This cuts as well as my corded saw. Easy to use, not the lightest of power tools, but lighter than my corded one which is why I bought it. Get a lot of work from a 4Ah battery, probably getting through two in an afternoon of constant use. Splashed out on some TCT blades and it makes very light work of cutting up pallets for firewood. Not used it on metal yet but expect good results with a quality blade.
I’m sure I didn’t need to buy this, but after monitoring many Worx items for my collection the price drop couldn’t be ignored.
Upon arrival, I was initially surprised at how weighty it is even before a battery has been inserted.
After inserting a blade & slipping in a 4AH battery then taking to pruning a tree in the garden, wow, this thing is unstoppable and makes short work of well, tree branches.
Unfortunately I probably won’t use it again until next time the tree needs pruning, but if I hear of anyone doing some demolition near by I’ll be offering my services!
Over all, very impressed and feels absolutely solid and the power speaks for itself.
This thing is the biz, and cuts as well as a mains powered saw. Used it to cut through 300x 150.oak purlins that were hard as stone and it did a far better job than my mains powered saw. 4kwh Batteries last about 10 mins
Good unit. Goes with all my other WORX kit. Did the job on my small tree.
