The motion blur reducing tech on this monitor is crazy, I love this monitor and find my aim in certain FPS games is a lot better, and it is easier to react to things on my screen. Colours are awesome, turning on VRB does reduce the brightness but that’s fine, the monitor over-all is excellent. I’ve attached the UFO test for monitors – the blurrier one being my old 240hz monitor, and the other being this monitor with overdrive, overclock & VRB enabled, with the max sharpness setting turned on also.
My husband is a gamer (Call of Duty and similar shooting games) and he’s very happy with the quality. This screen is by far the best value at this price – unless you have an extra 1000 I’d recommend you stick with this one for smooth playback. We’ve tried a few other screens before we arrived to this one. Others in and under this price category just don’t do the job regardless what they promise in the description.
Not only the technical quality is great but also thought through design. Heavy and very stable stand – important for a “passionate” player.

It is worth the value and has excellent colour and good speakers it does the job I play on it and watch matches and movies the 27″ is an excellent size as I thought it would be a giant screen but in the end, I recommend buying this monitor if you are looking for a monitor for your next 3-5 years
The ONLY issue with the monitor is the STAND it’s kind of not stable and shakey when you rotate the scree
I use my acer for my Xbox series X .. I run my settings on full HD with 122htz (perfect for games)
You can run it at 4k with 60htz (perfect for movies)
Good size, it’s enough for what I need it for.
Can’t fault it, great price too
Very good, it felt unreal to play video games at a 165 hz refresh rate since I am way too used to playing with 60 hz. Good value when I bought it.

– 144 Mhz over HDMI and 165 MHz on Displayport straight out of the box, no messing about with settings
– Really nice height-adjustable stand.
– 1080p might not be a high enough resolution if you’re going to use this for productivity e.g. coding.
