Great humidifier for the house, easy to set up and works really well. its fairly quiet when in use too which is an added bonus, looks stylish too which is even better, Great item
This humidifier was delivered quickly and in good quality packaging. It is a good size and fits well in my room, I place it on the floor beside my bed. Depending on what you like, you can use it to give out warm or cool mist, warm is good for winter and cool is good for summer.
It gives out a nice mist and it is actually quite relaxing. It is quiet and I can sleep to it which is good. You can set a timer if you want so its on when you go to bed and then turns off in the middle of the night if you don’t want it on all night. I really like this feature.
It stands up on its own and I like the design of it overall. It has a big display which is good so I can see it easily. It works well and does the job. Good value for money and I recommend it.
This humidifier looks stylish and great in any room without looking out of place or like an eye sore. It is easy to set up and use.
The tank is big so it works longer without the need to refill constantly.
It is fairly quite compared to others I’ve used in the past and features a led display making it easier to control. I love that you can set a timer on it too.
I’ve got this to use in my sons room who suffers with chest infections and blocked sinus’ particularly in the winter months, I put on the heat setting and it seems to be helping.
No complaints from me, happy so fa
This is a great looking humidified. the amount of mist is awesome and the settings and options gives you variety but really easy to use. We love it.
Note: We had to go through the warranty process due to the first one showing technical issues. iT was very easy, they replaced it straightaway. Honestly, this may be the best warranty communication and service we have been through especially on Amazon.
One thing I would say is to ensure that you plug the pipe into the hole provided. We figured this out after some time.
My husband suffers a lot with sinus issues and over the summer he bought a fan that had a built in humidifer and the first night he used it he already felt the benefits and mentioned that he had the best night sleep he’d had in a while.
When I saw this unit I figured it had to be worth a try – the large tank size was a big draw for me.
Set up was fairly straightforward. Admittedly I had a bit of a battle with the inner tube and getting it to say put but I got it in the end. Filled it to the maximum level and then hoped that it would work. Decided to set it for around 50% humidity and to only run for a couple of hours just to try it out. Worked much better than I expected and was surprisingly quiet in operation.
We live in an early 1900s terraced house so there are drafts and dry air isn’t as big a problem as it may be for some. However we could tell there was an improvement in air quality and freshness when we used it. Then came the big test – how did it perform in the bedroom for a longer run time?
Again we set it for only 50% humidity but to run for 6 Hours at medium intensity with warm mist and in sleep mode. It easily ran for the 6 hours and still had more than enough water in the tank to quite possibly run for 4+ nights without having to refill. More importantly it did not disturb my husband’s sleep with unwanted light or noise and he did report feeling much less congested in the morning. He has used it for a week now and he has noticed an improvement in sleep quality and also he isn’t waking up as stuffy as he was.
Running costs don’t seem to be adding much to our electric bill which is a bit of good news. It does recommend using distilled water – yeah, that’s not going to happen. I’m using standard tap water (we are in a soft water area)and it seems to operate just fine.
This humidifier is quiet smart and powerful. It’s easy to use and with such a massive tank it can stay on for a while I’m very happy with it.
We put this in the bedroom after the doctor suggested getting one to help my daughter with a dry chesty cough, it worked almost immediately and she was coughing a lot less
This excellent budget humidifier has a good-sized reservoir – 7 litres – which we filled-up when we received the product a week ago, and haven’t needed to refill since.
It’s really attractive, and compact, and pretty economical to run. It’s also quieter than I would’ve expected – though by no means silent.
It will really come into its own during the winter months in years to come when energy prices have hopefully come down. Why winter? Well the use of radiators during the season causes dryness that plays havoc with the skin.
And of course it will be nice to use in summer too, adding much needed moisture to the air.
Excellent performance and really good value for money.
So instructions were very short. Good qualiy, easy to understand settings, big capacity, helps to breathe more freely at the night time, does not have very big noise, very attractive design.
YOKEKON 7L Humidifier
In this modern age it’s lovely to have central heating, insulated walls and ceilings, along with double glazed windows. The only problem with that is we are so well protected in our little cocoons that the air we breath can be stale, dry and unhealthy, leading to all sorts of breathing ailments. This humidifier can be the answer to this problem.
This is supplied securely boxed with a large foam insert for protection. The humidifier is a similar size to a small multi cooker, it is quite large but not so large that it takes up a lot of space. Build quality appears to be good, it is made from matt black plastic with wood effect plastic feet.
The total water capacity for this is 7ltr which can last up to 50 hours depending on the settings used. It is recommended to use RO or distilled water, it is OK to use tap water providing it’s from the mains and not water that’s been sitting in a storage tank that may be contaminated with bacteria.
The controls are on the upper front of the machine. There is an illuminated display, along with a series of touch sensitive buttons. The buttons are as follow: Power, Max-Min, Humidity, UV, Timer, Warm & Sleep and light. There are 3 mist levels: Low, Medium and High. The humidity can be set between 40-90%, UV serves to sterilise the mist, Warm & Sleep puts the humidifier in bedroom mode where light and noise should be reduced.
So far this is working well, can’t say I’ve noticed a difference yet, but we do live in an elderly house that has a few draughts so our air is not particularly dry.
After reading through the reviews, I notice one or two have had issues with the humidifier switching off prematurely. This is likely the intake blocked or restricted, the machine will detect if water flow is restricted and switch off to prevent damage, just check to make sure the tube has not dropped off or the inlet isn’t blocked.
Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.
I have been highly impressed with their performance. I first noticed how quiet it was, making it easy to use at night without disturbing my sleep. The timer function is also a great feature, allowing me to set it to turn off automatically after a certain amount of time.
The digital display is big and easy to read, and the touch buttons are responsive and simple to use. The rotatable nozzle is a nice touch, allowing me to direct the mist differently. The UV light for self-cleaning is a great feature, making it easy to maintain and keep clean.
One downside I did experience is that the pump pipe was loose when I received it, but it was an easy fix. However, the manual had poor images to illustrate the instructions, making it a bit difficult to understand at first. Overall, the humidifiers are an excellent choice for anyone in need of a quiet and convenient humidifier.
Humidifiers are very good if you suffer from dry skin, irritable dry eyes, dry throats, sinus problems and will also reduce snoring, there are so many benefits with humidifiers but most are just too small in capacity to be of real benefit.
This one has a great size 7 litre top fill tank, potentially lasting for 24 hours depending on the settings you choose.
The design looks really nice, plenty of settings from 3 speeds, warm or cool mist, sleep mode, auto off etc.
It is also very quiet which is great when using it while sleeping.
This is a perfect size for a large lounge or bedroom.
Overall we are very impressed with this Yokekon 7ltr humidifier.
I can only give my opinion so far as after reading other reviews about it not working I was sceptical but so far for me it’s perfect.
It’s a really good size for my living room and this is the first one I have had with both cool and warm mist options.
It is very quiet considering its size and with a 7L tank it doesn’t need constant refills.
So far so good.
Recommended.
This is great if you suffer from asthma or other breathing issues as often the air in our homes can be very dry and cause us to cough or having breathing issues. This helps to put moisture back in the air and is easy to set up. It’s a good size machine and doesn’t look too out of place.
This Humidifier is great. Looks very modern in my living room. Lights up for night time and is colour changing. Three level mist function and timer. Night mode. Easy to set up and love that the water tank is huge!! Think I need to purchase more for other rooms! Highly recommend
This is a very impressive humidifier with various modes such as sleep timers
We have been using this in a pretty large sized bedroom and it is plenty powerful enough
Do your own research on if a humidifier would be beneficial to your own needs. For us this is giving a noticeable sleep difference, less waking up with dry skin and restless nights
This device is also relatively quite and looks very smart in any room
Looks great and has a huge reservoir so no need to keep refilling like my other one
The device doesn’t take long to setup and is pretty simple to use
No issues and doesn’t feel cheap of flimsy
