My old one packed up after several years so I opted for this one and it is a really good product, I would recommend this shredder, it not only shreds paper but credit cards, discs etc. very pleased.
I bought this to replace my old shredder which had died on me and it was definitely worth the money. It shreds paper easily and isn’t as noisy as my old one, the only downside I would say is that the bin could be a bit bigger but overall, I would recommend this product, especially if you don’t have large volumes to shred on a daily basis and you just want to shred the usual utility bills.
Bought this to replace my old shreader whitch l was using to shred cardboard to make mulch for the garden. Unfortunately l never ever did any maintenance on it so just burnt out! Lesson learned so the recommendation is to oil it as recommended after every time the bin is filled or every six months even if it has not been used. This machine is very quiet compared to my last machine and much easier to use.
Only used a few times, but does the job, it is a little noisy, it’s good as you can cut up bank cards, so nice little feature. It also takes quite a few pages so is time saving. so far I am very pleased with it.
I have been using this to shred a big pile of papers. It seems sturdy and hasn’t got stuck BUT it overheats every few minutes (the red warning light comes on) and you have to leave it for half hour.

Cons
– the shreds are quite wide so not a high security level if that’s what you need
Good size, very quiet and does a very good job. It would be better if it was a cross shredder as well (only shreds in long (one direction) strips. Apart from that – excellent.
Did need to cool down once. But I was shredding for hours, lol.

The bin is larger than other home shredders we have had, which is a plus.
Nice Shredder but 5 or 6 standard A4 is out of the question to be comfortable is 3 papers. It did take the card comfortably. For credit plastic cards make sure you shred one at each time and do the shredding horizontally.
This work just fine, able to handle 3-4 sheets at a time
Does the job pretty rapid, hasn’t jammed yet, wish I would have bought sooner rather than clinging on to my dinosaur shredder.
Works well for a basic shredder, better than some of the brand names I have had
It doesn’t overheat as quickly as other shredders do ,I can shred a lot more efficiently.
Shreds multiple pages with ease.
Tip: put some sort of plastic bag in the container first, to allow for easier emptying other wise the shreds go everywhere.
I find this is a great investment it shreds everything and in a small size perfect for home use.
Does exactly what it should do. No nonsense shredder, excellent value for money.

Nice and neat with the added extra of been able to shred more than one sheet at a time and it’s got
a special slot for your cards, easier than cutting them with scissors.
It’s cheap, it shreds fine, I only put one piece at a time. But it saves having to tear by hand.
Might have to get a and use for bedding.
Have used it several times on different thicknesses and works well. Remember to remove the corner where staples are.

Is it possible to fall in love with a shredder I had quite a lot to shred Inc out of date bank cards. Absolutely brilliant but I would recommend putting no more than 3 sheets of paper at a time. Highly recommended.
So far working well – shreds into small pieces and has not stopped to cool down after a lot of paper shredding.

It handle the paper well with a large bin. I could put it in the bin outside with confidence.
This schredder does all the necessary actions as stated have been using this for the last month cannot fault it in any way a good work out on a a daily basis .A good price and so far very delighted with its performace hence my 5 star rating.
If I am taking the lid off, I always turn the power supply off.
You do need to keep an eye on the amount of paper in the bin.
Overall a gook piece of kit.
Don’t use it now, I gather up all the stuff I need shredding and take it to a guy who shreds a big box full for a fiver, it’s less hassle
The waste box has a large window on the front, making it very easy to see how full the box is. The machine also has fast forward, fast backward and stop, making it very easy to oil and sharpen the blades (using Amazon sharpening sheets).
