Bought this chromebook off Amazon Warehouse, id like to say its a great little machine at a bargain price! It starts up fast plays games i want to play (usually FB games). Battery last a good few hours and charges very quickly. Screen good size too which is what i wanted and with Google you can alter size of print to make it bigger easier to read. Great little machine at a great price, Would recommend for anyone who just wants a quick little machine you can open and use!! No fancy apps running constantly in background slowing machine down!
Completely exceeded my expectations. I’m honestly never going back to a Windows laptop. Obviously not something you could really use for games or heavy duty work, but if like me most of your work is in a web browser anyway you really cannot do better than this, I completely recommend it any gripes? Just want the keyboard isn’t it but easily fixed with a plug-in USB light and everything else about it. It’s just so good
While this laptop seems like a really good laptop for students, it is slow and glitchy and cuts out – it’s been this way since i got it but I thought, ‘hey ho it’s cheap I’ll make do’ but literally the DAY my warranty expired, it died. It completely died, I have tried everything and it is all hopeless, took it to be repaired to be told this happens all the time with these chromebooks. I had a lot of stuff on there and used it regularly, but not constantly, so I’m very disappointed. Better to invest your money on a more expensive one, or you’ll end up buying a new laptop in 2 years time!!!!
Didn’t need anything too ‘brainy’ if you get my drift. Great to download Netflix etc. use e-mails and such. Well worth the money especially as bought when on offer.

No complaints with this Chromebook. An ideal size screen for watching movies etc. Top quality sound from the in-built speaker’s. You can listen without the need for more powerful external speakers. The price is excellent too compared with others of the same. Very happy with my purchase
Would not recommend for personal or work use the for the price you can get better deals but for school purposes not bad does the job. Only thing that is great is battery life bur yet again it is a chromebook.
Bought for son to use for his secondary school homework. Very impressed. Parent filters good and easy to use. Good screen. Fast connection. Light weight. Only negatives – small keyboard compared to base size. No buttons on track pad (son does not have an issue with either of these things!)
Move over windows, this boots quicker, it is so much easier to set up and if, like me, you work mostly with web based software then this is your answer. It’s very portable and light and has great battery life, (I charged it up yesterday and it hit full power within the hour and so far its been used for a 5 hour stint at work and two netflix movies and it’s only at 44% battery.
If you’re not familiar with chrome OS then you’ll be surprised at how fantastically well it works with your android mobile. You can set it up so they ‘talk’ together and there great feautres like automatically connecting to your mobile hotspot, which is great if you’re on the go. You can also send and recieve text messages from your chromebook, which is great for me as my mobile is now too small for me to see the font when texting.
The accessibilty options are really good. In fact I’m writing this using the speech to text input as I struggle to see a keyboard in certain light. With one click you can switch on screen reading and if you need larger font then from the settings you can increase this system wide.
I’d always been sceptical of chromebooks, thinking they were for the young student. But in fact, I now feel these are the way forward.
Overall a neat little piece of kit, which has just made my life a hell of a lot easier!
What’s not to like ,does all that I need it for ,got one each for the kids for school and college,decently priced ,only bad things is I can’t find the amazon app on chrome ,so still have to use other devices so saves me alittle money lol
he product in question is of great quality and is very light and portable however the battery may have the tendency to run out a wee bit faster than i might like but that is not a problem as i have the charger on hand and is a long cable.
Good size screen. Lightweight. Didn’t know much about chromebook as had always used windows. This does all I want it to do and more. I bought this on black Friday for 199 so it was also great value. Can’t fault it.
bought in a hurry to replace my dead laptop , much quicker than i expected for the money , pleasantly surprised , not a massive memory but more than enough for my needs , well worth the money , dispatched in no time too , very happy thanks .
I bought this to do some work business on and for what I need/use it for it’s perfect for me. I have no complaints and I’m happy with my purchase.
Keyboard is better than what I expected at this price point, it has enough feedback on the keys for even prolonged typing sessions to not feel like a chore (and I say this after using a mechanical keyboard all day at work, and if not that a 1000 business laptop).
Speakers are quite tinny sounding however, and the screen seems to have a very cold hue to it. My only complaints.
……. there is one caviat: there is no Caps Lock key and the way to type capital letters is far from intuitive. This is NOT ideal when the first thing you need to do is set up your account using case sensitive passwords.
Overall a good quality item good battery life and picture I am struggling with the querty keyboard and some of my apps will not work but I have found others to replace them no touch screen but that’s not a problem
What I dislike about your advert for this Chromebook, is that your for conning people into purchasing a Norton system that is totally incompatible with Chromebook. I have no recourse for reimbursement of my payment. Is Amazon not making enough profit. I have spent 1000’s with you. I am very disappointed.
Great little machine good screen size and battery life I bought wireless mouse to go with it as I don’t like using touch pads Well worth the money
Good for kids to do school work on and play there online games, battery life could be better, but operating system is fast and work wwith multiple screens open at once, without freezing and slowing dow
Returned because couldn’t blue tooth earphones but also having trouble with different make replacement.
Could be a chrome problem????
