This is probably the best keyboard I have ever owned, I replaced my roccat vulcan 121 aimo with this, the only thing I kiss from that is the audio knob
This feels sturdier, the keys feel more comfy under the finger and the wrist wrest is far superior, on top of this the rgb synchronise with my mouse, mouse pad and motherboard

We own a number of mechanical keyboards like Apex Pro TKL, BlackWidow and HyperX Alloy Origins etc. Of all stock setup, this prelubed stems and stabilisers sounds amazing, esp the Spacebar and Backspace and Enter with that deep thock. The keycaps quality ranked also in that listed order with HyperX the thinnest and most hollow ABS and this NX Deluxe PBT the most comfortable and solid sounding. RGB colour selection/usage without software is very good.

The keycaps are shorter than normal. I believe Asus calls it “Mid-Height Profile” although I have not tried replacements but quite annoyed on one hand that it’s not easily mixed and matched with my other existing keycaps. The Asus keycap width is marginally wider but the length is 14.0mm vs 13.5mm (meaning the usual taller keycaps taper more at the top and more gap between rows). Less gaps gives me less errors. Probably feels a bit like membrane keyboard in a good way.

However one big issue that deducted a star is the fact that the symbols (and F5-F12 for that matter) on the number keys are not illuminated (why ASUS?)! Worse still the symbol is printed small and in dim grey so very hard to read in low light. It’s ok for gaming but a PITA for normal use.

    Other complaints:
The wrist rest attaches securely (magnetic) but too high and too short to be useful for me personally.
    The legs could go higher.

Otherwise it’s my favourite keyboard for both typing and gaming. I really enjoyed using the different connection type for switching between different PCs.

I own both the full sized and TKL variant of this keyboard and have had no issues so far.
Battery life is dependent on the brightness of the keys; so I recommend about 50% brightness for decent battery life.
I get upwards of two weeks of use (about 4hrs a day) and it will charge back up during the day when it needs it.
Comfort is great, keys are accurate but not loud like other metal backplate keyboards.
Range on the USB receiver is great, even if behind a monitor or back of a PC.
I’ve noticed no latency issues or odd bugs; would recommend this for anyone.

Very nice matches my laptop sane make, would have liked keyboard sound and feel to be less clunky but I’m happy with it to date
