After trying other models where the wheel resulted in jumpy scrolling and lots of frustration, I tried this one at my husband’s desk and loved it immediately. It is well suited for a woman’s smaller hand, and I like the rough texture. It feels good in my hand and the buttons and wheel are very accurate. I did not realize how frustrating my old mouse was until I changed to this one. I highly recommend this mouse.
Joa, ne Maus halt… TUF Maus frs TUF Laptop, Ego halt.
Was maining the GPX late 2022 – recent but swapped over to the harpe due to its slightly narrower grip width and hump that slopes down sooner than the GPX.
One thing to note is that the mouse will likely be slightly rear sensor biased interms of its position compared the GPX which will be relatively inline with your thumb and pinky.
Skates seem very good for stock, they have rounded corners and are control biased but while still retaining a good glide. The spare skates do have a factory film that needs to be peeled before use.
Scroll encoder is decent and the scroll wheel is recessed and positioned quite far back up the mouse opposed to conventional scrolls which are more acessible. works personally for me as it doesnt get in the way.
The aimlabs feature are quite gimicky, would just stick to either 800 or the default 1600 dpi, with 0 angle tuning and either lod setting. The mouse software is basically bloatware, would highly recommend installing on a separate computer for adjusting stuff or following the hotkey instructions in the manual.
The harpes has a very solid build quality and negligible pre/post travel for the most part. Only thing I noticed was a led hotspot in the led scrollwheel on my model and very slight pretravel in the right main trigger. The mouse could probably do without the grooves in the sides and improvements to the surface coating.
Sensor and click performance is subjectively onpar/better than other flagship esports mice avaliable.
Only took less than 30 mins of a csgo ffa dm session to get used to the shape and feel of the harpe, coming from the GPX. Generally prefer the feel of the aimpoint sensor over the gpx’s hero 25k sensor as it has hard set lod while the gpx will automatically adjust without any option to for manual adjustment.
The Harpe is highly recommended if you want a longer gpx with a narrower width, while getting top of the line internal components and firmware implementation.
Multi connectivity, lightweight, long battery life. Suited my all ROG theme gear.
I’ve owned and used many mice over the past few years and nothing quite beats this mouse it’s nice to hold and the extra buttons come in super handy especially if you program them correctly to your liking. I just love the fact it has a charging dock it helps eliminate cable clutter on the desk as you don’t always need a cable hanging out you can actually hide it away. Batter life is amazing so far and I love that the charging dock acts as the USB reciever.
Overall great mouse, Highly recommend.
This mouse has weight which i prefer and its big. Fits perferct in my hand. Require armoury crate bloat ware for lighting, buttons and more. However after updates its great. Cant fault the mouse.
Highly recommend this mouse I have used several other brands and this is night and day difference it feels solid rgb lighting effects are really good you can fine tune lots of settings via armoury crate
Good little mouse for the most part. Accurate, good weight and form factor. Issue is after 12 months of use the rubber on the side, whilst being comfortable has degraded to patches and left it impossible to clean.
I ordered this Asus mouse to compliment the Asus Claymore II keyboard and so far I have had no issues with it. Needs installation of Asus Armoury Crate software for various mouse configurations, lighting etc. So far I have found it to be responsive with a good feel in the hand. Only one complaint in that I find the left and right hand front mouse buttons very sensitive and there is no configuration within the Armoury Crate software to ‘desensitise’ either or both switches. But overall – this mouse is worth a 5 Star rating.
Love it. Software integration is stellar. Buttons, switches, and overall build are top notch. Not too heavy, just the right size for me. Can’t go back to a normal mouse now. They feel flimsy and miniscule! This big boy is a beast. Easily set up profiles and switch between them mid game if necessary. I have one for Fornite, one for Elden Ring, and another for other basic shooters.
Fantastic gaming mouse, feels the same in the hand as the spatha I upgraded from which I’m very pleased about.
PRO:
-Forma, claw, fingertip o palm grip. Andra’ bene qualunque impugnatura;
-Stile, “presuntuoso” ed elegante. Simbolo di Asus;
-Sensore, 16.000 dpi perfettamente inutili ma la precisione e’ top;
-Batteria, dura veramente tanto e non sono ancora riuscito a farla scaricare dopo ore di led e gaming;
saldati e quindi hot swappable.
saranno compatibili;
2)
-Piedini in PTFE, scorrevoli e prestanti;
CONTRO:
cinque stelle impact 2,
una stella armoury crate.
Un 4 e’ piu’ che adeguato.
What a beautiful mouse!
The design is beautiful and overall the product is a real pleasure to use.
The build quality is questionable for the side buttons and the actual layout and design of them is poor as they are hard to differentiate.
The software is where the mouse is let down most, Armoury Crate is a pig to use, it’s a resource hog, a bloated mess and it comes with to much bloat that is unnecessary for a mouse.
A store front, a games scanner and library etc are simply not needed for a mouse driver.
However looking passed the software, the mouse it’s self is a pleasure to use.
Ergonomics are wonderful, it’s such a comfortable mouse for both claw and palm grips and is a pleasure to rest your hand on.
The buttons are great, a solid and satisfying click and a scroll wheel that is super responsive.
The major letdown is the side buttons, they are a great example for form over function. They look nice when lit up (the ROG EYE) but they are not easy to define and therefore are extremely unintuitive to use.
For the price I would expect better build quality, and a slightly better side button design, however is you are willing to look passed these (and the software) issues I can say this is a very great mouse and is a real pleasure to use.
It’s highly recommended, it’s just simply to expensive for what you actually get.
Cons: The mouse is large and heavy. The mouse works fine using a usb-C to usb-C cable, but the base does not. Both base AND mouse need to be physically connected via cables for updates.
Pros: buttons are generally all in useful reach (unlike the chakram). Build seems sturdy. Replacement switches for the main two buttons provided. Two usb to usb-C cables provided
Works great with my G713 strix laptop and links nicely to the Aura software to match my light settings. Nice to see you can choose between wired or wireless with wired also charging the battery in the mouse. build quality looks great and was bought to be part of my laptop so im happy the mouse is quite light although typically i would of preferred it to be a bit heavier.
Is a little big for my small wamen hands but doesnt affect performance
The battery life is excellent and it is good for gaming
Light weight, great looking, superb performance….what else do you want?
Very nice fit in the hand. Changeable DPI.
Works well RGB.
I paid 19.99 so look for offers!
Excellent product, but it didn’t work for my hand unfortunately. Great for its price
The mouse is really good and the battery life is great but the asus armory crate is a very annoying software to use
Love the customize DPI function
Turn off the RGB for longer battery life
The Asus ROG Strix Impact II wireless is weird compared to most wireless mouse’s, this is because it actually has superior performance to its none wireless counterpart. easy to miss is the improved 16,000 DPI from the outright poor 6,200 on the wired version, it feels much more responsive but keeps the simplicity and low weight of the impact series.
This mouse is really good. Looks very nice, illumination is very discreet but effective. Mouse fits perfectly in hand, very easy access to buttons and scroll wheel. It is very basic in regards of amount of buttons but for ordinary user (email, internet, and similar – like myself) is enough. Sensitivity can be set up very easly and various from very fast to slow which for me is more than enough. Illumination of the mouse can be changed in software and also can be synchronised with illumination on Asus motherboard B550 Rog Strix (possibly on other models as well but can not be sure as I only have B550). All in all very please with quality, functionality and appearance of the mouse. Would definitely recommend it .

The quality of the mouse has to be seen and felt to be believed. It makes my Tecknet feel like the cheap piece of junk it is. Only problem was a found this mouse too small but they clue was in the name. It would be great as a little travel mouse but I can’t get on with small mice in general. If you have small hands, I couldn’t reocmmend this highly enough
Comfortable to hold and play games on the go. Comes with a small faux leather carry case and batteries, easy to pair to laptop and moves smoothly when gaming. Feels accurate, has a satisfying click and has plenty of remappale buttons to keep most people happy.
Bought the ROG STRIX CARRY and using it with an Asus Rog Strix Scar III.
Description:
Medium to small size. Perfect for claw and finger tip positions. Not good for full palm. Very light and ergonomic for said positions.
Likes:
>highly accurate
> works with a wireless usb connector
> good battery life (used for 5-6 hours a day for 2 weeks and still active)
> multiple dpi settings
> custom dpi setting with armoury crate
> replaceable click mechanism. (2 extra provided)
Dislikes:
> Does not have RGB or asus aura lighting.
> have to run extra software (asus armoury crate) for custom dpi settings
> when using game profiles in the armoury crate the mouse lags when you minimize/maximise the game to turn on discord for example. This happens because the software switches the dpi setting for each game and windows (so you have to keep them the same…what a hassle!)
> should have been bluetooth and 2.4 g compatible… its 2020! You still have to plug in the small wireless usb connector take space of one of the ports on the pc!
Verdict: i will keep this mouse and not return it because even with the cons mentioned above the performance of the device is very very good. (Just dont minimize your games to much! 😉
Eccezionale!
– ottimo feedback rotellina (impercettibilmente a micro-scattini gommosi silenziosi, quasi free-wheel come resistenza)
Questo no, mai successo!
– standby automatico regolabile in minuti via Armoury II
Un must-have!
Best wireless mouse I have ever owned. Two mode, bluetooth to save battery or wireless for lower latency. Replaceable switches, small ergonomic design and a pouch to carry it with you. Can’t be more satisfied.
