Very easy to set up and install.
Great vision and cameras move really well.
All the features are great.
Had a problem with recording after having product for 11 months.
Followed FAQs and needed new HDD. Spoke direct with hiseeu through what’s app and explained problem. Showed proof of purchase and they sent a new one without quibble or having to return old one. Recieved new one within 2days. Installed easy and works great.
Couldn’t recommend Hiseeu enough.

Bought this system to replace a old one- i have seen PTZ before but not as good as this very very smooth the functions on the DVR are really good email and send alerts the app is very good no Lagging on playback and also very quite unit would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality cctv and want crystal clear streaming -the helpline is really good aswell i asked a question within minutes i got a full reply Cant fault it.
This system was easy to set up with lots of nice useful functions. It has great picture quality and can record near one months of footage for all the cameras. You can do everything on the move with the Eseecloud app which is very handy. The customer support is very good and quick at handling any questions or problems. (Thank you Jason) 5*
Purchased this system and is a very well made product installed it which was very simple if you follow the instructions in the book no problems. Did have a problem with 1 off the cameras but customer service was incredibly helpful. After talking me through trying to get the camera working it was established there was a fault with the camera and a replacement camera was sent out same day under warranty. Great product even better customer service will be using again. Thank you.
The Security system has proved to be really good and I am very impressed with the product. The After sales service was also first class with quick response on any query that I had! I would certainly recommend the system and cover that you get with it.
I bought this for extra piece of mind for my family, I can’t complain at all. It was so easy to set up and the picture quality is amazing and the free app you download to use with it was simple to do and easy to use.
I had one problem with trying to turn the floodlight off at night for the front garden as didn’t want it going off all the time from people walking past, but this was soon solved by using the whatsapp number and messaging for some help. I was promptly given an answer and sent a video of instructions on how to do it by the guy called jason on the other end.
So overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase.
The camera system is fantastic. Sharp, crispy and clear images and sound. The 2 way audio works anywhere and everywhere and is of excellent quality. Jason from customer services was super helpful too.

Bought this system last year really good coverage with clear images. It was working fine but suddenly I was not able to play back captured images. I contacted hiseeu customer service and after a few questions it was determined the hard drive was faulty. A new one was dispatched quickly and after fitting works perfectly. I thank you for your fast response in dealing with this and would like to thank Francis and Justin for their help on dealing with this matter. Great system and support.
I have used this system twice and they are generally very easy to set up.
Also the folks at Hiseeu are quick to respond to any problem, until it is fixed.

Great camera setup easy to use. Even the customer support has been outstanding which is practically unheard of.
The option of having full colour night vision is also a bonus. And the picture quality is really good in HD quality but also has the SD option.
Easy to set and install and with the app download viewing can be done on mobile phone easily.
I have had this system for quite a few months now and all seems ok.
I have had some issues with the cameras but the technical help I received has been great.
Let’s hope they carry on working how they are supposed to.

Hiseeu 8CH Wireless Security Camera System,3MP Wireless CCTV Sys does what it says on the packet. I am impressed with the build quality and the ease of commissioning, where every thing worked 1st time. The installation was easy. Contact with customer service was so simple and quick. The wi fi signal strength around my detached house is excellent – 4 to 5 green signal indicators at all times. The web app is easy to use and provides access to the system wherever you are in the world.

I purchased this PoE Hiseeu 5MPcctv security System in November, installation was a breeze as I live in a Bungalow running the cables was easy using the loft space. The definition from all the cameras was very impressive and the clarity first class. I did have an issue and I contacted Jason at customer services and had a response straight away and the issue was sorted, I would highly recommend this camera system. Keep up the good work.
I have the 4 cameras system for a few months now, it was very easy setup (took me way longer to install the cameras on the walls), and today i had an interaction with customer support for an issue on recording, i got professional and fast support and resolution there, which is great as we all know things might fail or break, important is how fast we can fix and level of support we get.

The NVR needed to be in one corner, with camera’s spread all around, so would not be possible without the wired repeater!

hard part was routing cables through loft and out of eaves-but once connected up cameras came on without having to link them
I believe the back up from the supplier is very good if needed
daytime picture quality is excellent-night time pretty good
also works with my iPhone which is pretty damn good also since you can take pictures and review footage recorded
dosent seem to have an on off switch on the box so you have to unplug it if you want to shut it down fully
all in all I’m very pleased with this set up-so much so that I’ve ordered an additional 5x optical camera so I’ve obviously got some faith in hiseeu
this system really does provide me with more peace of mind and I consider it an essential piece of kit unfortunately in going down the toilet Britai
I have installed these cameras few months ago and impressed with the Quality and results of the cameras. I initially had a Hard Disc issue with the NVR provided however it was resolved very quickly by the seller’s customer services team. I have used PTZ cameras first time and these are very much impressive.There is an option to verbally communicate from mobile to these cameras through a 2-way voice communication and listening option.
Good system – easy to set up, simply plug and play and connect all the cameras within the set and we also added in our indoor cctv camara with no drama. Speaker and Mic system are good quality too. Had a slight issue with the hard drive and the customer support spoken through what needed to be done – 10/10 customer support! Thank you Jason!
It’s not unusual to have hiccups with devices/electronics which I did with one of the cameras but I contacted the HiseeU (Jason) and their team responded quickly for a replacement. So far, it’s been a great piece of device. Clear pictures, sound, and night vision are incredible. Plus it is easy to set up. I’ve just recommended it to my Barber Shop. I would recommend it again for the value especially.
Purchased these tonreplace an old wireless system. Straight out of the box and plug and play. Everything in the box to install and set up. Had an issue with the HDD, this failed causing a reboot issue when trying to format. Was replaced within a couple of days and up and running. Some signal issues which I am sorting. Otherwise great. Motion tracking works OK and does follow you round. Excellent picture quality and playback. Remote access can be glitchy with poor Internet. Would recommend.
Easy to set up and all worked out of the box. One of the fixed cameras developed an intermittent loss of signal, I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement within 2 days. Great customer service.
I used the App to control the cameras while on holiday in Spain and had no problems with signal or when moving the cameras. The picture on SD is adequate and fairly smooth but I set the cameras to HD to make the picture clearer however I suppose that increases data use. I am considering buying another PTZ camera from Hiseeu.
Great package for the money, easy installation of the NVR box and once the cameras are connected to the NVR, attach them to the wall and it’s good to go. Warning signage is also provided as well.
Great features like two way audio and auto tracking with the pan tilt and zoom to keep people in frame as long as possible. Full remote access with push alerts to your phone and remote livestream, control and playback too.
The only thing I recommend is some rubber shrink tube to seal any outdoor extension cables from water, and 12v extension leads unless you have a socket nearby but an adequate cable of 3m is supplied for each camera in the box.
All in all extremely happy with the product and the customer service when running into any issues as well, highly recommend as a started setup
This product review is for the HISEEU NVR, 2 fixed cameras and 2 PTZ cameras. The setup is extremely simple – most of it works straight out of the box but you will want to review the network and account security settings to make sure you aren’t leaking data. It’s an easy system setup – with a setup wizard to take you through the basics. I find the picture quality outstanding for the money – great details because of the superior resolution, and the contrast and colour balance are all very good too. That means you end up with useable images, not the mush you’ll get out of cheaper kits. The wireless range seems to be good too – I haven’t tried the repeat function. On a regular 3 bed detached house, I haven’t had to. I will upgrade the onboard HDD at some point – the amount of data that four high definition cameras recording all the time is large and so I’ll do that to make sure I have some historical images. Of course you can achieve the same effect by backing up or exporting data you want to keep. It’s just my personal preference. There’s not much to criticise about this kit – time will tell about reliability, but so far so good. I recommend this CCTV system to anyone wanting something a little bit more capable than the cheap systems you see around – this has high resolution, two way audio, wireless cameras, PTZ functions and more.
I bought the HiSeeU security system (8WK-4HBC23-1T-UK) after my current system failed. I was able to install it very quickly with no problems. It was so easy I didn’t even use the setup wizard. The supplied cameras linked to the NVR in about 25 secs from them being plugged in. This is my 3rd home security camera system and the easiest to setup yet. The 4 cameras are providing a good WiFi signal around my house and I’m pleased with the picture quality. In case it’s needed, you also get a 3mtr extension aerial, to replace the static camera’s attached antenna if the signal is low on that particular camera. Also included is a mouse to operate the menus, a short network cable and an HDMI cable. The cameras have 2 way audio so you can speak via any camera or the phone apps even whilst away from home. I needed to ask Jason at HiSeeU customer support a few questions before I bought the system and received a very quick reply. The NVR is very quiet when running and the iPhone app for remote viewing is working well. The installed 1TB SATA drive can be upgraded to 6TB if required. Note that the wireless system is 2.4Gh only. The system is very good value for money.
Been looking at a general camera system for home. Been shopping around and found this Hiseeu system at great price. Ordered the system and delivery was very fast. Unit is well packaged and clearly labeled. Instruction manual is well formulated and system almost plug and play. Had a small issue with range and connection, but this was quickly resolved by contacting the customer representative. I also purchase two indoor cameras to keep eye on the pets and found these units plug and play and extremely versatile. The whole unit can be easily expanded and installation very flexible. The app to allow remote viewing was linked with QR codes and this feature works brilliantly on my phone. This system truly value for money, well constructed with brilliant after sale service. There are also lots of options to expand this system and meet your needs.
Having trouble with the app for remote viewing contacted help and support to be honest the guy had not got a clue what I was talking about nearly 2 hours on phone spoke to 5 different people and still no further forward saying it my phone I have tryed other devices with no better results there app needs a lot of work it just doesn’t work BUT if you not bothered with the app the system is very easy to use and set up through a TV
This has to be the easiest cctv system I have come across. I am an electrician and it is a plug and play system, the hardest part was the installation. Would highly recommend this to any person to keep tabs on what is going on around your property. The only thing I will really be stringent on is buy the correct power extension cables so you know it will work correctly and if you do struggle get a good electrician to install it, I would certainly offer my services here , if you pay cheap on these systems you will pay twice guaranteed. A quality system and easy to use if you take your time when setting up, I am very very happy with it, certainly a no brainie
I spent a small fortune on a system after spending a lot of time researching the more well known brand names like arlo, eufy, swan etc.
i realised for a fraction of the price i was able to get a better system with better features.
You can use the system with additional cameras, i have mine setup in such a way that the record to the hard drive, but if that were to be stolen then they also record to the cloud. Not many systems offer that along side auto ptz and human recognition.
Also as i was demanding the best from the products i faced a couple of minor gremlins but the customer service from the team in china via wats app is amazing, sending little clips and instructions on how to get the system operational just how you want it.
Its early days and hopefully the cameras will do a great job in the long run, but the build quality seems good, the customer service is exceptional and I can only recommend 5 stars at this time.
I am using this as a security surveillance system and I must say its performance greatly exceeds my expectations. I have wirelessly connected the NVR to my router and using the essecloud app I can view live feeds on my desktop computer as well as downloading the recorded videos and taking snapshots. The attached picture is just a screenshot from my desktop. The actual image quality on the old VGA screen I am using as the NVR monitor is exceptional. I was a little worried by some reviews about the support for this product but when I contacted them with a minor query I received a comprehensive reply the next day. The product included a “Quick Start Guide” which was in fact a very detailed manual and made it easy to test and install the product.
The power lead for the recorder could have been a tad longer in length but was OK. All the power leads were marked to make it easy to connect up.
In all delighted with the system and service…one niggle the flashing indicator lights at the front of the recorder are very bright so choose carefully where you position it. Can’t comment on durability just yet.
6 month update.
Still performing well ,absolutely delighted with unit. Only niggle was hard drive failed after about two days. Hiseeu replaced it immediately. Worked perfectly ever since. Reading some of the reviews I notice some people have struggled to contact Hiseeu, I have contacted them before purchace and after sales and have always had exemplary service.
It comes with 2 moveable cameras which I have fixed and they are the best of the 4. The other 2 are fixed cameras.
The clarity is amazing as you can see from the video. The box system has amazing features which I am yet to read through and explore.
The instruction manual has all simple instructions to connect the box to the WIFI or LAN. The installation of the cameras were also so easy and simple. The length of the power cords that come with this pack are of amazing length which helped the cameras to cover the 4 sides in full coverage.
The features which I know of are:
1. Automatic and manual rotation
2. 24/7 monitoring as the box system is very powerful and has 1TB storage
3. The box system and the mobile app have very simple modes to move, rotate, zoom, focus, etc
4. It comes with infrared, intelligent and color video and still photo settings
I recommend this product because of the ease of installation by oneself, easy setup guide, no need to connect to Cloud as storage comes in the 1TB disk of the box system.
I didn’t have to drill through the walls as the wires pass though my windows with ease so very less effort for me.
Customer service is awesome.
Overall I am super satisfied with this purchase of mine.
