in 20mm outdoor porcelain slabs.
The blade is quite thin and as other reviewers have pointed out, it can wander a little if you pull too hard and try to force the cut. But if you allow the blade to cut at the speed it naturally wants to cut at it tracks perfectly straight every time. I’d say this could potentially be a problem for professionals doing outdoor porcelain week in week out where time is money – but for someone who generally does DIY or occasional commercial tiling/paving jobs the blade will give great results provided you work within its speed of cut limitations.
Got a vitrex pro 900 to cut some 600 x 300 x 10 tiles. The standard cutting disc that came with the machine did chip the tile when cutting. So read some of the reviews and was a bit undecided whether to get the ultimate blade. They are expensive but if you are a fussy git like me then I would definitely recommend getting the ultimate blade. It cuts that good you can hardly tell the difference between the original side of the tile and the cut. Definitely 10 out of 10. Just make sure you use plenty of water and ensure the blade is put on correctly. The blade should spin clockwise looking at the machine once the guard is off.

My 7 year old machine did many bathrooms and finally needed to replace the blade. Have just cut a lot of tiles limestone and slate with ease. Does the job very well.
10 times better than the stander vitrex blade. Make cuts much quicker saving time on the job. Excellent addition to a great tool
This is an excellent original diamond blade and for the money is well worth it,,, does what it says on the box..
