I purchased this heated vest to wear under my coat while out on my mobility scooter as it gets so cold. The quality of the vest is excellent and the fact it comes with extra zip panels for the sides is marvellous as you can swop them over depending what you want to wear underneath. The jacket heats up in no time I put all three settings on pink setting and the battery last for around five hours I do have to turn it down at times as i get to hot . I do also wear the vest around the house It’s marvellous for back and neck pain! Arris customer service is excellent as well if there are any issues
This is by far the best of the heated vests I’ve tried. It’s simple to use and the multiple heat spots make it really comfortable, especially the one on the neck. The sizing is very adjustable and the heat settings are too. Battery life is excellent and the controls easy to access.
What’s really impressed me is the customer service. We had a battery issue come up after 13 months. The ARRISLIFE seller was very responsive and had a new battery to us for no charge in less than a week. I’m glad I bought more of these for Christmas presents are few weesk ago. Recommended.

The only issue is the bespoke battery, it would be handy if you could just charge up a couple of spare power pack battery’s for long days or trips away.
We watch our grown sons at football which gets cold in the Welsh mountains this time of year but my wife really feels the heat of it under her coat. Used the side extension for her as she is about size 20-22.
If put on full blast, the batteries barely last an evening.
Modest heating and they last 6 hours.
Therefore, it’s OK. Just have to remember to charge it each nigh
here are cheaper items out there but this is exceptional quality from the fabric to the cut and stitching, to the function and controllability it oozes quality

Pleasantly pleased by this product. The build quality is good and after charging the battery it heated in seconds. Can see that it will be very effective in the cold. Very excited to give it as a present to my daughter who is going travelling and will encounter a variety of different climates but still needs to travel light. This should save on carrying a heavy coat everywhere!
Warm, cosy and lightweight too. The vest makes a useful extra layer even without the heated panels and it looks good as well, although I’d feel a bit self-conscious about the indicator lights if wearing it switched on in public! I’m small and wanted something designed for women that would fit me comfortably, and with the adjustable side panels this was perfect. In the current cold snap I wear it outdoors under a coat but mainly wanted it for indoor use as we have limited heating at present. It’s ideal for these purposes but possibly not suitable to use on it’s own in wet weather. There is a choice of temperature for the different heated areas but so far I’ve kept them all on high, which does drain the battery quite fast (3-4 hours). As it takes a while to charge I contacted the seller to order a spare and found their customer service to be excellent.
I ordered this heated gillet for my holiday to Lapland. It was great and kept me warm throughout the coldest days we were there (lowest temperature was -5)
I loved the fact that it has panels that you can zip in and out to change the size which is perfect if you want to wear more or less clothing underneath. I’m a size 16 and ordered the XXL which was a perfect fit once I had tried variations of the side panels.
I would say it kept heated for about 6 hours but that is a rough estimation as we were only really out for that amount of time at any one time. The only other down side is that the battery park that you connect to the lead in the pocket is a little bit heavy but not really a problem.
JUst had a surgery and with the increase in energy cost I got this to keep warm at home.

Tested at an outdoor market with all heated areas on green setting battery lasted a good 6 hours. Tested indoors with two heated area on green setting battery had life left. It will save our business heating costs with keeping us warm by wearing the ‘heater’ fantastic product.

I cannot yet comment on how well it works as yet to use it, but comfortable to wear and battery easy to charge. Looking forward to trying it out on the golf course this weekend. Only reason for 4 stars is that I haven’t used it yet.
Ordered this for my elderly mother who suffers from lower back pain and feels the cold. She loves it, hardly takes it off. Seems good quality and the lining is very soft and comfortable. Bought the extra batteries as with all the heating elements on the batteries only last 3-4 hours.
Good tidy fit looks nice and performs well ideal for elderly who always feel cold.
Looks and feels lovely definitely keeps the heat in. Great buy if you are in a coldish environment. I know this will make a difference for me in winter. Only criticism I have is on the battery because my job is physical I keep switching it off by accident.

This is a lovely vest jacket, both the interior and exterior fabrics are of a good quality. The ability to change the size is great and easy to do. The battery life is great, plus you can order a spare battery, which is useful.
Bought it for my partner. She loves it. The five heat settings respond instantly and the lit up buttons make it easy to know what setting you are choosing. I will borrow it for spectating winter football.

I love this product. Here’s why:
The vest is made of good quality fabric and it’s comfortably warm even without the heating elements switched on. The choice of switching different zones and different heating levels makes it very adaptable for all kinds of weather conditions. I usually buy size 12/14 tops and I’ve found that the vest fits me well without zipping in any of the side panels. However, if I want to wear a chunkier jumper beneath it, it’s easy to add a panel to accommodate it. I like the separate zipped pockets — good for keeping items safe. Most heated vests on offer are boring black: this one is a lovely shade of dark blue. The after sales-service was excellent (I was asking questions about an additional battery pack). The company couldn’t have been more helpful.
I liked it so much I have also bought the man’s version for my husband. He loves it too.
